I was in a very bad spot, and Tia was a very helpful and gracious customer service rep that helped me. She made sure I understood all the payment process. She took me around and showed me all the different lockers that I could use and help me decide what was the best one for me. I had lost my card with my pin and unit number on it Tia was very quickly to rectify that and give me a new code and card. So I could get in to my storage lock. I have had nothing but a good experience dealing with this storage

Probably one of the nicest storages I've used; kept very clean. There's two doors that require a code so I know my stuff is safe with these guys. Employees are great and very nice, the guy that helped me get my code etc took the time to solve an issue when I ordered my unit online, so everything was very professional. I like the fact that you can order directly online and reserve a unit right away or rent. I would highly recommend this storage to friends and family.

The staff are really what make this place great. The staff there is awesome and was what kept me from going to a cheaper competitor. They will work with you to give you a fair price are friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is always meticulously clean and well lit. It's not the cheapest place but but they make up for it with exceptional service. I would recommend the Pockit self storage on 119st and give it 9/10. If it were a bit cheaper it would get 10/10!

I decided to get some self-storage to assist our upcoming house move at around 7am this morning. By 8am, I had a unit ready to go, with an easy, fully-online process. Shortly after 5pm, same day, I went to the facility and got a walk around and overview from a fantastically helpful office attendant (thanks, Steven!!). By 6pm I had stuff stored in my new unit! Amazingly easy, great prices, awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff, shady company. Always had great experience with the staff, this company should feel fortunate to have such positive and helpful employees. However, they lure you in with a cheap stating rate, and several months down the line, they double your rent. They make sure they wait long enough to make it a real hassle to cancel the locker because it’s full of your stuff. These people are crooks and I would avoid.

Amazing staff, these ladies are the most helpful and kindest people you'll ever meet. Setting signed up was quick and straightforward. Facility is brand new and cleaned spotless everyday. Good fair pricing on units. By far the best storage facility in edmonton in my opinion. Both customer service representatives were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got a st any stress. They gave great directions on how to get to the storage building along with when I arrived. They keep a very secure, affordable, clean, friendly atmosphere and it's hands down the best place I've been to storage wise. I would highly recommend!!

I haven't seen a better storage facility in the city of Edmonton. I believe the entire facility is quite new.... and AMAZINGLY clean and bright. Security is excellent. Entry doors are security coded and staff do roving patrols and lock checks. Plenty of carts available for you to use. Prices are competitive with all others. Absolutely the best choice.

I got the storage, did not like it, people hanging out in the units, a lot of people stuck in addiction have units there. The manager looks like he’s on drugs himself!! I had the storage for 6 days!!! I couldn’t get my money back because their policy apparently they can’t do anything after 5 days. Okay cool. It’s fine. I will not rent again!

Danielle at SmartStop Edmonton is literally THE BEST. She did so many things to make getting into our unit easy and smooth during an otherwise hectic move. Can’t recommend her customer service highly enough. The facility itself has been great too!

Made a reservation online but called and cancelled. Kept being bombarded by sales calls, texts, and emails. I suggest the staff turn their energies to selling time shares in a swamp and leave the unwilling among us alone.
