Unfortunately, I rented a vehicle here the ( Vanguard) . The car is not maintained well I spend 6K a day on petrol. The brakes not working right, no oil in the vehicle and there is a tag stating service was done on the vehicle. I could have known something was not right when they said to pay cash upfront. Anyway fool me once but not twice. Twixt is not the best car rental place. Also, the location is not convenient they have one location in parklands. **Update** They also changed the agreed daily rate last minute without telling me until I arrived at the office.

Arrived in Nairobi on business and had pre selected my car, landed at the airport and a different car was supplied, they had provided no fuel and the car had mechanical problems, asked to switch the car, replacement provided was worse (looked worse for wear) and I asked for yet another replacement, the 3rd replacement car had mechanical issues (stalled on the road thrice). Beware extremely poor customer service, if you are an international traveler rather stick with you corporate car hire companies - Avis or Hertz to avoid disappointment.
