During a stressful period in my life (divorce) and a pandemic to boot, Abdul’s calm and reassuring nature made it easy and a no-brainer for me to proceed with their company after I bombarded him with a bunch of questions to no end. At the last minute, I also had to change my move date, which Abdul was able to accommodate. On moving day, Abdul and his team mate, Brandon, showed up at 9 a.m. on the nose and were ready to move me out. They even made two separate trips to drop off a few items for storage with family. My move lasted for half a day. Brandon and Abdul were quick, efficient, and did everything with good humor and a smile. This was my first time using a moving company. I have always moved on my own, but I am getting older and I'd take week to recover. TF moving company was recommended to me and I could not have been happier. I was apprehensive and scared of extra costs etc. I would recommend them to anyone because they were great! The only thing I was not aware of, was being charged for their travel time to and from their start point to my first destination, and then for them to travel back to their office. This is a great moving company! They were recommended to me for my father's move to a seniors residence during the middle of the pandemic. First of all, they were the only moving company that would do such a move and after 6pm. The two movers were extremely nice, polite and relaxed despite several delays put in place by the destination for the move. Communication and payment was very easy. Lastly, they took great care of all the items being moved. Would highly, highly recommend and use them for all my future moves.

We hired TF Moving & Delivery to help us with moving from one house to another, during the pandemic time. The moving company showed up on time, with 4 mens and a big truck on time. Their work was careful, professional, efficient and quick. They have a whole single home done within 6 hrs, and they placed all the boxes and furnitures at designated space. Our family had a great experience with the company and we highly recommend TF Moving to everyone that needs moving service.

These gentlemen came into our house wrapped every piece of furniture, loaded the truck in no time at all, and proceeded to the new location , where there is a long corridor to access our new home. Again in no time the furniture and all boxes were deposited into our new place, no breakage, etc. They were courteous , cleaned up after themselves and professional. We needed movers for some larger items that wouldn’t fit in our van or SUV. I contacted them via FB messenger after seeing them recommended on Orleans handy helper group. I got a response quickly and was provided with a quote the same afternoon. I was able to get squeezed in on their busiest day but they managed it all beautifully and kept me informed as needed. Abdul, Sam and Dax handled our move and were phenomenal. They worked quickly and effectively but were also super friendly and helpful and had no problem accommodating our last minute boxes that we packed as they worked. They even went out of their way to deliver a small missed box the next day that we probably wouldn't have realized was gone until it was too late. Thank you guys so much. The delivery process was smooth, the hospitality was amazing and the prices were good. I had my stuff sent from Ottawa to Pickering and they gave me a good rate and offered door to door service. I had so much stuff and I could barely move it, Abdul and his colleague(I didn’t catch his name) helped move everything from my apartment to the moving truck.
