I came to this store to find a gift for my wife and I was helped out by a delightful employee named Raj. Raj didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but went out of their way to help me track down what I needed at another location. The second place was able to hold the shoes for me and I was able to get the perfect Christmas gift for my wife!

i had a question about some boots & i called the store, the employee that helped me was extremely kind and helpful!! she was able to help me determine what size i should purchase, explained the return policy to me & what back ordered items meant!! will definitely shop in person again :)!! such nice staff <3

Raj was so awesome. His professionalism, knowledge & overall personality was simply amazing!!! I was impressed how helpful & kind he was on a very busy day with 3 calls out. He still managed to help every customer in the store and we ALL walked away very satisfied.

The selection here is much smaller than Aldo's but it's easier to find things because their display isn't shelved as high. It's actually not an extremely busy story earlier in the day and service is quick and friendly.

Raj is amazing!! He helped me find my right size and color and even offered to ship items if we couldn’t find the color in my size. He also gave me restaurant recommendations. Such a sweetheart! 10 star service!

Small selection and unprofessional service (bordering on racist) from manager every time. I love the brand do have to go here often which is sad. Even my friends experienced this.

As a service junkie I loved it here. Totally felt well taken care of. Lots of sizes I needed a size 10 pairs of boots and was shocked that I could have gotten them stretched too!

Went here on a mission to get specific boots. Did not disappoint, service was ok, no great deals stood out. They did offer me a shoe horn though.
