Was in hospital and had surgery so my work has been held off but my storage feels they can charge extra for cutting my lock and seeing what I own now the government takes roughly 6 weeks to pay you, sometimes even longer so as I have my stuff in storage they only give you 41 days which is technally illegal as I called as I was suppose to now they won't replace lock after I have payed my bill and won't unlock til I have a new lock they are so ignorant at the front desk but long as they get money well st albert has a ruel business park storage charging half the price I say not use the storage marts as they are all over charging for a non heat space, half price in st albert

Seriously!! Above & Beyond!! This is Truly the most amazing Storage I have ever experienced. Alysia & Kelsey are 2 of the most kind, caring and helpful people I have ever met. Helped me on several things, changing units without even hesitation, and wow! I have had over 20+ storages from BC to Ottawa and tried all others in Edmonton and they all paled in comparison! Truly professional, helpful and Above and beyond! I honestly wouldn't rent anywhere else... Thank you BOTH!

I put my 1 bedroom apartment in this storage facility in October of 2022. On Saturday, I went and removed everything from the facility. I will not use it again. The 1st month was 20.00$, the last month in August cost me 298.16$ due to some late fees. A month rental was around 250$ which was for a 5' x 8' unit. In the past year I paid over 3000$ in storage fees. Storage is way to expensive.

Absolutely fantastic business. Alysia set up my unit and was very kind and professional. I made an error on my end and as a result caused a huge problem for the staff. Despite it all being my own error, they were kind and professional about the whole thing and reassured me that it was okay. An incredibly well-managed company. Will absolutely recommend to anyone.

I love Storage Mart, the initial meet up on arrival was excellent. It was a very easy process to follow and the area was very clean. The drop off of my possessions went so easily, I was very pleased with the carts and indoor parking, was handy and warm. Two thumbs up for Storage Mart. The staff is phenomenal and very attentive and friendly.

We’re storage, phoned the number for the flash deal, was impressed!! Spoke to Laianna in Missouri, and she was so cheerful and polite, helped me through all the info and I booked what I needed. Laianna was a nice change from people at other places, she was through, wonderfully kind and so polite. I’d used this again and recommend highly.

The employees are rude. I used to always storm my stuff here but because of the treatment that I’ve gotten in the past, I will never go here again. I just happened to be here to help a friend move his stuff in and surprise surprise the staff hasn’t changed a bit. Still rude as always. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

I needed storage due to a house fire. I have never stored anything before and wasn't sure what to get. The staff were great and walked me through the process. They made sure the size of storage units met my needs while getting the best value for my money. I would recommend Storage Mart qon Fort Road anytime.

Fort Road branch, the lady manager I forget her name, had a good smile, was really helpful and I got a fair deal. This is what a customer except. The area is clean and tidy and the working time was suitable for me. Keep going as it is. Thank you.

Went In. The people where rude. Then they said the unit was 208 but Online said it was 135 instore. The In store price on the site isn’t the actually price. False advertising . They didn’t even try to make a deal or talk. Just bad all round

Storage Mart was exactly what we needed when we purchased our first home. The location was great and with the online promotions it was affordable. Customer service was also very good. Would highly recommend.

Don't have access to my unit,like everybody else,it's upstairs pay full price yet recive partial service,staff is attentive. 56 units upstairs don't have access, yet it says on thier site,access till 10 pm

Storage Mart did an excellent job with accommodating with my needs. They helped perfectly with upgrading my unit and gave me the best deal possible . Would highly recommend checking them out

Lots of vehicles wait and bypass the gate when other people come or leave. Very bad for security. Customer service was the worst.
