Wouldn't accept a delivery from a courier, even though I explained it was being used as a delivery address. I visited the post office for two days to make sure he understood I was there to pick it up. The Asian guy still decided to have it returned ! I asked Google Can I send a package to a post office instead of an address? Google answered Yes - you (the addressee) have the option to send your eligible package to a different address or to a Post Office™ for pickup. The opening times are wrong they shut the post office when they want. I've seen at least three customers attempting to get service within the opening times but it was shut.

What can I say? 10/10 every time. You couldn't find more professional, friendly , polite service anywhere else. Been coming for a couple of months now. I use most days and always consistent good service. I have a post office in next road to me which is opposite so I prefer to catch a bus to Stockland Green. Well worth it for good service with a Thank you to Alf and Caroline

This is the best post office I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staffs are very helpful & always got a smile. if I had to rate any post office for service to customers I would give Stockland Green Post Office 10 out of 10. Keep Up The Good Work! I approach this P O observing the 2mtr distancing behind a customer who was allowed in I was refused entry His premise being 3 others were waiting inside and he was now closed...true partiality at best!I was back in my car at 4.02!!

Staff are great treat customers well, listen to their woes and at one time I was invited to bring my bike in to be sure it was safe. They have a varied community to serve and look out for their customers.

A really Nasty guy, no communication skills whatsoever. Asking me to stay in the 15, 20 min queue just to hand me a DVLA form that had it next to him. Disgraceful
