Pet items only LABEL should be put near the machine door or pay receiver. We used three machine in a row but unfortunately, didn’t know one of them was pet machine and we put the clothes in dryer and suddenly looked and checked. We had to wash them all again because we messed up with clothes in dryer and lost all the money. (25 January 2023 in between 9 to 10 pm) ** You should pay attention as it's everybody's personal review and rate according to the output they get. Not every laundry have the pet washing machine and if your does then you should put label which is clearly visible to others.

Great range of machine sizes. The online payment system was easy to use and understand and the wash cycle didn't take too long to go through. About 30 minutes I think. The only issue was that it was an incredibly hot day when I went as I was washing all my heavy blankets and pillows and there was no air conditioning on so it was very very hot inside. I went and sat in Hungry Jacks which is just across the carpark and air conditioned so it wasn't so bad but still something to consider if you're going on a day that is above 40 degrees.

Terrible experience, I opted to use the online payment service, created an account and transferred cash but I was unable to use the service to pay via my mobile phone. The service was slow and cumbersome and would not connect to my selected washing machine. I had full 4G coverage. I needed to use the industrial washer to wash a quilt. Not your everyday need, so I now have an account loaded with $ I do not intend to use anytime soon.

I've not been to a laundromat for many years so had no idea what to expect. So wow was I pleasantly surprised as this place was great. Very clean and the choice of machine types/capacity was fantastic. Pricing too was good and the machines worked as stated. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone and everyone. Wow just needed to dry some towels and thought it would take awhile. Very happy with 40 minutes and $8.

an amended review - laundromat is home to customers with terrible manners worse than any laundromat I’ve ever been to (theft, interfering with loads, rudeness) and customer service is extremely lacking and unenthused when you contact them to try and rectify an issue. this is a large franchise and they should be more competent and willing to fix the concerns of its customers.

Nice facilities, the machines work great & are relatively easy to use. Love the automated detergent feature. One thing to be mindful of, I put $4 cash into the machine not knowing how much the total cost would be & then tried to pay the remainder via the app & ended up being charged the full amount, therefore I lost the $4 I initially put in. Lesson learnt.

Pelican Plaza Star Laundromat is clean and the machines easy to operate. Registration is simple and PayWave is handy. It’s accessible as it’s part of a small business complex with a sizeable carpark. You can grab a bite to eat at one of the food outlets while you wait.

I used the washers and dryers. The machines were clean, quick and a similar price to other laundromats. I liked that you can add credit online so cash isn't required, but not thrilled about the fee that comes with it! There is a change

What a great, clean laundromat! New machines, timed AC to keep things cool, clean floor and benches. I know it's a laundromat.... But I can't speak more highly of it.... What a great experience doing the mundane chore of laundry.

I had to pay from my card was $9 each washer had 3 wash took $12.30 my bank account for each wash dryer was $2 but took $3.30 each dryer And after that even took $3.30 more for nothing $17.01 took from account extra

Fantastic laundromat. Spotlessly clean. First grade machines. Quick and efficient. Hungry Jacks next door so grab a coffee and a snack and the laundry is done when you're finished

Thanks for responding back to my ratings. I have recently seen that prices have been increased and time for the washing and drying has been decreased, little disappointed.

Great place, well maintained washers and dryers. No detergent included so byo detergent, or head to the nearest pharmacy and grab a tiny box of detergent for 2 dollars.

Washing machines are good, I thought $9 was a bit steep for a wash, but I must say the clothes came out perfect. The dryer is cheap and works good aswell.

Easy to find, clean and well lit. Good facilities with a charging station for your mobile. Very thoughtful. Some music would have given 5 stars.

Pretty straight forward. Easy to operate. One of the large washers has a door lock problem, so we had to use the other smaller ones.

Clean and efficient laundry, the change machine is no longer available but all of the machines have paywave and still take coins.

This laundromat has a lot of machines and has pay wave too for those who don't have cash you just get charged a 30 cent fee.

If you don't have coins then you can pay online . Easy to use , detergent is automatically dispensed . I liked very much :)

Very clean, washing machines do not spin dry very well,dryers need a long time because of it.Overall an expensive exercise
