Brought the car in to shampoo the seats as it was recommended some time ago by the business owner. This time though they told me that they don't do it (??). Fine! I bought the Platinum Package which includes exterior and interior cleaning. Once done, I had to show the workers that the front of the car wasn't clean at all, honest mistake, they fixed it right away. I jump in the car and took off as I was late for something and I had already waited 45 minutes for the car to be cleaned. The next day I realized that they completely missed the interiors (see the photos). Another honest mistake. The next day I bring the car back in to finish what they had started, they look inside and they acknowledge the issue, but they want me to pay 12$ to clean the interiors. I'm like 'I paid for it 2 days ago, as you can see the exterior is still shiny, but the interior wasn't done at all'. They said that I should have called in advanced, I'm like, I'm here why do I need to call? If you want me to call I park on the side, call and you fix this. Nope. Too late. We go back and forth for a few minutes, they didn't want to do the job that I had already paid for, unless I pay more. I asked if they prefer to lose a loyal customer and receive a bad review, they respond that it's fine with them. Obviously they don't have an MBA in business. In addition, few moths ago I brought the car in and, while cleaning the interiors (yes, that time they did it!) they broke my phone car-dock, I left the pieces with them so they can see brand and model and I said I would get back in a week to pick up a new one. A week later I got there and the owner had just poured a bunch of glue on it and said that it was just fine. Just to give a general idea of what kind of professionalism you get from this business.

Being from Miami where car cleaning is an art, I have yet to find a car wash to compare. This is as close as I've come. I just wish they knew more about custom and luxury paints. You can not put a towel on soft paint. Even with a sealant overlay, it will leave hideous swirl scratches and dull your paint job. I have to watch them carefully because even though Sham Dry is on the ticket there are too many hands involved to pay attention and by the time you scream loud enough for them to stop your paint is already scratched. And you still have spots that were not cleaned. They just did this to me yesterday, and although I watched this guy wipe the whole side of my truck with a towel, he swore he only used the towel on the windows. That was after he tried to tell me it wasn't a towel. But he quickly put the towel down and got a sham. I now have a driver side full of dull paint and hideous swirl marks. I wish I had a hose at my building to DIY, or a DIY close enough or the energy to DIY. For now, I cringe at the thought of car wash days. If anyone has suggestions on a better place that only uses shams, please let me know.

I spent the night before emptying out my car so that when I got there early next morning for my comprehensive all day car wash, the cleaners would have an easier time cleaning my car. I got up early next day on my day off so that I could drop my car off and pick it up hours later when it was done. I was first in line that morning and they would not sell me the super deluxe all day wash. What? It's the start of your day, I'm the only car here, and I'm wanting to give you $200+ dollars for a service you provide and you won't do it? The cashier told me that I needed to call ahead to make sure a manager was there, because apparently only he can quote me a price, even though the price is listed in their brochure. I've had my car there before for this kind of wash, never have I ever been told that I need to call ahead of time to make sure I can get it this kind of wash, I've only ever been told to just show up early. Thanks for wasting my time, I'm going somewhere else from now on.

Dropped car off for a full detail. Shortly after noticed I left my iPhone. I immediately called the car wash and headed back up there. I had my wife use the find my iPhone app at home and it was located at the car wash. Shortly after the device was turned off and could no longer be located. Several employees handled my car and all claimed they did not speak English. I spoke with a gentleman who stated he was the manager & he advised me that cameras were throughout the shop and they would review them and call me back. My iPhone was taken and all the change that was in the center console as well! I have called the car wash numerous times. I visited the shop several times trying to speak to the owner and I have been told he's never there. I left messages for the owner over the phone and in person numerous times, and none of my calls, messages, or attempts have been acknowledged!

