To anyone rushing past, it's just a mini Subway inside an On The Run service station. But it's actually quite a feat they pulled off with the tiny location. How about the fact that they squashed what would usually either be a bigger shop in a shopping mall or an even bigger full size restaurant in the suburbs into something the size of a pub bar? Or how about also squeezing in a normal sized soft drink cup drinks machine? And a Redibank ATM. And 18 seats (give or take). (And a "mini supermarket" in the same service station shop area!) The stigma of bad food from a service station shop is blown to bits by the high quality of the food made here, just as good as any other Subway, if not better than many I've been to (and I eat at Subway a LOT!). You can get all the typical menu items you are used to finding at other Subway restaurants, from Subs all the way to the cookies. Even better is the option to order from here online if you have UberEats. But you will get added costs. (Not just delivery fees but also higher prices for products!) The seating is comfortable enough (the red cushioned ones definitely better than the movable solo steel chairs), but if you go alone the view of the Ford dealership is kind of boring, same with watching traffic. (Although the elephant statue over there makes for a brief surprise!) This place definitely makes for a great pit stop if you need to fill your the car petrol tank as well as your stomach! (Or even lunch while walking in the local area like me!)

Had lunch their multiple times since writing my first ever review on Google and must say that if love to give subway five stars but I find that being inside an OTR is very annoying as there is little to no seats when busy and also smells a lot like petrol and diesel fumes while eating, which doesn't help the enjoyment of Subway. The food on the other hand is bloody beautiful, have had meatball and all salads on my subs every time and enjoyed it... If you manage to still be hungry there are Subway cookies of different varieties and also now Krispy Kreme doughnuts in the OTR sales counter next to them...

The best Subway ever, my husband and I have been going here for 3 years now, amazing customer service, fresh food always, super cleaned and well looked after Subway, the customer service is fantastic the food is always so yummy and fresh, Sadly my husband and I moved away but we always take the big drive down to this subway, it’s worth it when the food is amazing and the service is great!!

Went in 10min ago, one customer being served and only other person in line waiting. 2 people making 1 order and still didn't acknowledge my existence or patience waiting. Left after 10min. Extremely poor form as i WAS a daily customer to the OTR. Whoever has taken over management needs training and so does everyone else there. I've worked in retail for many years and this is beyond apology worthy. I suggest anyone go elsewhere just to save your brain and time.

Lovely girls but, OH MY GOD was the sub a disappointment. I asked for a toasted sub with meatballs, bacon, old English, lettuce, beetroot and avo. The bread was torn to spreads, the bacon was still cold and horribly raw after I asked for it to be toasted, bread was barly toasted and all around even with the salad was just a disappointment. I work at another subway myself and this was a disgrace. I was even over charged in the end to.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not only did I wait 50 minutes for my sub to be made when I went to eat it was missing carrot, ham and capsicum and the bread was so stale it crumbled it was absolutely revolting. I cannot believe anywhere would sell food of that quality and even though I paid for 4 cookies I got 2 and got a message on the bag saying they were running low.

The best customer service I've ever experienced. I been working in retail for 4-5 years and newly management, so I understand the difference between what 'good' and 'excellent,' performance is. One in particular worker stood out, one of a gold badge (probably a manager). Made me feel welcome, entering/leaving. Made me the best sub ever, and followed procedures correctly from what I can observe, highly recommend.

Awful customer service, only customer in store and stood there for more than 5 minutes while the two ladies working stood there chatting to each other with no acknowledgement towards me, eventually I had to ask if they would serve me to which they replied we’ll be five minutes before continuing there non work related conversation, left without service and won’t be returning, extremely disappointing

Service was ABSOLUTELY APPALLING,, they made 4 uber orders whilst there were 8 people in line waiting to be served, 2 people left they got sick and tired of waiting, I know I will never be going back there ever again, bad service... if it's not an UBER order it ain't worth going there... disgusting disgusting disgusting. Regular customer here, today was normal order Italian BMT foot long on the, noticed the lad throw one in the bin after cutting in half but thought nothing of it then came to understand once home why he did that as my roll was beyond stale it just crumbled in my hands when I tried to eat it being so dry, very disappointed from a store I'm a regular customer at.

Omg who trains these people? On two separate occasions I ordered a fresh BLT. The server tried to give me raw bacon. I actually had to ask him to cook it. I then shook my head and told who I thought was his upline and all she said to him was it toasted out fresh, to which he replied fresh. No apology nothing! Will not be returning!

Ordered "double meat" because it looked like there wasn't enough for a single serve and the "artist" couldn't be bothered getting out the new batch so gave me less than a single serve. Trying your luck?? People eat this every other day and know what single/double is. Didn't hesitate to charge me the double price of course

Never order uber from here. I live a 10 minute drive and the food is ALWAYS 40 minutes late and stone cold. And this is 4 in the morning when no body orders food or even comes into the store, what justifies an hour to make and deliver a single subway for someone who lives ten minutes away? Quality of the food lacks also.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I got uber eats from here and the food was all gold the chicken was still raw ordered 6 cookies all rainbow flavoured and got the opposite only got 5

The subbs are always good the is but coffees not all the time very from day to day some time good some times not as great

Why they have changed their menu board around making it more difficult to choose a meal I don't know but it doesn't help
