After covid and starting menopause, I wasn't feeling my best and was at the end of my tether with my looks bit especially my hair. I always wanted to try extensions but was warned off because of my hair type and the chance it would damage my hair further. Then I heard about the new extensions that won't damage your hair amd for people with hair issues in loosing and thinning hair, there was new options. I searched and found Rodney. All I can say is, what an AMAZING, HONEST, MIRACLE worker and not only knows his trade, certified and is absolutely spot in in matching your exact color. It was a art form, his ability to be able to do what he can. I will never have another person touch my hair. I drive from another county to see him. And it's so worth it. If you are having hair loss, thinning hair and you need a make over, this is the only place to go. Oh, did I mention, he is very financially appeasable.

Rodney is truly a hair genius. My hair has been under his expert guidance for more years than I care to admit, I’ve followed him from salon to salon, and now for the past several years, at his very own Studio BBR! He works wonders with my curls, getting them to behave like no one else ever has, though let’s be real, I almost always have him blow it out straight when I leave the salon because for us curly girls there’s nothing quite like having sleek, straight hair for a couple days. He’s also brilliant with color, there’s a reason Rodney has so many loyal clients, he’s a wonderful human being with a talent for making you look and feel your best. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

I came in and was hesitant about going blonde. It was something I wanted for years but I wasn't entirely sure if I'd pull off the look or have a good experience. But! Rodney did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable! Not only did he do an excellent dye service, but he also educated me on color theory, hair styling, my hair type, and how to properly take care of hair. He also provided me with his iPad so I could watch movies while he performed his magic. At the end of our journey, I was smiling so hard that my cheeks hurt. Thank you Rodney!! The best!

Mediocre haircut. He criticized my previous cut extensively, pretended to listen to me describe what I wanted, then did his own thing. It looks like the most basic, unsophisticated layered cut you can overpay for. Pushed the products he sells quite aggressively. He was also sick, and wore a face mask the whole time. I would rather he let me know he wasn't feeling well, and reschedule, than keep the appointment and get even more germ exposure than I already do. Won't go here again.

Rodney is a hair artist. He is dedicated to his craft and his clients. I never felt like he pushed the Ref products, but I sure am grateful for them. I've been trusting Rodney for years and I hope for my sake he never retires! I get compliments on my hair from strangers every single time I walk out the door.

BBR is where to go. Rodney is a genius and an all-around wonderful person. I almost hesitate leaving this review because I don't want it to be any harder to get an appointment, but Mr. Rodney truly deserves 5 stars.

Rodney is a complete miracle worker. I count my stars for finding him. His salon is fabulous and relaxing and he is a complwte godsend. Never going anywhere else again