My new vehicle's paint was completely destroyed at State Street Hand Car Wash on 10/3/2020. The Owner/Manager gave me the run around when trying to get it corrected. I was told to bring it back another day because his main detailer was not in on 10/3. I brought it back, and it still looked terrible after his main detailer tried correcting it. The place is a joke. After wasting enough of my time dealing with these clowns, I ended up bringing the car to another detailer in the suburbs and for another $400 out of my pocket it looks much better but still not 100%. The owner made it seem like it was my problem that this happened because I purchased a black vehicle. I guess I should have read the reviews of this establishment prior to visiting. It appears this is a recurring issue.

So I used to come here at least once a week until they scratched the whole side of my car, and that scratch was fresh since we determined it is still peeling of and its dirty from that object it is scratched with. When I complained boss of that place showed me a video which I don’t know if he was joking or insulting my intelligence but the angle the distance and sharpness and quality of that tape was ridiculous you could barely recognize if it was my car, it was just shot on the entrance and it wasn’t even on that side. Just be aware if these guys mess up your car there’s no way they’ll take responsibility, even after that the boss had the attitude, I mean this place if I could give them -100 after this I would. On top of that very lame work overall on cleaning.

First, let me say I take writing reviews seriously and when I say JESUS CLEANED MY CAR THROUGH THE HANDS OF THESE MEN…our car was IMMACULATE!!! We tipped them but I still feel like I didn’t tip them enough! Our van hasn’t been cleaned since pre-COVID & pre- baby now Toddler….so 3 years. We use our van for a dog business we have and for all family outing’s as this is the only car we own. I wish I had pre photos because our van was a HOT MESS! I’m talking, dog hair, dog food, cat litter, dirt, sand, apple sauce, yogurt, spilled drinks, dropped ketchup, a HOT MESS!!! However, now because of the detailed cleaning and Blessing our van is restored and has been brought back from death!!! Bless this shop and Bless these men and the Good Work they are doing!

I have been here 2 different occasions with 2 different cars. The first, Honda Accord, was still dirty inside. I had to wipe down myslef as it was a surprise for my sister. The second, Mazda CX30 (baby SUV), had streaks on the inside of the windshield, which they happily cleaned when I pointed it out. However, when I reached my next destination, I noticed my car still had many dirty/pollen laden streaks. When I returned to the car wash, the nice man (he was pleasant for real) told me it had to be buffed out. Sir? No sir? Dirt sir? It's a 1 month old car. Just no. He asked if I wanted a rewash and I said yes please. Nice people, but not through. Good prices. Inside out as only <$20 for small SUV.

If you care about your car and have black paint, do NOT take it here. Just pulled into my parking garage after visiting a moment ago, and the paint job on my 6-week old car, bought brand new, is annihilated. Swirl marks and scratches all over. I watched in horror as they dragged the water hose across the car body, took the scrubber with soap from another car directly into mine, used old-looking / non microfiber cloths to dry, but I'd hoped I was worrying for nothing. Now instead of getting on with my life after what should have been a breezy 10-20 minute errand, I'm stuck wondering who to take this to and get it fixed - and at what cost. Certainly more than the $15, plus tip, that I just wasted.

I purchased my weekly Carwash and I was extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was helpful, from the first employee I encountered (Hispanic young man with curly hair) all the way to the cashier (Blonde hair with tattoos). My vehicle was very clean inside and out. I wish customers would treat the staff with courtesy and respect. I witnessed a male customer threatening the cashier and being verbally abusive and screaming profanities at her because a few crumbs were left behind. Customers fail to realize that this staff works 12 hour shifts and are on their feet all day working with chemicals etc. Please remember to be kind to those who service us.

First time there. Paid $20 for inside and out. Got my car back in exactly 6 minutes, they were finished. Pulled out driver side all nice and shiny. But the passenger side looks like it wasn't even touched with soap and water. That's not Cool for you guys to have All those people there and miss a whole side of a car. C'mon. It was today I came there with my brand New BMW and you All do a First Timer like that. Not cool at all. I Will not be bringing my car's back there to wash. Just know State Street Hand Car Wash messed a opportunity up to have permanent business with BMW with detailing I there car's.

