I made the awful mistake of submitting on-line an inquiry regarding life insurance for my aging father on Saturday, September 16th and promptly received a call from a local agent at a very inopportune time. While I agreed to speak with the agent at a more convenient time the following Monday, September 18th, I have since that time received no less than an additional 30, unsolicited calls over the last 4 days, from various individuals pressuring me to do business with your company; despite the fact that during my initial conversation of Monday, I advised the agent I spoke with that I would confer with my family about the possibility of accepting the policy proposed by the first agent I spoke with. Given the high pressure tactics and the clear and total disregard for family's needs, I have no desire to do business with this company and am writing to warn other people of these tactics; and to ask that your representatives NEVER contact me again. The challenges of caring and planning for an aging parent is a stressful responsibility and the unsavory behavior of your representatives in my experience, is far less than tasteful. Please remove my email, physical address and phone information from all records as my status as a mere sales lead has at this point resulted in harassment from your company, and I have no desire to conduct any business with you. While the Mutual of Omaha brand is one that I have long been familiar, I am both surprised and disgusted that such crass tactics are employed by representatives / affiliates, and/or subsidiaries of the company. The corporate office of Mutual Of Omaha would be wise to better inform themselves of the tactics of it's third party affiliates like this one and choose better partners going forward. Unbelievable. UPDATE: As of today, September 21st I have received yet another 6 calls from this place despite my previous phone calls, emails, and google reviews requesting that I be placed on a do not call / contact list, and making it abundantly clear that I do not wish to deal with this company EVER. At this point, I've filed a complaint with the FCC regarding the continued harassment. Internet users please beware and do not give your personal information to companies such as this one.
They are dishonest unprofessional disorganized miss leading. They mess up your pay constantly and will find a reason to say that your wrong and not pay you what they owe or make no urgency to pay you what they failed to. They play favorites and are very immature. They constantly point the finger at the team when they lack completing their job duties as team leads and PMs after playing around in the office all day. Once they see you are making good amount of sales they move you around to ensure you don’t get to take home a good bonus. They delay the comp structure after you’ve started selling for the month to base is off the volume to set it completely to higher to make a decent bounce don’t believe the bonus hype don’t believe the interview team they will make up all these fake exciting stories to get you on board at hold your license. They do not have their stuff together as people. They fire people then don’t allow them to collect unemployment. People quit constantly from their lack of professionalism and they have no morals their process is completely outrageous and careless. They will pin their mistakes on you. They constantly inflate situations to make it seem as so. This is the worst company you can work for. Listen to the reviews in Google indeed and glass door. It’s real. These people are sharks! and will work you to the end of time. This company has a lawsuit coming I can insure you! It’s like they don’t pay you on purpose. You can use one PTo day or have a appointment and then com back make your time up and your check will be wrong it’s like they try to penalize you for not slaving for them. Worst experience ever. Misery Lives at this company.

The managers on the team are so childish and unprofessional it's really ridiculous and HR is just as air headed and rude so don't think you'll get anywhere with them either... all members of management will micromanage you all day every day and harass you about the most unnecessary petty things as they have nothing else better to do but can't even make sure that your timecard is correct and submitted in a timely manner to arrive by pay day which causes constant delays in your pay... oh and they will make overtime mandatory with no notice whatsoever "to meet the business needs" and also without fail change your schedule every single week. If you're looking for a stable reliable job with an opportunity to grow or have any work / life balance this is not the company for you. Please steer clear and go anywhere else this place is the worst!
First, they will "auto-dial" you as much as 8 times in a single day... No one, not even my 73 year old mother, calls me that much... Second, their CSR's are quite rude... Especially when you ask any questions about their company... I do not work in the insurance industry and therefore I am not required to be familiar with their name or services. And with all of the scam warnings on TV not to mention the ones I've read about, I feel that I should have the right to ask questions and to do a little research on these strange voices on the other end of my phone before giving out my personal information... But apparently their Licensed Agents took offense to my "ask questions first" so I can make a more informed decision method instead of the more popular "leaping without looking or reading the fine print" way that most people do things only to regret it later when the find out they've been "hoodwinked by some fast talking city slicker"! When the initial impression is not good, I'm not willing to go any further... Buyers Beware!
