Not your average bakery and tea shop! This small shop is owned and ran by very passionate and caring owners. I spoke to them briefly, and I can tell they definitely take pride in what they do. From my visit, I felt great attention was put into presentation, taste, and service. The overall impression of the cafe was very warm and comfortable. I am very impressed by the cleanness of the dining area and also the rest rooms. The food I tried with my family were fresh and tasty. Let’s start with their cheese cakes and cake rolls - these are not super sweet but just right, and pairs very well with a hot tea or coffee. Next, their toasted sandwiches are very good as well - hot and fresh and crunchy when bit into. Highly recommend getting one as a combo (only available after 11am) which comes with potato wedges (very crunchy and tasty) and salad. The Korean beef one was my fav - while the Montreal smoke beef was ok but lacks that dimension the Korean beef had (Korean bbq had a bit of sweetness due to sauce) I also tried their dim sum platter. The presentation was very good (I was delightedly surprised) and the items were fresh. I would say they tasted good, but I feel personally I would not order again - just because there are more tasty things to eat here other than dim sum. Now about their drinks - we tried their cold green tea with passion fruit and it was very tasty not overly sweet. We also tried their ice cream red bean drink and pina colada slush as take out. The red bean drink is one of the BEST I tasted in a long time (big grains of red beans soft and not too sweet), and the pina colada slush is not bad as well and presentation was very cute. As for their baked goods - I do admit it is up to personal preference here. These may look like your average HK style buns but they are more “firm” and I feel have more substance - as opposed to normal bakery where buns are super soft but if you flatten them its just a thin sheet of bread. So again, I like the buns here, and I feel they’re more filling. As for my recommendation, I suggest trying the curry beef bun, hotdog on a stick bun (with cheese and dog on the inside), and also their BBQ pork pastry. Overall, my dine-in experience was very good - I subtracted one star as I waited a long time for my drink as they forgot it, but did make it for me after some follow-up. This was because it seems things have gotten busy there when I was dining in. But, I would definitely come back again and so happy to see this quality of cafe here in Mississauga. UPDATE: It seems they have hired more help now after opening to cope with the influx of dine-in customers and take out orders.

Amazing Bakery and Cafe (ABC) Experience! ABCD experience with "D"elicious being present throughout! TL;DR it wasn't too sweet (the biggest complement an Asian can receive for their baked goods and dessert) I recently visited Tea One Bakery & Cafe with my three friends at night, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the aesthetic of the place and the friendly owners/staff. We started with the Ice Cream Mini Croffle Set. The three flavours we chose were hazelnut chocolate, matcha white chocolate, and tiramisu. Each bite was great, and it came with a side of vanilla ice cream. We also ordered the d2 Tasting Set, which included two macarons, two mini croffles, basque burnt cheesecake, and a japanese rollcake. While all of them were delicious, the standout was definitely the basque burnt cheesecake. We were fortunate enough to receive the black sesame basque burnt cheesecake! It was heavenly and deserves a special mention :) The matcha Japanese rollcake came in as a close second, followed by the delightful macarons. Even though the croffles were good, they were the least impressive among the treats we tried. To accompany our meal, we ordered one of their specialty teas: Brown Sugar Winter Melon Grass Jelly Tea. While it wasn't the best tea I've ever had, it was a unique experience because they used loose leaf brown sugar. It added a special touch to the drink. As a sweet surprise, the staff generously treated us to something at the end of our feast. It was a lovely gesture and showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. However, I won't mention and show what they did as it may make the review misleading. Don't want future and potential patrons to think they'll get the same service. There were certain circumstances which led us to receive this kind gesture. In summary, Tea One Bakery & Cafe is a hidden gem that deserves a five-star rating. The dessert and baked goods are amazing, the service is top-notch, and the owners/staff are incredibly friendly. The cafe's aesthetic is also a bonus, making it a perfect spot for capturing Instagram-worthy moments. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this bakery and cafe should be on your must-visit list!

I took my food to go. I can see that it’s a tiny space, but it’s no question cozy, and I would just like to say…I think the people working here are super sweet, especially the lady with the short hair. The first time I came here, actually, I didn’t get to buy anything because the mini cakes were sold out. I was told I had to come much earlier, and it was that same lady, she was very informative and inviting to talk to, that made me decide to come back again. This time I was able to catch the desserts. I ordered a Black Sesame Basque Cheesecake and a Matcha Japanese Roll Cake. I thought they were mild flavours, just what I would expect from an asian bakery, which I love. I also ordered a Montreal Smoke Beef & Egg Sandwich and a Bubble Hong Kong Style Milk Tea. The sandwich was packaged in such a cute manner, and I couldn’t wait to dig in. It was a little oily, and a little butter or margarine-heavy, but because it was so neatly presented, it almost gets a pass. All in all, the flavours were not out of the ordinary, yet I’ll be coming back because they do have a variety of offerings that I’d like to try. I also quite enjoyed the atmosphere (there was a sense of community too; people seemed to know one another in the café), and I appreciated the kind service. Even if my food was to-go, the cashier personally brought the food over to me and lady with the short hair (once again pulled through) opened the door for me. It’s these type of businesses that deserve our patronage.

