Have driven past here numerous times. Decided we needed to get a storage unit and these folks are one of the least expensive places around. Polite and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly to our satisfaction. There is security systems in place. Not 24 hours but that's not an issue for our needs. Units are clean and the office area is as well. We got lucky and found a unit in the size we required, last one. Glad to finally unload my truck lol.

My unit and plenty of other units have been broken into and burglarized twice, in July 2018 and November 2018. Storage Alberta has done nothing, despite all the CCTV footage they have, and claims that the perpetrators used fake ID's to gain access into the storage. I'm moving my trailer out of their next month, and I will never use this facility again, nor will I ever recommend it.

Friendly, fast, efficient. We use them every time we need storage. Staff is knowledgeable and polilte. Units are clean. We always get our deposit back, esp since we clean out our used units very well. We still have the large unit and alas we may be moving so that it will be impractical to use them. Very good.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE. Save you money, we have had our storage locker and trailer broken into a total of 3 times. I guarantee your items will be stolen. On top of that the staff are completely indifferent if you fall victim to theft as they will do absolutely nothing.

Great service and I shopped around and they have the best prices in town by at least 25%.i hope the owners don't raise the rates. A definite cost effective way to store items short term and long term.

Do not store anything of value NOT SAFE !!!! Secure storage was broken into and stole all of it. Not even a phone call!!!!! Not even a sorry. Over 25k stolen...NOT EVEN A SORRY Not a good business!!!

Damages aren't often reapired. The punch code system is loose and wobbling. We have had difficulty getting our unit closed when it freezes, as the ice melts and builds under the tracks.

Good space at good prices. Security gate in place and locks available on site. Whenever I go, I always see Debbie. She's good people. Hi Deb!
