Lady at till 6 was very polite and helped with my road tax refund query. Had to return to get a stamp and the girl on till 4 was very rude. Didn't say please or thanks when handing over my change. Didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. This was on Friday afternoon at approx 12pm

I asked for a postcode at Sutton Coldfield Post Office, but the staff member said she could not find it at Woodford Green in Essex. When I got home and searched on line I found it straightaway! Annoying as I could have posted my card there instead of waiting until tomorrow.

Very much hit and miss. Would say at least once every 3 visits there's some kind of problem with a package and always seems to be the same member of staff that find the problems
