Fraudulent service and financial scam! Machines charged multiple times and wont start. Keep asking to add more money. Call support hotline and follow instruction for report fault and refund, but the instruction was very sketchy and ask to leave voice mail with credit details as well as bsb and account number 59 process refund. They count on this conplicated refund process and scam payment system to profit from unclaimed refund. I m not the first one get scammed and will work with authority to stop this. They have facility across SA with hundred of thousands of dollars revenue per week, i am 30s came here twice 3 weeks apart and get double charged twice, unable to get my money back. They are taking advantage of elderly Australian without ability to follow up on a refund. Please AVOID AT ALL COST.

The only thing I do not like is that the detergent added automatically, and it has a very strong smell. I rather use my own detergent but there is no option to cancel automatic detergent despensing. Edit1: One of the washers (maxi load t600) shake a lot while spinning. One of the driers (dryer stack 14, top dryer) does not heat well. After 2 drying cycles at high, my washing was still damp. I used another one. Please check these. Thanks. 01/02/2022 Edit 2: Washine machine number [04] gives error "door lock error" Edit3: Dryer #15 top one, stopped in 10mins even though I chose 48 mins. Edit 4: I believe Washer [09] leaks. Floor is flooded.

Easy to find and ample off street parking. Place was super clean and the benches available for storing wash baskets or folding are great. Lots of new shiny machines available, no lint or hairs to be seen. Added bonus of washing liquid included in the wash price is fantastic! Ability to pay with cash or via an easy to use website which works well on Android a bonus! The mobile phone charging station is a thoughtful touch. Thanks! Will be my new regular wash spot.

It’s not so bad actually. The machines are quite easy to use. Eftpos is available on top of cash. Only cons is, they don’t over detergent and unfortunately I didn’t bring any When I went there, the place is a bit loud coz I think they’re doing like advertisement videos or something. I felt a bit intimidated and all. But, all in all, it was an easy peasy experience. Will definitely come back.

After visiting star laundromat Brighton, I had high hopes for Tusmore. However, the detergent filter was filthy, with hair and residue. There was a cockroach on the floor, and just general cleanliness was lack lustre. The process of washing is always fine, and I’ve given extra points for the air conditioning, however, I’d thought in Burnside area the facilities would be a bit cleaner.

Came here today to do some washing and drying and two of the dryers were faulty! I paid twice for one machine and the other had a 'close door' error and ate my coins. Tried calling the support number and was instructed to provide my bsb and account number, you have got to be joking! Unsecure processed and poor facility.

It's clean and the machines work well, but it would be useful to have a display of the prices. You have to wait for a machine to finish to find out how much it costs. An inconsiderate way to run a business. edit: read my review; the machines don't display the prices if it's running a cycle

Dryers not working properly. Charged several times even though transaction declined and told to try again. No response to phone contact. Never again. *Response to this review said automated system would tell me what to do. Tried that. Didn't work. So, response wad not useful.

If you are going to take peoples money for washing and drying clothes make sure your equipment is working FIX YOUR DRYERS and it's not up to the users to run around trying to get their money back FIX YOUR DRYERS I will be checking soon to see if you've fixed them

I found this place to always be clean and tidy. The prices were sensible and the clothes always came out clean with no washer damage We are a family of 5 and had no washing machine for 3 months, this was an excellent compromise while I saved for a new washer

Good place, even with Wifi, AC and Power for your phone while you wait. I just lost one of my socks here (on the first dryer on the left hand site top one).if there is a chance to get i back when you find it, it would be perfect thank youuu

There's not many self serve coin op laundromat facilities available anymore and it's rare to come by one. Happy that this is still around and very reasonable prices and well looked after with a clean and tidy fitting.

Great little laundromat. Open 7 days, 6am - 11pm. Coin change machine available, vending machine and even a charge point for mobile devices. Plenty of driers. Parking available across the road.

I got some accidents because of my fault but they fix everything for me immediately when i call them. I am so impressed their service. Super nice staffs and always clean there.

Shop is very well presented. Machines can be access from an online account from your phone, also a bill exchange to coins is in place. Machines seems to be well maintained.