Favourite cafe in sauga. Family owned. "Not too sweet" desserts+drinks at prices that are "not bad"- Rave reviews from my critical HK parents. Our favourites (so far) in descending order: 1. Strawberry Pancakes 5/5 - so fluffy, so fresh, so good (tastes like they plucked some clouds, mashed up some strawberries from the fields, and placed them both directly in my mouth with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top) 2. Earl Grey Pancakes 5/5 - same pancakes as above but with a tasty earl grey top and scoop of decadent black sesame ice cream 3. Caramel Bischoff Croffle 4.5/5 - it's a bischoff croffle (jk it's rich, buttery, and crispy at all once, guaranteed you'll love it) 4. Matcha Cheesecake 4.5/5 - triple layered with varying matcha intensity on a crumble base (tastes like japan with just a touch of diabetes) 5. Hazelnut Latte 4.5/5 - a solid classic 6. Sesame Latte 4.5/5 - surprisingly light drink with a subtle sesame flavour 7. Americano 4/5 - "better than Starbucks" source: my gf

This little Hong Kong style cafe is a cozy, relaxed place to bring a friend or a small group. We got there around 1:30pm on a Saturday and grabbed the last table. Once you are seated you will be asked to scan their QR code and order online. There’s a large variety of hot and cold beverages as well as snacks and light food. My friend ordered a Vanilla Latte ($5.50) which she found was just okay, and I ordered an Americano ($3.75) which I didn’t really enjoy. Next time I would steer clear of their coffees and try one of their other specialty drinks. There’s a variety of light food options. The Montreal Smoked Meat Bagel (@$9) is pretty messy, all the stuff squeezed out when I bit into it, but it tasted good. It also had cheese, lettuce, mayo and a nice fluffy egg and even though it was a bit oily, it was light and nicely balanced. My friend enjoyed her Bacon and Egg Sandwich ($7) as well as the way it was presented. We had room for dessert. The sesame is quite bold in the Black Sesame Basque Cheesecake ($7.50) while the citrus is subtle in the Charcoal Yuzu Rollcake ($5.50). We both enjoyed them. The prices are a little on the high side. The owner brought out our food and drinks and always had a big smile and friendly demeanor which made the experience nicer.

Saw pictures of this place and it looked cute, the pastries and sandwiches looked tasty. Was excited to visit this cafe and it was packed when I got there with very few seats left. A good sign. But You have to wait for them to give you a seat. Finally I was seated and was given a few minutes to get settled and look at the menu. They were busy so I understand not being able to take my order yet, but I became impatient when the staff member who seated me didn't come to greet me again, and other staff members brought food to other tables but kept walking by mine without even as little as "is this your first time here or are you ready to order". Again, I understand they were busy but if you have the staff members keep walking by you again and again without a check in, you get very impatient. I decided to pack my things up and get food to go. Yes the sandwiches are good like other reviews are saying (got a Montreal smoked beef and egg sandwich), as well as an iced matcha latte. I just don't know if I'll dine in again because my first impression of the service really wasn't good.

Passing by the area and came across this hidden gem, they had a large selection of tasty buns, drinks, cheesecakes and croffles. I love the cookies and cream and yuzu basque cheesecake, they were very tasty. ( also recommended the sea salt torched cheesecake) Along with the croffles, they were small but had everything a great tasting croffle needed, it was light, crunchy and had different options such as strawberry, tiramisu, matcha. They have a large variety of yummy tasting buns. The pineapple and sausage buns tasted so fresh and were so good! The Hong Kong style tea was out of this world! Along with their lemon iced tea, which tastes way better then nestea. The Auroras were very colourful and looked as good as it tasted! The atmosphere is perfect for a quiet study spot, it’s small nice and cozy. The service is incredible, they always have a positive attitude and always treat you with respect! Very nice and friendly people! Definetly recommended this spot for amazing tasting desserts/buns, refreshing cold drinks and soul warming hot drinks. *A bakery that never disappoints.

Tea One Bakery and Cafe stands out as a delightful treasure known for its exceptional quality and top-notch service. Their bubble teas are a genuine delight, crafted from premium ingredients that create an authentic, rich flavor. Each sip is a burst of delightful sweetness, and the way these beverages are presented is akin to a work of art, making them almost too aesthetically pleasing to consume. Additionally, their baked goods are equally impressive, offering a delightful combination of flavors and textures. It's evident that only the finest ingredients are used, resulting in an impeccable taste that caters to even the most discerning tastes. The staff at Tea One Bakery and Cafe is remarkable for their politeness and attentive service, ensuring a warm and inviting experience for all. If you're in search of exceptional bubble teas and baked goods in a friendly and welcoming setting, Tea One Bakery and Cafe is a must-visit destination.