I came in on a whim and I should've kept driving pass this carwash. Not a friendly at All! My car was vacuum out good but the outside not so good. All of my floor mats were put back except one. I had to go back to get and not apology at all!! Or even walked back with me to my car to double check that their work was completed and I was satisfied. My windows were not wiped clean at all. I had to go back over them. Water spots on my door windows. When you go there make sure you have all of your car mats!! And my rims were still dirty. I guess because I didn't ask for the tire shine. Only my second time at this carwash and my last time!!!

I dont trust this place any longer. They broke my license plate cover and said they didn't. They then said they reviewed a camera and nothing was in it but I know for a fact that somebody did break it from this place due to the fact that I put items in my trunk at the wash and my plate was fine. They may have been upset due to the fact that I had to go back a second time because I paid for inside and out but they didn't vacuum or wipe the trim on the inside. It was still dusty and had finger prints. I use to love this place but they fell off and fell hard. All over a 60$ plate cover. I'm personally never going back.

I’ve been coming here since 2014, could be longer but I’ve always been pretty satisfied with their work until last week. I paid for the “silver package” which includes a wipe down of the dashboard, console, etc. They failed to wipe down anything! Only my mats, which still had droplets of water on them. I didn’t realize my dash was still dusty until I was sitting at a stop light and the sun hit it. That made me further inspect things and nothing was cleaned. I’m so disappointed with this business. I’m not sure if the workers are being lazy or what but I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them again.

Came here for an interior exterior wash + spray wax. I watched my car the entire time through the wash and never saw them apply the wax. I asked them about it and he assured me it was done but how did he do it if he rolled the car out immediately after they dried it. It also wasn't completely dry. Upon completion I pointed out the three doorsteps were still grimy and untouched. The guy gave it 2 wipes right in front of me which did next to nothing and sent me on my way. Worst $28 dollar wash I've ever had. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Brought my older vehicle in for a inside and out side wash. The inside of my vehicle got damaged. When they brought the vehicle up to me they didn't say anything about it, then when questioned about they gave me the manager on duty. he told me he will talk to the owner and get back to me with in 2 weeks. After 2 mths I called and talked to a guy that told me that it was not his problem he is not going to fix my car that they damaged. and to go F**** off. The worst car place to go to.

Used to be really good with Juan and the old crew. Now under the new regime, the work is subpar from time to time. The nice thing is that you have full view of every stage of your car wash and you can see them speed through the stages and do "just enough" instead of high quality work like before. 2-3 years ago this place was the best place to get your car washed, inside and out. That's not the case anymore. And I don't know how many people have the time to correct their shortcomings and have them redo them. I usually don't.

Ok, I’ve tried a lot of places, and despite that I moved from South Loop years ago, I still make the trip to get my car washed here. Everyone has their opinion, but mine is based on CONSISTENCY - I trust them to do a good job every time. Is the lighting in there as good as outside? No, so I don’t expect perfection but I’ve tried many others and again, they do a darn good job. I wish this place was able to start their reviews over when they changed ownership and management, they definitely deserve 4 stars or above!!!

I took a new vehicle to gets it first wash to this place. As I drove away, I noticed the floor mat on the front passenger side was missing a retaining clip. I pulled over to take a look and also noticed the tire shine sprayed all over the side of my car. I washed the car by hand a few days later and the tire shine stained my fenders. It also stained my rear bumper from the tire shine dripping off the spare tire. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash. Looking back, it appears the company seeks quantity over quality.

