Very bad experience yesterday around 8:30 p.m. I ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino beverage. After getting my order I didn't receive bill. I asked at counter about their closing time & I was told it is 9 pm so I asked can I sit on patio & got answer Yes. So I took my drink and came out and sat on one of the chair facing the mall I had just finished taking my first sip then one of the staff member came and told me that we had they have to close the patio because it's their closing time. So I told her it's only 8:40 and I just need to drink my coffee and she replied that I can sit somewhere else like Subway or maybe somewhere else when the time was 8:45 and she was literally standing behind me ensure that I leave. In her rush I dropped my entire drink and this staff didn't even say or show any courtesy to respond but she just rudely went in and brought her cleaning supplies and started cleaning. It was just 8:45 and they were still 15 minutes before closing of the shop. I was totally exhausted after a hard day and very tired. I was made to stand without a drink that I paid for. I'm an old lady and I don't think this is the treatment anyone should get from the store. I'm a new resident in this area and was looking forward to come pick at a friendly store which I have got very bitter experience. Never coming back.

My sister came in like 30 mins before closing today. The drink that she got was an açai strawberry. I believe she was told that there was no inclusions and if it was ok? The barista gave her the drink, and it was white and my sister didn’t like the drink and asked for a refund and the barista who identified as white was extremely rude and patronizing towards my sister and my father. Though my father has a hearing problem, he didn’t hear her mocking my father and my sister heard the girl’s tone of voice and speaking and she was visibly upset. I get that it was 30 mins till your shift ended but to be rude to a customer is not ok. It seemed that the girl eventually gave my sister a refund. There was also some microgression accompanied with it too. I will be calling this location and complaining this person to her manager directly. There needs to more diversity training implemented for this person to learn especially when she is working in a racialize community. To have your sibling be visibly upset about it to the point where she broke down and at a time when there is a pandemic and the need to be kind, this matters. Being kind matters. Never had any problems with other Starbucks and baristas. They were more than happy to fix the situation or provide a refund.

On June, 26, 2021, around 6: 15, we bought 2 caramel frappe and 1 coffee. The coffee was cold and when we complained to them they were very, very mean and they said we were wrong. They changed the coffee, but again, they gave us cold coffee. I am a regular customer of Starbucks, and I know the taste of the drinks. Before that, they were chatting with another lady, keeping us standing in line for at least 7 minutes. There were 2 girls who were super rude. One was white, another was black. I want to give negative ratings. I hope Starbucks should do something about it. Because it is a global brand and it should maintain it’s quality of food and customer service. I am never going to go back there and I will suggest not to go there. I will not let my friends and family to go there. Some idiots and racists are working there.

We came here for an evening coffee and tried their new positively Pistachio Coffee, liked it. Also had their Cheese danish and Chocolate croissants and they were fresh and hot. My daughter just loved it. But overall I find Starbucks expensive, maybe it's hard for me to find the real difference between other cheaper options and also I am not a coffee person...One thing to add was the lighting here was really dim and for a second we thought this place was closed but later found it was open, I guess they should have some signage outside to let the customers know it's open for business. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

I LOVE LOVE Starbucks, so I obviously go to the nearest one to my place, and it happens to be in this Metro. The Baristas are always super rude. Don’t know where all this attitude is coming from. No need to roll your eyes any time someone is trying to order a drink or add something extra etc. Definitely gonna drive the 5 mins extra and go to a better starbucks. The least the baristas can legit do is smile.

I attended the location inside metro at Markham and Eglinton today for my order. The ladies working were so sweet and got the order perfect. I wanted to tip and was informed they cannot accept tips. I tried to just leave the tip on the counter and she informed me if I left it, she would have to put the money in the cash drawer. These ladies are providing a service as servers. They should be allowed to accept tips. Shame on this location for this rule!!!!

Probably by far the happiest, friendlies and nicest Starbucks location I have ever visited! The conversation was genuine, real, and more than just a "How are you! The owner of this location should be proud of how well his staff do their job, keep the customers satisfied, and how friendly/welcoming they are. Job well done! Anytime.e I'm around this location I will be going back to grab a frap!

