Poor customer service last several years. Have spoken to manger about this hover she has not taken any initiative to incorporate any change. Today her new pharmacy tech I believe is a family member, came to help me as pick up area that I waited in line for. She seemed frustrate easily when assisting me with diabetic items behind counter. Once she gave items, I was told to go & stand in line AGAIN to pay!!! Now there was one machine open she could have chosen to bring me too, but she did not. At pick up line the other lady finished paying so I jumped in, even though the pharmacist started to bring a basket of pills for someone else. She obviously did this on purpose as she helped me from beginning so she saw I was there BEFORE anyone else…& she was helping me BEFORE anyone else…YET she told me to go stand in line AGAIN. So she wants to use her little authority she has to make me suffer because she is having bad day? So I said….u were just helping me…why would u make me stand in line again, then expect to serve everyone else who just showed up now before me? Here comment…..oh…..I didn’t know……with big smile….so we have an dishonest employee who has absolutely to customer service skills. I’ve worked Government over 25 yrs…front line employees are the face of business. Now, I’ll call manager AGAIN….she will say “ok…I’m sorry”. Then nothing!

We called to say we r picking up Friday 4, once again, was not ready, they said they couldn’t get my dr to get prescriptions. I said why wasn’t this looked at a week before when it came up on system or when I called? No excuses. It’s just constant excuses for poor professional standards. If these employees worked front line for government they would have been fired long time ago! Even though we have union…union does not protect for employees lying to customers & managers not keeping store levels high. That’s the whole point of “manager”. DO YOUR JOB. District manager needs to step in her & remove all staff & start fresh.
Easily the BEST pharmacy I've dealt with in the last 10-15 years. They get my stuff right, they text me a week ahead to let me know my Rx can be picked up. The people are friendly and pleasant, and they even read the paperwork you hand them! I came to drop off a new Rx and they noticed right away that it was the wrong name on it (the doctor who gave it to me pulled the wrong file, I guess?) Honestly, I didn't look anything aside from the drug information, but I'm sure glad THEY did their job to the highest standards!
This place is the worst cust service that I Ever had. It is all about the money! I got there asking for a new flavour and the girl didn’t check just said she can’t change, and nothing that she can do and after was trying to give me another medication for the same kid with the same flavour! when I asked her she said it was because I was there at 5:40 and they close at 6pm. She was trying to blame me for her incompetence!! I will never go back to that place again!!! If I could I would give no stars
Horrible waiting times. Waited for more than 1 hour for a scheduled flu shot. Only 1 person for pick-up, drop off and applying the shots. The person herself was very nice, but only go theriyou have plenty of time and nothing better to do.
I am on a special medication called Enbrel. It took them a little bit to get my insurance figured out but after they got it sorted it's been a very pleasant time getting my prescriptions.
Sobeys pharmacy has been my go to for a few years now. An they do such a great job.. an are n top of my refills.. thanks for such a good job guys an gals..
Friendly staff, usually one one or two working so sometimes a bit of a wait. Love that I can get reward points with my prescriptions.
I highly recommend to never deal with Jacqueline, the most impolite and dishonest person.
Always a great place to get my prescriptions filled!
