Peggior agenzia viaggi. Finché le cose sono nella norma va bene ma appena ce qualche problema non ti sa rispondere. Dice a tutto fatelo voi se ci riuscite, ma se hai aperto l'agenzia devi essere pronto a tutto e soprattutto saper dare una risposta decente al cliente. In più non sa neanche se ti potrà farti avere il rimborso o no.

Peggior esperienza. L'uomo che risponde al telefono non mi ha detto il suo nome ma non e' per niente preparato. Sconsiglio di comprare biglietti da loro in quanto sappiate che se aveste bisogno di annullarlo o altro non sanno aiutarvi .