I use to go here all the time for a car wash. For some reason the services changed. What I mean by changed is, they don’t do the quality of work like they use to. Everything is rushed, my car is always dirty still. I completely stop going. Today 2/7/22 I decided hey let me just go here since it’s close and convenient. Got my car and it’s STILL THE SAME THING. It’s snow on the ground & They didn’t even clean my rugs. They gave me an horrible excuse and I’m mad I paid my money. ILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️

They didn't vacuum or wipe the surfaces of my vehicle. I made them aware of this before leaving. I even let the older fellow behind the register know...He walked over and talked to the guy behind my wheel...I continued to point out the fog around the perimeter of my windows...The guy behind the wheel Still pulled my car up for me to get in it..I just left...They don't care about you spending $19 to get your surfaces wiped..their are even still crumbs on my windshield...Please don't waste your money

So I should have checked the reviews a little closer. I came today at an off time and there was only one car. I figured since they were busy, they would have time to be more thorough... Nope. I purchased the platinum package, and the inside console was barely wiped down. I wish I had caught it before I drove off. Also, didn't even try to remove the sap or sticky substance on the top of the car. I guess if I ever go back, doubtful, I will need to stand there and THOROUGHLY look over the car.

Horrible!!! I’ve never seen such incompetence, you have to literally walk around your vehicle and do a thorough inspection because they will not do a good job , I had the pleasure of paying for a platinum wash only to find out they only washed the outside and only put tire shine on 1 tire , they also will steal from you so please don’t leave anything in your vehicle that can be readily taken. The only reason they get one star is because the site won’t let you give them no stars.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING ELSE BUT A QUICK EXTERNAL WASH! I wish I’d listened to the warning reviews. This place is ONLY ok for a somewhat decent exterior wash. I actually think the machine wash near my house could’ve done a better job. They do poor quality interior work and seem to only care about getting people out quickly. I do not recommend! There are better detail places to visit. I may be back in the future for a quick exterior wash but more than likely, I won’t!

Check for cleanliness. I've been here 4 times .and always at the end of the line, the door jams, the trunk, the windows, and the rims never are cleaned. The tires don't get tire shine enough on them. We give $5 tips and have to constantly point out their mistakes. I feel if I have to supervise the workers why do I need to get the service. Don't work for the money. Do great service and you'll get better reviews and tips. Hint Hint. I'm done taking my cars there.

Car badly scratched. I took my car in to be washed after an interstate trip; it was dusty. Prior to the trip I had personally washed it. The workers at the car wash wet the car, then applied vigorous pressure while scrubbing. This resulted in very clear swirly scratches from the road dust being pressed into the center of the front hood. I used soap and water, then water, to see if the scratches were only residual dust or permanent: they are permanent.

It used to be my favorite car wash and it was conveniently located. The quality has gone completely down. You are better off going to an automated car wash and saving half if not more of your money. There were black smudges all over interior and exterior. I would understand if it was peak hourand they were busy but I came at 8 30am on a Monday with only 1 other car in front of me. I ended up scrubbing the car of the dirt myself in my garage for 20 min

Cost for a premium wash was reasonable at $20 - they do exterior and interior, and tire shine comes with the platinum. They can do better with paying attention to the details. Floor could have been vacuumed better and seems like the dash was not wiped down very well. Windows are streaked with towel marks-quite visible with the sun shining brightly and near sunset. This was my first time going here. I'll give them another try and see how it goes then.

They are supposed to open at 7am, but they did not start washing cars this morning until about 7:25am. Then after I left the wash, I see that they did not wipe down the inside throughly. It also smells a little funny in the car like they used a rag that was wet yesterday and never dried. Once I got home (2 blocks away), I noticed that there is a sticky substance on my car and the trunk has a dirt streak going down the back. I will not be returning.

The staff is definitely different. Once my vehicle was done I found some things that had not been properly cleaned like the console and the windows were smudged. I pointed this out to the guy, he acted like he was bothered and had an attitude. Once I left and hit the sun my vehicle revealed all sorts of dirt. Listen.... I used to love this place but I definitely have options. Talk to your staff... Get new towels, cleaning products and or staff!!!!

They say they wash motorcycles/scooters, but they don't. You can call to ask and they will assure you that they do and that you can come immediately. Ten minutes later, when you're geared up and at their garage, they'll turn you away again. I've taken my scooter here four times and each time they've turned me away with a promise to do it next time. I can't comment on how thorough of a job they do because I've never gotten them to wash anything.