My boyfriend and I were in the area looking for a cafe to kill some time and we saw this place was quite highly rated so we decided to stop by. The rating is well deserved! We were so warmly greeted by the staff when we came in. I ordered a hazelnut latte which was not very sweet just how I like it, while my boyfriend got the americano. We split the croffle set which was so GOOD, I wished I wasn't splitting it! It's a very warm and inviting space with lots of seating. Everything from the beautiful plates to the selfie mirror in the bathroom were so well thought-out. I would highly recommend!

A cute neighborhood find, this cafe had some great food options for a light supper / snack. We tried the hash brown bites, the potato wedges and 2 different sandwiches, all quite good. The hash brown bites were the highlight for me. We also tried the various cool drinks and they were super refreshing and tasty. Service was great, vibes were greater. There’s also this cute nook with a comfy swing that would be great for someone looking to read a nice book on a cold day. Definitely a great find!

Really nice spot to spend a day. Food and drinks are all beyond my expectations, I ordered a hi milk tea with no sugar, the bitter taste of tea released the sweetness of cakes, it made a nice melody of harmony. The tasting set included a slice of basque cheesecake, a slice of roll cake, two waffles, two macaron and a spoon of ice cream for $26. Fair price, 2 can dine. Highly recommend this cafe

First time visiting after reopening. It is small but nicely decorated with a comfortable style. Although the menu is limited to buns, cakes, sandwiches, and drinks, they serve with quality. The sandwiches combo presents nicely with salad and wedges. The specialty drinks and soda are really good. The bun if you ordered for dine in was served cold. The HK style milk tea is a bit of light, especially serving in cold with ice. Overall, the service is the best. They are friendly and helpful...I would rate 5-star for service and atmosphere, but could only give 4-star for food and drink. Will try their cake next time.

  • Van Ngo

One of the best Asian coffee shops in town. They're located outside the city center and look simple but their offerings are impressive. Great drinks and delicious pastries in a huge menu. So many interesting options to try from hot to cold beverages and from sweet to savory bakeries. The staff/owner is very attentive and nice. Decoration is pretty and the setting allows people to focus on the conversation rather than staying around using mobile/laptop.

Came here to study and it’s really cozy! There’s a few chair stools and smaller tables available for studying. Wall outlets too, but no wifi I ordered the condensed milk & peanut butter toast with a drink choice. The bread, is absolutely amazing. They apparently make it fresh ✨ The background music isn’t too loud when it’s less busy, and doesn’t drown over the conversations when it gets more crowded here There’s a good balance of online sent orders per table & walk-in orders with bakery cases by cash The selection looks great for a new cafe! Excited to try out more of the menu

Love this place!!! It is a super cute cafe with lots of food and dessert options. We tried a few things on the menu and everything was delicious. The sausage buns were to die for! The cookies and cream basque cheesecake was light/fluffy and the perfect size. We will definitely be returning again soon!

While searching for a new cafe I came across Tea One Bakery & Cafe. Found out it's a brand new cafe that just opened up, but it already feels like a hidden gem! Staff is friendly and attentive. Their drinks and desserts are out of this world too! You can tell they put a lot of effort into everything they make. They gave me an honest heads up before ordering, that their chef over cooked the cheesecake today so it was half off. I still ordered it... And I couldn't even tell. It was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had! Will definitely come back!

Immediately, the atomosphere of the cafe was immaculate! Super aesthetic, warm, and cozy. ✨ This was further enhanced by the extremely welcoming and attentive staff and their delicious food and drinks! I had the Hong Kong Milk Tea and Sausage bun; super nostalgic and yummy. We were recommended to try their sandwichs which my friends ordered and we can confirm that these are a must have!

This newly opened cafe is truly a hidden gem (as mentioned by other reviewers)! It offers great (not so sweet) desserts and a variety of food/drinks to choose from. I had the basque cheesecake and paired so well with the americano. It’s not so much of a work cafe (no internet offered, but with lots of plugs) but nonetheless a great place to hangout with plenty of comfortable seating. Owner is super friendly and checks in on the customers. A must visit!

  • Spruha Vaishnav

Great service, the people behind the counter were very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu and recommending items. I was recommended the Korean beef and egg sandwich and the fried shrimp and egg sandwich. Both were delicious - the egg is creamy and perfectly cooked. I also ordered a cappuccino and an Oreo Basque cheesecake and I would definitely go back for both of them. Very excited about this new cafe in my neighbourhood!!

My wife and I visited the location today. Very clean and wonderful friendly staff made us feel welcome. We had the Basque original cheesecake and it was flat out amazing. We both loved it. We also got 2 beef curry buns that we both enjoyed as well. Looking forward to coming back and dining in next time. They have a really nice menu for food at reasonable prices.

We tried this place for the first time this morning. I had a sandwich combo with a chocolate latte, and my daughter had a couple of fresh pineapple buns and a tea. Nicely presented and very good. The bakery is modern, clean, spacious and very well decorated. We also bought buns and egg tarts to bring home.

Tried the breakfast this morning, taste very good and look very good too. Seating is also comfortable. Great place to hang out with friends for meals or desert. Minor improvement: sandwich is hard to hold without dropping the food everywhere, serving with bigger plate with knife and folk will help. Overall, I give 5 stars and recommend to others.
