The TLC team was great from start to finish, they provided good customer service up until the day of the move, movers were very polite the day of and respectful of the house and my furniture and handling everything with care. They worked quickly and efficiently, even bringing up furniture through my nonstandard (smaller) basement stairs where other movers were not able to get through. They moved all my furnitures and effects out of my apartment and into storage in a matter of a few hours. This was my 3rd move with professional movers and first time with TLC, I would definitely recommend them for your moving/storage needs.

Called and booked well in advance of my move as we knew the date ahead of time and had a one day window in which to move. Even called to confirm and discuss moving supplies. Called again 3 weeks before move to re-confirm and they had no record of my booking. Brent asked if I could do it another day and when I informed him that we couldn't, he said he would see what he could do and would call back in 2-3 hours. 5 hours later, still no call. Thank goodness I was able to book in with Cassidy's Moving in Stittsville. They were all a pleasure to speak with and got be booked in.

I found this company by accident (and in fairness, the name is catchy), and I am SO glad I did! The price is right, and the movers were professional and had great attitudes! Between navigating the moving rules between a high rise and another big complex, the crew was gracious and careful. Also appreciate Emad's responsiveness and helpful details! Would recommend - thanks for making my move go smoothly!!

I have so many good things to say about them - responsive, professional, experienced, accommodating (storage option was great for unexpected delays and changes due to closing not happening on time). Also, very clean and careful with the furniture and moving it in such way as to not bump into walls and corners. Very happy! Would definitely use them again!

Brent and his team were just amazing. Efficient, reasonable, and totally professional. What amazed me the most is that we discovered after the move that, through no fault of TLC's, we'd missed a few boxes, and Brent offered for his team to come and pick them up and bring them into storage for us at no extra charge. I hired TLC moving as they were on the Better Business Bureau's accredited movers list. I was not disappointed with my choice. The move team accommodatedevery request and twist and turn that we threw at them, including moving a bedroom set out of the condo into a truck rented by my daughter. We needed to move in the middle of January ... One of the coldest times this year. Brent and his incredible team moved our household possessions to three different places (one down a steep, icy, slippery incline) -without even a tiny mumble - professionally, quickly and very efficiently. 3 minutes ago NEW Critical: Professionalism, Quality Stay away from them if you can. Awful service. Every piece of furniture,flooring, walls was scraped and damaged. Not a single piece of furniture was moved in their original shape.

Very high quality service. Brent always got back to us quickly when we had questions. He and Alex and Cliff took care with our possessions, wrapping them when needed and avoiding damaging any walls. We highly recommend this company.