I usually go here for a quick wash to get the dirt off. For a more through clean I go somewhere else. Today I went, did a once over before I got in and drove off to the grocery store. Walking back to my car the sun shined bright on the dirt that remained after spending $22. My 1st instinct was to go back but I didn't want to spend more time waiting, I just wanted to go home. Being quick seems to compromise quality sometimes.

Have a brand new 3 month old subuaru crosstrek and they marked it as an suv. Asked for interior & exterior cleaning and got a "silver" wash.cost $20. The outside and windows looked fine, but what wasn't done is a much longer list: didn't dust dashboard or steering column, didn't vacuum seats or any surface other than floors, no cup holders or doors, and the hatch area got nothing. Very disappointed and won't be back.

Got my car washed there today and one of the workers STOLE my coin holder full of change. Spoke with "Manager" and he said he hard to check the cameras. I know they took it because I covered it up before I drove in. It was in a spot that was closed, and did not could not clean. The "Manager" said he would call me, if it shows anything. I will give him the opportunity to try and fix this. I will update if it changes.

Horrible! When I got in my car it looked same before they “cleaned” it. The only difference was that it was vacuumed. The dashboard was still dusty and the cup holder wasn’t even touched. Not only did they do a horrible job (or no job at all) they also forgot to put my mats back in the car. I live an hour away and thankfully I was still in the area when I noticed 2 of them where missing. Such a waste of money.

On two separate occasions the service at this place has been terrible. In one instance they broke the interior window panel. It took them nearly a month to refer me to a place to have it repaired for the damages they caused. I tried giving it another chance and paid for the full service which is outside inside and tire shining. They vacuumed the front seat area left the backseat and the trunk and vacuumed.

I’m a senior and have had many cars washed over my 75 year existence.This is the one that I have mostly patronized over the years It’s good not perfect and I will return many times in the future.Where else can you get a hand wash for $14 on senior tuesdays. I say thank you. Convenient,efficient,timely,affordable,great hours,friendly staff,accommodating ,Enough said. As you can tell I like this place.

Just left there. Waited one hour for a car wash that looks like it took 5 minutes. No attention to detail and you have to tell them to wash areas that should’ve already been washed. My mats were soaking wet and still not clean. They’re also not wearing masks while cleaning the interior of your car, just using them for chin straps. With them discontinuing the discounts and specials I won’t be back.

I Believe this place changed ownership. The last time I’ve been there might’ve been several or more months and they were OK. This new ownership their service is horrible. The worker’s even get an attitude with you when you bring it to them about the work. I usually do not speak against business but this is a terrible place to go if you’re going to get your car wash and it isn’t cheap to go there.

I do not recommend... I hadn't been there in a while and it appeared to be under new management. They were very quick, but did a terrible job. My windows and rear view mirrors weren't cleaned. They didn't wipe down anything on the interior... dashboard, console, doors, nothing! They half way vacuumed and rinsed off my mats. I could've saved my money and went to a drive through car wash.

Great place in the loop to get your vehicle washed and cleaned out for a very good price! They did a great job, especially with the interior cleaning that came with the wash. They were quick too. I browsed through the little shop they have, made a phone call, and before I knew it, I had a pristine car waiting for me. Will be back any time we need our vehicle cleaned. Thanks again!

Go somewhere else. The staff here is completely careless. Two different staff members dinged the same door on a post within the drying area as they carelessly swung my door open. A staff member even looked at me when it occurred and pretended nothing happen until I brought it up. Also, the top of my vehicle was only half washed. 0/5 would be a better representation of the service.

I requested a car wash and a hand wax. There was a car already scheduled at that time but the manager Marcel said that they could get me in since the other person did not need their car until 4pm. An hour later my car was done. The staff did an excellent job of waxing my car. It looks very shiny and clean. The interior was also very clean. The staff did a fantastic job.

