I recently visited a fantastic laundromat in my neighborhood, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere.The machines were top-notch, efficient, and easy to use, which made my laundry experience a breeze. The prices were reasonable, and the facility was well-maintained, giving me confidence in the cleanliness of my clothes. Overall, I highly recommend this laundromat for its exceptional service, modern equipment, and welcoming environment.

Our washing machine broke down, so we had to use this place for a week or two, while we were waiting for our new one. I was impressed by the cleanliness of this place. The machines are all in great condition, and there is a change dispenser available. If you prefer, there is an app available to download and pay, so you don't even need cash to use the machines. Aircon is available (if you use your eyes to find the very obvious switch, unlike some people), there is a free phone charge bay also.

I gave you one star because you are open 24hrs and thats a bonus update your website stop saying that browse n & save is there because they are not. Closed down in jan. Your machines are like everyone else that has the same machine. You promote all these wonderful services you have there yet my phone couldnt charge ...you are a total rip off in charges....your washing machines DO NOT WASH WELL....THE MACHINES WERE GROSS...WONT BE RETURNING...waste of time

The machines are not working properly. I had really bad experience using star laundromat. I put the clothes in first machine and it got stuck and was not closing after estimated time. Then initiated forced emergency stop and put the clothes in second machine. Took more than one hour and costed double. Tried to call for emergency support but no one received the call. It is highly recommended to not use the services of star laundromat. Thanks

This is my first visit to a laundromat here in Australia, so my ratings are based on comparing this to those in the US. Machines are clean and functioning well; steady wifi; customers are considerate (most of them didn’t leave their clothes in the machine for too long); the place is clean -not immaculate but good enough for a laundromat, only some clothes lying on the floor; not sure about if it’s fairly priced but I’m happy with it.

1st time using this laundromat! I found it very clean and tidy ! I love the payWave option..So easy to use .. There is also a pet washing machine and dryer which is awesome !!! I will definitely be coming back! Also it’s located in a group of shops with a foodland so I could get things done, have lunch and a coffee at the cafe while I waited ! Well done owners on the cleanliness of your premises !!

My experience at Star Laundromat was enjoyable. The premises were clean and I was able to wash large items that I am unable to do at home. I used the Eziwash application which was easy to use and hassle free. I had trouble with one of the machines and I received immediate assistance by contacting the info e-mail address. Dont go there on a hot day cause you will swelter . Washing machines and dryers are good. Their detergent is not the best . Very disappointed that airconditioner was not working on a 38 degree day it was hotter inside than it was outside. I rang the number they had on the wall but had no answer, tried to send an text message and it failed.

The laundromat was clean, looked efficient, & everything worked. I liked that I didn't need to buy & add my own detergent (the machine did it for me), but I disliked the fact that the washer recognised three of my $2 coins as $1 coins, so the wash cost more than it should have. I'd give it another try when I need to, however.

Could have given you more stars if your services be a little bit cheaper. Happy with cleanliness and service but the hot wash for $11 and every dollar with the dryers gives only 7 minutes. There are laundromats around with 10 minutes per dollar for dryers and reasonable prices for the washes.

24 hour laundromat with modern washers and dryers. I've only used dryers as mine died not long ago. Can dry an entire load of washing in 12 minutes and only cost me $3. Very handy indeed. Can also pay to use machines on the web and just enter a code for the machine and away it goes.

4 Stars for this laundromat. Great facilities, great to pay with card. Even if it did take twice imputing the code on both washer and dryer. The biggest let down was the price $11 for a warm wash. But overall nice clean facility, pleant of machines and pleant of parking.

Clunky and ineffective cashless payment system. Not only do you have to register for an online account, but you also have to “top up” your account with credit with packages. So you have to buy over the amount you need to do your washing.

One of the best Laundry in Adelaide. It has all types of facility. You can charge your mobile here and You can enjoy free Wi-Fi too. If you get bore can read magazines also. Best thing is -there is a facility to pay online as well..

This business is very clean and tidy with new machines, free detergent and the ability to pay with coins or online. Plenty of parking and convenient location makes using this laundromat very quick and easy.

The wash machine ate my coins and did not work. I emailed the company and they promptly provided assistance. Then I used the dryer and my duna was dry in only 10min. Great job, well done.

Happy with the service I received when I rang as I had a problem with the App. Would like to see more 4x washing machines as I regularly wash large amounts of sheets and towels.

Not too bad overall, quiet, prices were alright, plenty of working machines. The room and machines could use a bit of a clean, especially the detailing on the machines doors.

Clean, spacious, no nonsense machines that do what they are required to do. Have put money into machine that did not work 1 phone call to the Manager fixed within 5 minutes.

Pretty clean generally, was expecting to be able to lock the machines with a code like other Star laundromats. Saw a guy come in asking about his missing sheets though…

$11 for a hot wash, work clothes came out the same way they went in and still smell. Change machine ripped me off gave me a 5c instead of $2. Wouldn’t recommend

A bit more on the expensive side and there are no locks on machines but on the contrary machines are relatively quick and there are plenty of dryers.

Very bad experience this laundry i have put my clothes for drying for 48min and even single cloth is not dried i have used $8 and my money and time.

Open all the while, very good location with parking, and clean new equipment make this a very good laundromat. Strongly recommend trying it out.

Loved I could charge my phone up whilst doing the washing and free Wi-Fi for the daughter and her laptop so quiet day at the laundromat

They are very nicely located and I believe they are always open. I gave 1 star less as the cost to service is quite high than expected.
