I was incredibly disappointed with the professionalism of Neil. Neil was sent to my home to repair a leak located on the ceiling of my second floor bathroom. As he was breaking through my ceiling to locate the leak, his frustration due to his inexperience was immediately apparent. After 15 minutes of ripping through drywall and wood, Neil states there was a possibility of mold + asbestos and he would need to leave the premises to gather "additional equipment" before returning. Because my tenant and I would not be home before he went to pick up the "additional equipment", I politely asked him to close and lock my doors, and return my key to the lockbox located outside of the home. A few hours later, I called Superior's office for an update, and was told Neil had already informed me that he was unable to complete the job due to the mold and asbestos. I was later informed by my tenant he left the premises with the door unlocked and opened. I was NEVER informed he would not be returning. He clearly stated to me and my tenant he would be returning after picking up "additional equipment". I subsequently called Atlas Plumbing to repair my leak. Amir a very friendly and professional plumber was able to fix and locate my problem within a very reasonable amount of time. It was also confirmed, there was absolutely NO asbestos or mold. The fact that there was no asbestos or mold present clearly indicates either Neil was lacking in experience or just did not want to do the job due to its complexity. His lack of professionalism is unacceptable and I urge anyone considering Superior Plumbing not to have Neil come to your home. Why did I give 2 stars instead of 1? The company has professional and understanding administrative staff that did their best to make up for Neil's poor performance.

I was having issues with my water filtering system and called to have it looked at. When I called, I gave them the details of the system and what I needed done which was simply changing out the filters. The technician arrived and took one look and went outside to make a call. He returned a few minutes later only to tell me the system is very old and needs to be replaced…he didn’t even inspect it. I said I just needed new filters and he responded by saying he couldn’t get anything for it and gave me an estimate on a new system which was crazy expensive. I thanked him for coming out and he asked how I would pay for the service fee. No service was provided and I paid $100 for absolutely nothing. As I gave the details of the system to the person who took my call, I should have been told at that time that they could not help me which instead of sending someone to try to sell me a new system which I do not need. I was told I could apply the $100 fee against the cost of a new system though .

We went trustingly into this relationship with this plumbing service thinking that it was a reputable firm that we could rely on to do a good and fair job. The basic repair dragged on day after day, with them never coming when they said they would, keeping us hanging around waiting, not able to use our dishwasher or wash our clothes, incredible mis-communications, and finally when we told them it wasn't working out, we ended up paying more than the cost of major roof repair to replace a bit of plumbing. In the meantime our intelligence was routinely insulted by things like "we're sending our best guys" when they actually sent their most junior workers who didn't have a clue and were clearly terrified of doing anything wrong. It was an unmitigated disaster from beginning to end and we would warn anyone considering hiring this company to run as fast as they can in the opposite direction.

I found out about this company through a recommendation from friends. My friend and I have a country house for two families. It was necessary to do all kinds of work, from water supply to heat supply. This campaign helps with the selection of materials and equipment. It was decided to install a combi boiler and electric water heater. Superior Plumbing & Heating, in my opinion, coped with this task perfectly. They used high-quality equipment and tools for the installation of all plumbing fixtures. The object was delivered on time! I would like to thank the entire team of Superior Plumbing & Heating.

Tricky repair for a leak in the main water supply to my house - inside my foundation wall, but before the shut-off valve. People were friendly and knowledgeable, my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction, and they provided some advice for things that were totally relevant that I never would've considered otherwise. Given the urgency I felt to get my problem fixed, I didn't shop around or compare pricing. I didn't feel compelled to though, given the great customer service I received throughout the job, and the excellent result I got.

The service was fine. I had 2 clogged drains in my bathroom that needed cleaning which took about 20-30min. I was charged $350/each, $700 total, and almost $800 with tax. I'm still shocked! I called another company and they told me they normally charge 255$ for the same service. For this reason I don't reccomend this company. Do your search before choosing. Also, they're vague about pricing and would never give you a quote over the phone. They basically tell you they need to send their specialists for a consultation for $99.

I have used their service for a clogged toilet and although they were prompt and fixed my problem, I tried getting ahold of them after their visit to my unit to ask some questions related to their invoice. I called their office several times, the lady that answered my call promised that the manager will call me back within a few hours. Nobody ever called me back and I am quite disappointed. I requested a call back more than once… they don’t seem to be responsive at all for their after service enquires.

I had a water leak in my bathroom and after calling a few different contractors, Superior is the only one who was able to be on site immediately. They came to assess and to my surprise they stayed and fixed it the same day. Tech even cleaned the area after work was completed. Very prompt, professional, friendly and great work! I highly recommend them! Thank you.

Called this company to get my a/c unit looked at quoted me over 6k said the ac lines needed to be changed and and need new compressor as well as fan pretty much needed a new unit didn’t even check the ac unit properly. Got another company to come in and fixed it told them what the other company quoted the guy had a good chuckle and fixed for $240 lol what a joke

Professional, fast, and high quality. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat. They answered all my questions and gave me some helpful advice to avoid future issues. Came out to inspect our old water softener, and gave us the option of repairs but were advised the best option was a replacement - I ordered new one as they advised, and they returned the next day to do the work which was done quickly, no mess all sorted. They came out for troubleshooting of our sump pump and sewage ejector pump and provided a solution, however after a second opinion one pump did not need replaced, just serviced. The other needs replaced but will cost is $500 rather than the quote of $7400! Total scam.

Called them for an emergency rooting job and they came and quoted me nearly $3000. Paid $100 for the quote, but then I called Roto-Rooter and they fixed it all up for under $400. UPDATE: They called me after seeing the review and wanted to PAY ME to take it down!!

The job was done well however an extra charge of $200.00 was tacked on without consulting me first which I was then expected to pay. Seemed a little shady. I feel like it was a breach of trust so therefore I wouldn't use the service again.