When I tell you I adore the staff here, you’ll no doubt underestimate my adoration. Roshita is a precious gem of a person, Alex is a sweetheart. Every single staff at this Starbucks is nothing short of amazing and so very kind. If I could I would give them a million stars and they would still deserve more. I will miss them so much as we move away next week to Windsor. Please be kind and appreciative of these staff, they’re wonderful people.

The drinks are good. I’m not a big Starbucks fan but this one is the closest to me and I had a gift card to use. It’s small so don’t expect everything to be able to be made here as they may not have all ingredients. However, the drinks I got were great. Only 1 person working at a time which is hard because if there is an order to be made, the line can pile up very quickly. Otherwise to that, the employees are nice.

Horrible service. The girl with the long blond brown hair is so unprofessional. I went to get a coffee today and she was on her cell phone behind the cash, swearing at whoever she was talking to while I was standing there. She finally helped me out but her phone was ringing loudly and she kept picking it up and hanging up. She messed up my order.

Yo what is going on , and on being asked then whats the concession for missing items:), the guy told me oh you know the pieces are only for changing color or sth Typically they are the inclusive and the price was being told the same!!! Coffee was good and staff nice. But foof was horrible. Cheese danish even tho warmed was raw dough in middle. Husbands had a bagel not enough cream cheese and he asked for med toasted and it was only just warm seems like equipment in the shop is very slow because we waited a good 5 mins for it to be just barely warm. On a positive note staff was very friendly and was trying there best.

Drinks and sandwiches are not as tasty as the other locations, some of the employees are actually quite rude, and does not accept online orders. I will order two drinks and the woman who makes them doesn't even care to put them in the tray for me, she just gives me “here” in a rude manner. I pay upwards of $20 the least you can do is be nice.

Staff are rude, drinks are not well made and when you talk to them about the drink they argue that your wrong. I’m a Starbucks customer who purchases multiple times a day at various locations across the city never ever has my drink that they wasted my money on look like what they tried to serve me. Will not purchase from them again.

They made me a special latte as I wasn't able to consume dairy. The lady mixed almond with soya milk and it was delicious. I still prefer milk first but it was Lent and I was abstaining all animal products. The people who frequent are customers of the grocery store. Great idea! You sir have a coffee and make up your shopping list.

Very new bartenders. Ordered with rasberry syrup. Gave me rose syrup. asked for a passion ice tea, gave me the most bitter ice tea ever. Ordered green tea latte, gave me milk that is colour green. The staff at this Starbucks are always so friendly and take excellent care of their customers. Kudos to Roshita, Taylor, Alex, Betty, Jenny, Reshma, Nyjah, Simone, Natalie, and the whole team for always making it a great experience.

This is a typical in-store Starbucks, meaning it's small. It is located inside the Metro right by the main entrance. The store opens late but this Starbucks does not. There is limited seating available - I believe there is a 6 seater bench

I am a regular customer and Oh where to start??? They dont even ask what i want anymore because of the number of times im there a day and the respect shown every day is the reason i sometimes go out of my way just to attend this location,

I ordered 3 different drinks and all cups smelled with perfume or hand cream or whoever knows what, so none of us could drink our coffee. Barista should never use cream or perfume that can be left on a cup.

Staff are great but the quality can lack due to it not being busy. The busier the location is the better things taste, can definitely tell when coffee or other drinks have been sitting around for awhile.

Had an order for my sister and they helped me make sense if what she wanted from her text. Trust me it was like a whole other language and the server managed to decifer it rather quickly. Thx Server!!

Used to be my favourite coffee place until they decided to support killing of children in Gaza. Now I couldn’t care less.

I've been a regular customer here since its opening around 1.5 years ago. The crew is good, though the timings a bit tight... it'd be nice if they can open at 6/6:30 am.

Found within the local Metro do is convenient. Does not accept Starbucks orders, which makes it less convenient. Drinks are made well and staff is very polite.

Starbucks is always great at each and every location by this time an employee (that i should name) was rasict. All i can say is she had red hair
