Washing machine leaked water all over the floor there was no mop or bucket to even mop it up. Tried to contact the number about faults... there was no one to talk to over the phone. Had to leave a voice mail. Only messaged pop up was about a drain error.. Had to go home to get my small mop and bucket to attempt to minimise how much water was on the floor. How ever there was way too much. Also no drain holed on the floor to even mop water into. We have came to this laundromat regularly. Won't come again.

The Laundromat was good and easy to use the machibes and work out. My only problem was using the online payment. It worked once and then wouldnt work again saying that the machine code was wrong. I tried to search the code and search the machine but neither option worked, i had enough balance in my account. I ended up having to go to the shop to get cash. Otherwise, great machines.

Machine is one size smaller than other laundrymats and mine didn't turn on when I pressed the button bc the door sensor didn't fully latch and it was not washed when I came back and I was still charged for a machine that timeed out and someone else's dryer stopped early and lost the whole 20mins. The experience was infuriating and I would not return

Second time around having a machine fault now... Dryer did not heat up... And clothes still wet after 30 minutes cycle.. waste of time and money . Tried to call customer service and did not get anywhere automated phone system which is most unhelpful... So I gave up.

This has to be the best ever laundry mat. They open early and stays open to late evening. This place supplys free wifi as well as a mobile phone charger station. Can even pay for the machines on their app. Congrates to the owners, a brilliant idea, well done

As far as laundromats go this is pretty good. It has free wifi it does take a login with FB but you can skip the check-in. It's clean the machines work well. Also has a change machine and apparently you can pay via app!

Pretty clean and accepts credit card if you don't have enough coins. Is amongst shopping centre so you can go for a coffee next door and food shopping and if you do need coins for the machines you have the supermarket.

I walked in and there was water all over the floor. I looked for a phone number to call on the signs, nothing. Then I looked for a coin change machine, nothing. Then I left and went somewhere else.

Very clean. Machines were in great condition. I emailed a question through the website about the laundry detergent they use and received a fast and detailed response. Will definitely use again!

Your customer service sucks get a real person behind the phone tried getting to report a fault with your dryers I'm not just going to leave a message in hopes you might get back to me

After an hour the dryer didnt dry the clothes. Had to start again. The 2nd drier started hot. Then it was cold. $20 later I left with cold damp clothes. Very disappointing

Clean, sparkling really. Washing machines good. They provide washing powder automatically for free. Coffee shop next door.

Excellent machines, 3 sizes to choose from, paywave, wifi. As far as laundromats go, this is the best I've ever seen