I have a Aetna Medicare Advantage policy and they are County Controlled. When we moved to a new County I got a letter from Aetna that my policy was ending soon and I needed a new policy for my new County. TZ INSURANCE was the first to call and seeing that it was a Charlotte NC based company I felt that it was a good place to talk to someone about my policy. Matthew was very helpful and quickly was able to find the Aetna policy I needed and was very Professional and got all of my 2020,and 2021 policies taken care of. I hope that things don't go sour and I don't have any trouble. I have read several of the negative reviews and I am going to keep my eye on them! I'm not sure if some of the bad things have been just misunderstandings. Read the reviews and make your own decisions about this and any other Insurance company advertisements.
Hold your appointment with companies for 180 days. 6 Months. They took Humana away from the Charlotte location in Aug 2019. Now Aug 2020 and they are making me wait another 6 months before I can be appointed with my new company. Greedy, dishonest and very unprofessional. A fellow agent called and told them that the offer letter they gave when hired says 90 days. They said "It doesn't matter what it says in the letter, we're holding them for 180 days"! Most of the PM's only care about making their bonus. I was verbally attacked by my PM because she didn't get her bonus. Just not very trustworthy. Given a chance, they will bury you. They do not care about the agents only the roll over commissions from all the agents sales.
I work here and it is a wonderful company. We are a enrollment brokerage that markets for different companies... we discuss and enroll Medicare beneficiaries into Medicare Advantage Plans depending on the company we are branded with. People call in with questions looking for a reason for this to be a scam and get mad when we tell them how Medicare Advantage is contracted with Medicare. Now, fairly we do call up to 6 times per day ONLY IF people have put their information in to be contacted.. WE DO NOT COLD CALL. TZ insurance solutions, LLC has helped Million of people save and increase their insurance coverage. I love it here.
These people particularly whoever Jamie is, a licensed agent who mislead my client, Mrs. Banks into believing she could have a Veteran PPO plan with a separate Rx Plan i this is NOT true, if a PPO plan does not have a Rx plan attached, you have to go without one. She is not a veteran, which is WHO the plans are designed for, as they may use VA benefits or those who do not want a Rx plan because they do not take medications - I am so livid over this, I am helping my client complete a complaint with the OH and NC state insurance departments against broker ID CDKGKNTSSZ IMMEDIATELY
extremely aggressive sales rep attempted to sign my elderly father up for medigap coverage even though he said multiple times that he did NOT want to make any decisions on the phone. I don't know if this is representative of their entire company, but I will be reporting this immoral and predatory behavior to the Better Business Bureau.
They are not a favorite of mine, rudely inconsistent, and it's a hassle for them to help a customer, it seems to be an imposition at times, if I could change my agent of record from them to a friend I met who sells the same product , i would, then I wouldn't be tied to their agency any more! Their just not a well run company at all.
very bad insurance agency. If i had an option to enter negative rating, i would have done so. they are the agency for safeco auto insurance and they provided erroneous data that lead to my auto insurance premium shooting up 500%. Very unprofessional. BEWARE
I applied without a NC Insurance license . They offered to teach a 4 day class & pay for state exam to get license. They don’t pay you to be in the class per hour but I love how professional and friendly everyone is. The facility is very clean and upbeat.
Will hire people as “full time” work them to death and by the end of sign up season will fire them with out any write ups or warning and claim it’s due to “over hiring” . During these hard times and right before Christmas?!... HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Big mistake working here!!! You have to sale over 30 per month or you don't get paid, even if you sale 10-20. ALSO, everyone is new. I haven't heard anyone say they been here a year or more. Warning!! STAY AWAY!!!
