The sandwich artists here are really nice. Never had anything go wrong with the app or a promo (unlike Castle Plaza), the food is ready by the time I arrive or not long after, I think stock levels are generally good – I can't remember ever having a problem – and often my meal comes with a lovely note written on the bag. Wanted to provide some feedback about the Mitchell Park branch. Their customer service was 10/10 today. I called up as my office had a large order of 16 subs and Tegan was so accommodating to get it all sorted. We emailed our order through and Tegan texted me with any questions or clarifications. All of the subs were perfect and we really appreciate the effort that was taken to get this order done. The Mitchell Park staff have really done a great job and shoutout to Tegan or coordinating it all. We will be back next Adelaide Cup Public Holiday

Spent $25 to redeem an Entertainment Book voucher at 4:15pm on 8/7/2020. The staff (Imogen and Danielle) refused to give me the complimentary 600mL drink and overcharged me $3. What logic is that?? Would have been better off not using the voucher! When I explained this to them, they told me I was wrong! Requested to speak to the manager and was told to ring the shop next Saturday between 1-3pm on the off chance the manager briefly stops by. Very disappointing customer service.

Four stars might seem like a lot for this sort of thing but it does what it says on the box and it does it hygienicly cheaply and well. I had the sub of the day and it was $8 and that's cheap enough and the sub of the day changes every day, one for each day of the week and this day was avocado and thats something thats become more expensive lately so i was pretty happy

Didn’t fully get my online order right, but I don’t know how the “order notes” actually gets sent through and it was only minor anyway. Great sub. Cute writing/jokes on the bag. And some bonus mini cookies also with a cute quote, written in rainbow (my favourite). Absolutely lovely staff, they must love their work there, awesome to see this. I almost want a job there!

Worst subway shop of adelaide. Never oblige attitude. This shop threw up surprise. We love sub of the day and each subway lets us to personalise it. Gone to Glenelg, Marion, South road, OTR ones every one are helping but not this shop. Apparantly you cannot add lettuce, cheese, cucumber if you are going to have sub of the day. DEFINITELY NEW TO ME

I came in 2 minutes ago and was served by the most inspiring person you could ever meet, there was a lovely deaf girl who has gone up against a big industry and it's seriously amazing. If I had cash the tip would of been a good one. I will definitely return. Thank you so much

Cleanest store and the friendliest staff in the metro area. Plaque in the store says it was Store of the Year in 2012. I can see why. Great job all of you! Food is great too of course. Much better than the McD, HJ, KFC junk they try to push a being healthy. Go Subway!!

don’t recommend to anyone go there, they need to learn how to deal with customer and they don’t serve they through order at customer, if customer pay you full prince then give them good thing and add stuff properly, they charge $10 but putt only $5 stuff in order.

It was a great surprise when I received a complimentary new year cookie pack with my subway orders. The restaurant was busy, still got my food on right time. Love the take way packaging too . Great service

I haven't been to this Subway , but I must say I've been very happy with all the Subway stores I've been to . All their food and service's are of really high standards . Never had a complaint and trust I never will . I'll always be back for another Subway .

Probably one of the worst subbers ive been too. Been there three times each time its been cash only card machines constantly doen and they always stuff up orders. This must be where the undertrained and innatentive staff get to work. Go elsewhere

So friendly at this subway! The staff are all fantastic, and experienced. They do a subway wrap and pack it full! Always super fresh ingredients as well. Been a dozen times or more.

The lady serving us was quite rude. I ordered Chicken footlong. As the chicken was finished in the container, she didn't get more, instead just scraped the walls and made the sub.
