Ive lived in Ottawa for 7 years and moved nearly every year. I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to movers. So when I say that this was THE BEST experience I've ever had with a moving company or otherwise ANY other contracting service HANDS DOWN- believe me! George was clear, friendly and communicative leading up to the move. He confirmed our appointment with me the night before which I really appreciated. To be honest, I am alwaaayys cautious of paying by the hour as opposed to paying flat fee as you never know how the company will be with their time, but man, we're these guys ever fast!! George and his team showed up ON TIME and hit the ground running! He was able to load an entire bachelor apartment in 40min flat. I couldn't believe how speedy they were! INCREDIBLE. Do they ever live up to their name! FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY and CAUTIOUS are all word I would use to describe them. This service is worth every penny and I am so happy I've found them. I'll be recommending them everyone I know and won't even consider looking elsewhere for moving or delivery services in the future. Thank you George and team!

Should be 0 stars! We recently had the worst moving experience with Speed It Movers who were an add on to our uhaul truck - the 2 young movers assigned to move us, unmounted our new 82” tv off the wall and didn’t install the legs that my husband asked them to put back on the tv. They instead wrapped up the tv in a thin blanket and packed it into the truck with no legs and no stability!! Well, as you could have guessed, it is broken when we get it to our new place, no picture, lines of death and a broken panel. Well we figured we could reach out to the company and have their insurance replace it or at least offer some sort of reimbursement? Nope! They were SO rude over the phone stating that it wasn’t their problem - Worst customer service, one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. Stay away from these movers! Sadly we are without our $2500 tv now too - super upsetting.

These guys were the BEST!! I thought that for all the stuff I had we were going to have to make 2 trips but the guys were so good at packing everything, that all my stuff fit in one trip. Seriously I had alot of stuff that if my husband and I had to do the move by ourselves, we were not going to be able to fit everything in the UHAUL. They were all professional, came on time and moved very quickly. I was surprised how fast these young guys moved. I was running late and needed more time and George sent a fourth guy and made it complimentary, where I wasn't charged extra. I was also happy that George accomodated me because, i paid for 3 hours but ended up needing extra time because i wasn't organized on collecting my keys at the other place. I will definitely be using them again for any move. Thanks George and Team.

Poor, disappointing experience. Hired them through U-Haul's Moving Help to pack and load. The job's start time came and went with no phone call to tell me they weren't going to be able to send anyone in time to do this job. They wanted to charge me full price to wait 2 hours, which I already told them I couldn't do, for a second moving team to arrive where they would only have 30 minutes left of work to do. We ended up having to cancel the job and do it all ourselves which was way too much work for 2 people. I would leave no stars if I could.

We had to move a very large sofa from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment. Both apartments had narrow stairs and neither had elevators. George had the sofa out of one apartment and into another apartment in no time flat. He showed up on time and was overall a great person to deal with. I highly recommend Speed it Moving & Delivery. I used George a second time in April 2023. It went perfectly and a lot faster than I expected. i will keep using his service.

George was very pleasant and efficient to communicate with. Fatih and Felix showed up on time. They had to swap two super heavy washers, which were located one in the garage, and the other in the laundry room on the second floor. They had to navigate long hallways, in addition to tricky stairs. It seemed to me that the challenging nature of the task even gave them a boost of positive energy and creativity. Nicely synchronized team work!

Left us hanging. Would give zero stars if I could. Then cancelled at the end of our moving day. Company takes reservation that they can't fulfill. Keeps stringing you along and then cancels. Leaving us with no option to call other movers. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and call someone else.

They helped us move things from our basement. Very professional, polite, and fast. Will definitely be patronizing them again. Great jobs Guys(Quinton and another Guy(sorry didn’t get his name).

Johnathan and Arash were AMAZING!!!! super quick and responsive! everything was brought in with so much care and they definitely know how to maneuver through any space. LOVED THE SERVICE

Honestly no complaints! Were super responsive and did a job I thought would take 3 hours in an hour and a bit. Will be back.