Very disappointed. Used to be a lot better. Paid $22 and gave a $3 tip and hopped in my car as I was in a hurry. Then I noticed after I left the dash had not been dusted at all, the door wells were half wiped and they did not touch the trunk mat of my SUV. The rear view mirrors were poorly cleaned. This was my first visit under new management. I will not return

Decent wash if you arrive for the early bird special. They are quick but I probably would not pay the typical cost as attention to details on washing and drying is inconsistent. Update 5/26/2022: On an overcast day or chances of rain it's typically a smaller staff, especially in the mornings. Be prepared to wait longer but the quality of the wash is the same.

Platinum service is not worth it. I watched several customers in front of me complain about their vehicle. I was waiting for so long that I decided not to complain myself. Poor job on the interior wipe down. And they had forgotten completely to vacuum the back out. Still found sticky stuff on the floor mats in the backseat. I'll be looking for a new cleaner.

My car came back immaculate with the most basic wash. They hand-wash the exterior, vacuum front and back seat, clean the seats/dash, wash the windows inside and out, and towel dry. In the cold Chicago winters, you can't beat that! I went on a weekday around 2p and the wait was about 20 minutes - quality work takes time! Bring a book! Highly recommend!

It's a couple bucks more than other usual car washes. That would be ok if they washed the whole car. They didn't clean the back of my car. The seats in the back were still crummy and were not wiped down. They are leather. Easy to clean. I noticed too late i was already home. I paid extra to clean rims. They also were still dirty. Not going back.

Use this car wash a few times per month. Completely hand washed, normally busy but you move true reasonably fast. I like the complete hand wash including exterior, wheels, windows etc. Before 10am you can save some money on a wash but overall the price is reasonable around $21 plus tip. One of the better ones in Chicago area.

I had a full detailing performed on my car, which was covered in tree sap. The folks here did a fantastic job! I felt the price was very fair considering the amount of work they needed to perform to clean the exterior. The interior was immaculate!! Looked better than when I bought the car brand new eights months prior.

A decent wash and friendly staff but if your car is really dirty, expect some of it to leave the facility with you. And windows, yesterday after I left, saw the windshield was so poorly done, windshield wiper marks were very visible. Windows are never well done. Suggest squeegees or windex please.

How did they manage to put someone else’s floor mat in my car? I had the inside and outside cleaned but there was still a lot of dust on the inside. They did a good job on the floors though. On some console surfaces there was a new layer of dirt as if the cleaned inside my car with dirty rags.

This place takes as long as any of the other hand washes anywhere from 25 minutes to 45 minutes so if you got some time I suggest getting a hand wash always. I do livery so I get a little bit of a discount because I get a lot of washes so that's why I come here. Prices are fair good location.

Bad carwash. The windshield with a bunch of stains, a lot of dust all over the place and backseat not even touched(crumbs on the seat). I would not recommend this car wash at all. Got the $17 silver car wash btw. First and last time for me for sure. The 2 stars is for being nice in and out.

The external wash was fine but the interior cleaning was lacking. It was clear they had not touched the console or dash and there was visible dust/dirt on floorboards. The gentlemen cleaning were courteous, but the lady at the checkout counter was rude (both on the phone and in person).

I brought my car in for a car wash and left with a broken radio. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The employees were rude. Then when I tried to tell the manager that my radio wasn’t working he basically told me it wasn’t his problem and I couldn’t prove it. I’ll never be back!

Best car wash in the South Loop. Well run and efficient. A little pricey but my car comes out sparkling clean. The waiting room is comfortable. This place is usually busy which also attests to what a good job they do. There's a communal tip jar, which seems fair. Good place.

Horrible! I went there and thought the reviews were false, but no they were in fact correct. Do not come here they half clean the inside of the car and workers eat and leave sauce from hands on your car. Will not return, it was so bad, I had to finish the job for them!

