Absolutely horrendous experience at this spa - definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced! First of all, we had booked what we thought was a ‘Spa day & facial’. The ‘spa day’ consisted of a half hour dip in a shared apartment block pool (very tired and dated, stained tiles) before we were hauled out for our treatment before any of us even got to use the sauna. The only drink we were offered was water, which was given out of a plastic cup. It would have been really nice to have been offered some other choices, even if only a tea or a juice. We were made to feel bad for not bringing our own towels, which we weren’t told/warned about beforehand and I’ve never had to provide my own towel in all the time I’ve been going to spas. The towels and dressing gowns they have are about 20 years old and falling apart at the seams- I would have binned them years ago! When we had our facials, we were already wet from being in the pool which meant I had dripping wet hair for the treatment which was very unpleasant. They made my mother in law feel really uncomfortable by insisting she must remove her bra which she was not comfortable in doing. Eventually after insisting (and much embarrassment) they let her keep it on. They had nowhere to hang towels in the room we were in, so the towel robe and my bathers ended up in a soggy pile on the floor which were later removed and meant we had nothing to cover ourselves with at the end of the treatment. The worst thing of all though was my facial - the therapist had very long acrylic nails which dug into my scalp and kept nicking me while massaging. This really was unacceptable and made for a very uncomfortable experience and a terrible massage. I wanted to relay (nicely & politely) some feedback to the owner on paying but when I did she glared at me and made me feel so uncomfortable, hence the need I felt to write a review!! Overall, it felt like what could have been ‘easy fixes’ to the spa experience, just fell on deaf ears and to be honest, the whole place is very tired and dated and I can’t see any improvement. I definitely won’t be going back which is a shame as it would have been my local spa having just moved to the area.

VOUCHERS should be treated with caution. . Received an 'unwinder spa' as a gift. for Christmas. Rung up to book in a time... they were a bit off hand because I wanted to do it out of office ours and they wanted me to book when they were quieter but either way booked for April as that was the earliest they could do. With Covid, they (understandably) sent message saying "Spa on Brougham will be closed until further notice and vouchers will be suspended until we are able to reopen, vouchers due to expire will have their validity extended!" I was not advised and when I rang up in September to see if they would now take my booking was advised that they opened in June and vouchers were only valid for 6 weeks so no. So basically they had my details but did not advise me they were open or their new conditions, (which they could have done) they had the gift givers money and refused to provide the service. They did honor the massage in the end to their credit. ... and no problems with the massage although the first hour of the 2 hour unwise was you just swimming in their lap pool and having a Suna.....Just shame I had to fight to get it.

Highly recommend this place. Really felt relaxed after the treatment my husband and I had here. I came across Spa on Broughman through Red Balloon. Called up and spoke to a lovely lady who got back to me with a time that was suitable for us during our 4-day trip to Adelaide. We celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary there and upon booking, we opted for the 'Couples Indulgence' package which went for about 2+ hours. Included was 45 minutes full body massage and a 30 minute facial PLUS use of their spa, pool, sauna and steam facilities. Could have stayed in the spa for longer but didn't want to doze off lol. Was offered a glass of Champagne too and hubby opted for sparkling water. Will definitely come back when we visit Adelaide. Highly recommend this place. Their's other places around Adelaide but I wanted a treatment with a spa and soooo glad I chose Spa On Broughman. Thanks ladies for the amazing massage!!

This day spa is amazing a must try. We went here for the first time as we were looking for a relaxation with a massage and spa package and our overall experience from start to finish has been outstanding. The customer service experience is one of the best, they know your name and greet you with a smile as soon as you walked in the door. They give you clear intructions and guide you where you need to go. We started off with an 1 hour spa and we finish off with a hot stone massage. We loved it and it was worth it. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax and unwind.

My friend and I were lucky to have a Pure Indulgence Package at Spa On Brougham this week. I've never been to a day spa before and was a little nervous to be honest, but I made to feel so special and the massage was fabulous! Especially the hot stones massage :) I'm a busy mum and I was able to relax & unwind. My friend and I loved the spa, lap pool, sauna and steam room too after the massage. Was just fantastic and again made to feel so welcome :) Will definitely come back worth every penny!

I booked the pure indulgence package for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary and what and amazing experience. Wine on arrival, a hour to use the lap pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Then a 70 minute hot stone massage and a delish 30 minute facial to round it off. The staff were so friendly, great at what they do and very helpful. We left feeling super relaxed! Thank you again to the awesome team at Spa on Brougham! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was an amazing experience for me and my friend. It was a Couples Day Spa Package through Red Balloon, included was champagne on arrival, use of the spa, sauna and steam facilities and then a full body hot stone massage and a facial. Never had a hot stone massage before, it was fantastic! The whole experience was for 2 hours +. The girls were so friendly and professional and premises were spotless. Do yourself a favour and book it!

The massage I had here was good but it took me phoning 5 seperate times to successfully make a booking. They kept telling me they had to call me back to book me in but that doesn’t suit with my work. The only reason I persisted was because I had a gift voucher. The person who bought me the voucher had a similar experience just to buy the voucher. Clearly they really need a online booking system.

My partner and I had the ‘hot stone delight for two’ promo, which was excellent value for money. Clean massage area and friendly staff. The pool, sauna and spa are shared with the occupants of the apartment building, so it doesn’t have that luxury spa feeling. However, we were lucky to have that area to ourselves and left feeling very relaxed. Will return!

My first spa experience and it was fabulous! Highlights were the coconut milk foot soak and hot stone massage. Add to that a couple of glasses of complimentary bubbles and you’ll leave feeling the most relaxed and pampered you’ve ever been. Staff and owner sincerely care about customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend Spa on Brougham to everyone!

This is my favourite place to visit to unwind, relax, and treat myself and the people I love. The facilities are kept immaculate and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The team are friendly, understanding and professional on top of being skilled at their work. No matter how I am when I walk in, I always leave on cloud nine.

Wonderful treatment today, they managed to fit my sister and I in for a special birthday treat. We had a hot stone massage (to die for!) and a relaxing facial, followed by a soak in the spa/pool/steam room. I was treated by Norma, who was an excellent masseuse - perfect pressure. Will definitely be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried phoning multiple times ( and from the sounds it sounds like its picked up and hung up on ) and even have gone in and have had no help. Customer service down the drain for this place and would never recommend this place to other people. Thanks but no thanks 0/10.

The therapists were friendly and professional, and excellent both as massage therapists and beauty therapists. They didn't try and push their products onto us as many places do and the deal we got through Scoopon was amazing value. Would definitely go again next time we're in SA.

My mum, myself and my daughter had a fabulous few hours at the Spa just before my daughter's wedding. It was so relaxing and lovely after all the stress of organising her special day. The girls were lovely and the Massages amazing. Definitely recommend Spa onBrougham.

A really beautiful relaxing place. The staff made my experience. They were welcoming, friendly, accomodating and caring. My masseuse Norma Jean was so lovely and worked a miracle on my back with a hot stone massage. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

The best spa experience in Adelaide. Incredible facials, massages and body scrub, plus access to pool, sauna, steam room and spa. Even the glass of water is above and beyond regular water. Great team, great time. 5/5.
