This is my local subway, and I usually go here once a month or so. The staff are always friendly, and the food is fine. No complaints. However on my last 2 visits (3/11/18 - and about 2 weeks previous to that) I have walked up to the counter to be greeted by 'I'm sorry we have no bread". Now seeing that bread is the cornerstone of the business I find this incredible. I am not a restaurant manager, but if I were, I would personally come into work 2 hours (or whatever is necessary) early to make sure that the restaurant was stocked and ready to go. I don't blame the staff for this - the manager/owner either doesn't care, or is incompetent. Oh and this wasn't first thing in the morning either - this was after 10am !!

Came today for lunch, obviously a busy time of the day however the staff did not seem phased with the long line to the door as well as multiple Uber drivers waiting, which is normal for lunch time however Extremely slow service by all staff, no hussle, just sour faces and slow movements. I’ve been a chef for 10 years and have never seen people work so slow. Waited 15 minutes in line then another 10 minutes just to have my sub made. Same experience last time I went with the same female staff member.

I usually order a buffalo chicken wrap from this store until last week when there it was 1/3 size as normal, I didn't realise there was a vegetable shortage. I sent an email to the store and the response I received was inadequate and insulting, I was told that We do have a standard formula for our salad portioning that our staff are trained in and encouraged to return to the same store so I could be ripped off again. Not will I not return to this store but SUBWAY has lost me forever, their follow up and response INADEQUATE in every way, my suggestion get a new area manager and train your staff properly

Always happy with the quality of the food from this store, however if you go in around lunch time prepare to wait quite a while. It gets really busy and there can be a decent wait. I recommend pre-ordering via the app if you can to save waiting in line. There's also limited seating, so be aware you may not be able to eat in.

This is the worst subway I’ve been to. The girl serving was rude, didn’t have any interest in making my sandwich taste good which was evident when I asked for a LITTLE BIT of chipotle sauce and she near unloaded the whole damn bottle on my sub, followed by mashing it together hard as she could. Before leaving, not even a thank you or anything. If I wasn’t in the middle of my shift and in a hurry I wouldn’t have paid for it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The subway is increasing the price slowly without info $13.75 to $14.20 footlong chicken classic and staffs are trained to add less fillings now a days where even if we ask extra , the fillings are not upto the quantity , not worth for price being paid. Take it as a feedback subway please look at your addvertisment photo how sub fillings are over flowing and train your staff to fill in the same way . Thanks.

Getting pretty sick and tired of staff skimping on the fillings. If I wanted a mouthful of plain bread on either end of my sandwich I would ask for it. Definitely false advertising when comparing to the advertising images. Don’t know why I keep coming back, as I’ve had a few average subs here.

Was served by lady wearing top with 'bold' written on it. Served me the tiniest wrap I've ever had... Literally a tiny teaspoon of the filling i requested, and a pinch of the salads i asked for. Seriously why so stingy. Not to mention they didn't have enough staff to keep up with the line of customers so the wait was over 10 min just to get served. Ridiculous.

Highly recommend best chips I’ve ever had. Customer service was amazing they couldn’t have been more friendly. Pricing was perfect for the quantity of chips. Come here now you won’t regret it.

Wouldn't recommend this store at all. Make sure your staff READ the order's TWICE so they get it correct before it's delivered. Also put the correct contact number so people can contact the store. Get a new store manager that knows how to run a fast food industry.

Terrible service from the get go! The service lady was unwelcoming and wanted to rush everything. She also rejected a discount QR Code I brought saying it was no longer valid when the expiry date was 5 days after. She also wasn't too particular about her hygiene practices. Never coming in this subway again.

I just bought this sub veggie patty and there's hair in my food I always visit this subway and was never disappointed but today. Onions are bitter in taste and hair in my food there should be option of reviewing in minus I would have given that today.

This Subway is next to a petrol station and parking is limited. Can get quite busy with a line during lunch periods. When I visited, there was not enough staff to keep up with the line. The actual food is reasonable, pretty standard Subway quality.

I frequently visit this Subway with my work mates and none of us are disappointed. They are generous with the ingredients, have never burnt my sub and always put the right amount of dressing on. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended

They had to throw out a whole footlong and wrap because they forgot to heat the steak up. Fillings and all .... Then remade our order missing half the fillings we originally requested in both. Very unorganised

So the girl working there charges us a footlong price for a six inch, and when it came to getting our money back, they said they would send an email with a link and they never did. Never going back!