Excellent service. Wait time can be long depending on the time of day that you go. Most often, you are in and out within an hour. I've noticed that discounts are given for police,Uber,Lyft and taxi drivers. On average for a quick hand car wash, the price is around 15$

Get what you pay for and will not be going back here again. Streaks on every window and door panel. The hand dryer couldn't keep his free hand off the car and leaned on the car the entire time. Wheels were not even touched. Poor quality.

This was my second visit and you pay $20 to get 80% of your car cleaned. They forgot to clean a wheel (again) and left large portions of my car's roof untouched. I had to clean the car myself afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Paid for full service and left with a very visible swirl on my quarter panel and the interior wasn’t touched. Used to be a regular but I’ll just do it myself now - it’s not worth the time spent correcting the paint after they wash it.

The ABSOLUTE WORST car wash I have ever had on a car! A waste of water for $22! This place should be run by children as I'm sure they would have done a better job! A bunch of adults moving about quickly slinging water and that's it!

This was the worst car wash. Charge me 26 dollar for a services that were not done. Windows dirty, not vacuum good, dirty on carpet in back seating area.will never go acknowledged here. They took my money for a horrible service

This is my favorite car wash! They have hardworking employees that get your car efficiently through the process! More importantly, the ladies room is nice and clean! Clean ladies rooms say everything about an establishment!

Was worried about coming here at first because some of the reviews but let me say, they were quick & did a great job! I asked them to vacuum my trunk extra and they made sure that my car looked squeaky clean! Will be back!

They're fast and relatively cheap ($20 for the best wash) but when they only was half the car, it's useless. They never opened the trunk, dirt in all door openings, didn't remove trash in thecae etc. I'm not coming back.

Wish I had never gone back. Worst car wash I'v ever had. Scratched my vehicle up with towels they advertise as soft, didn't clean the wheels, or anything else that was advertised in the package I paid for. Never again.

They wash OK. It is the after washing detailing that was lacking on my car. The wheel rims were dirty, but I didn't notice that until I was out of the wash. Hereafter I will take notice of this before I leave the wash.

Do not go there. They do a rush job for $24. It was not worth it. My car was still dirty on the inside still wet when I left it was not completely dry I will not be returning and I suggest you don’t try them either.

Love this place. The fact you can see your car the whole time from the lobby was a great idea. They do good work for a reasonable price. If there is anything that you don't like they'll take care of it.

Car wash is hit and miss. I usually have to remind the staff that I did pay for tires to be treated, but they never were. Washes have been a bit sloppy, so I will be looking for a new spot to visit.

I love this place! They are the only ones I'll let put hands on my jeep wrangler. I have lots of lights and decals and they are so gentle with them but still clean them. This place is an easy 10/10

Worst hand car wash I've been to, they left tons of smudges on my windows and didn't fully vacuum the inside of my car. Didn't even bother to wipe down the inside and clean it. Would not recommend.

Great hand wash, my car looks brand new.......... except the floor mats. They became filthy as they moved the car through the line. Suggest protecting the driver side floor mats from dirty shoes!

Worst car wash I have ever been to got back to my car after the "wash" and it still had mud on it along with an employee spit his gum on my roof. see photos ! refused to give me a refund also.

I go here at least once a quarter. I was there last week and the entire interior of my car was barely touched however they worked hard to rectify it once brought to their attention.

Great service if your looking to get in and out, this is the place to go. Nice and clean environment, they get your car right, nice and shiny and you dont have to be there all day.

Horrible. Never ever go to this place. The towels will scratch your car! They have no clue what they are doing with cars. Stay away or you’ll need a new paint job!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. In the same trip, they locked my keys in the car and I had to go home and get the spare.

We use this car wash every time. It’s not cheap we pay about 20$ for the wash, but the car is neat afterwards

They didn’t clean the rims and inside didn’t do to much to manny spots untouched..they don’t worth 20$ .

Trash my back window was had water marks carpet could’ve vacuumed better marks throughout the car.
