I cannot recommend The Austin Diamond room enough! In 2018 I helped my brother pick out an engagement ring and we had the best experience with Matt. Years later, I returned before my own wedding with an heirloom ring that needed repairs. The ring was my mom's wedding ring that included my great grandma's diamond. It is a SUPER personal ring to me and I was a little nervous about trusting someone to repair it but quickly felt confident with Matt and the team. They were honest about any potential risks which I appreciated when dealing with an heirloom. They understood the sentimental value and repaired it to the exact ring just much safer :) I was shocked at how scratch free and sparkly it was when I picked it up. They were even able to cover a chip in the diamond with the prong, while assuring it was secure, which I was not expecting. Aside from the actual craftsmanship, their communication and customer service is seriously unmatched. They go above and beyond and are incredibly generous in offering to check the security of my ring, clean, and buff out any scratches at any time- and to think I didn't even buy a diamond from them this time! Such an amazing and personal experience all around.

We have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Matt at The Austin Diamond Room. We first started exclusively purchasing through him a decade ago, as we were selecting our wedding rings. Most recently, he delivered once again with a stunning 10th anniversary infinity diamond ring. He helped my husband find the perfect cushion cut diamonds to build my ring, and then set it in wax because my husband wanted me to be able to choose my own setting. I brought in a picture of a trellises setting that I thought would be perfect and allow my diamonds to sit low. Within a week, he shared mock-up photos at every angle, plus a video that allowed me to move the ring in every direction. He nailed the design on the first try and delivered my gorgeous infinity band a week later. I LOVE THIS RING!!! I wear it every day, regardless of whether I’m even leaving the house. Every time I look at it, I fall in love with it a little more. My husband and I both highly recommend visiting Matt for any jewelry needs and will continue seeing him for ours. He’s professional, easy to work with, accommodating on meeting times, and the showroom is upscale and secure.

We worked with Daniel from Austin Diamond Room for our wedding rings and he helped my husband in designing my engagement ring as well. Daniel was very patient with us being a little indecisive and helped us to come up with gorgeous personalized designs that we could not have gotten anywhere else. My husband was able to special design the band for my engagement ring and then we designed a wedding ring to pair with it that was complimentary but also stood out on its own as well. The CAD renderings that they were able to make made it so easy to give the final approval as it gave such a realistic idea of what the exact ring would look like. It is crazy accurate. We also got hand engraving on my husband's wedding ring, as we wanted it to be special and unique to him. He gets so many compliments on his ring as it is truly a piece of artwork. He really wanted to have oak leaves incorporated as an homage to Austin and his love of nature, the detail they into the design is simply gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend checking out The Austin Diamond Room if you're in the market for custom jewelry!

I was distressed because my wedding rings looked pretty beat up after only a few years. We bought them from am online jeweler and kept having to send them in for diamond replacement and replating. This is costly because we have to insure it and ship it each time. My husband decided I needed to take them to an actual jeweler, see what was going on with them and replace them if needed. I contacted Austin Diamond Room and Matt responded to me right away and was able to squeeze me in the next day. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see and I was able to pick out a beautifully cut kite shaped diamond. I love my wedding rings, so unique and pretty and I can see a definite difference in quality compared to my old rings. Not only was I able to get new rings, but Matt was able to salvage my original wedding rings and turn them into an awesome necklace. The experience was awesome and the showroom is lovely. I love the private shopping experience. I would recommend the Austin Diamond room to anyone who wants beautiful unique custom jewelry.

Was not able to modify my original post. Disappointed at the quality of the setting. One stone in particular came loose several times within a matter of 2 months. Each time I sent it back, I would get a response that maybe I am being to rough with my ring, and after several times of sending the ring back to secure my stone, it was discussed that I pay a difference to secure the ring with more prongs. When I designed the ring, I directly asked if 3 prongs would be a secure setting. I was reassured that it was. Regarding the comment of me being rough with the ring. To be clear I barley wore the ring out of fear of loosing the stone, and when I wore my ring, it was on a chosen occasion, which I took great care, and would remove my ring when I washed my hands. Disappointed this is my experience and I am left with an expense of fixing this ring. Danielle of course is pleasant but there is only so much he can do.

Can we talk about this experience?! I started coming in to get educated and start my proposal ring shopping. The experience started off great with working with Daniel and Kaitlyn. They both helped me learn and grasp what was important and what wasn't. The best part was everything was my choice. Everyone was so committed to keeping the secret proposal alive by meeting with me at odd hours and going above and beyond on the custom design. Cathedral lift, small studs on the ring band, prongs, and cathedral arch. With a 2.5 CT diamond on top. All of this was still within the budget I had started with. The team was great in making sure I wouldn't over spend. I will be coming here for my ring and any additional jewelry I am looking for. 100x better than a retail diamond store. Best part was leaving w the perfect ring and knowledge about rings that will help me for the rest of my life.

I am so lucky to have found Kaitlyn and the Austin Diamond Room! I went to Kaitlyn seeking help crafting a 20-year anniversary gift. While I thought I knew a few things I wanted, I didn't know if it would be earrings, a necklace, or any number of potential gift items. I met with her in the fabulous space in NW Austin and she showed me a number of options to help me design the perfect gift. We crafted a 10-stone per ear drop earring (20 years!). BUT - while designing it - Kaitlyn had the idea of adding my kids' birthstones set in the back of each earring to add to the special design of this gift. We designed a custom, unique, special, and admittedly affordable present to commemorate 20 years. Thank you so much for helping me make this a special present!

Scheduled an appointment on line with a quick response on setting an appointment. Daniel was very pleasant and patient to deal with. He showed me several diamonds within my budget and took the time going over the process once I chose the diamond. I can tell you that the diamond grade and 2.75 carat Diamond I chose for my wife was breathtaking. Amazing experience and would highly recommend Daniel at the Austin Diamond Room to anyone . I was a bit skeptical because I’ve never dealt with a private dealer, but it was the best thing I could have ever done. This place is legit , give them a call. We absolutely love Matt & his team. We custom designed our engagement ring, and the process couldn't have been smoother. Austin Diamond Room was thorough, took care of all the details, and flawlessly executed my dream ring. Matt at the Austin Diamond Room is truly a gem. After trying for months to work with a jeweler in Houston and having a truly awful experience that yielded no fruit, I reached out to Matt who came to me highly recommended by a friend from Austin. Basically overnight Matt had a new, custom designed wedding set resting happily on my wife’s lovely hand. It was INSANELY easy. Matt made me feel wonderfully comfortable and was excellent with updates and communication thru the entire process. Austin Diamond Room has been a very pleasant experience. We walked in day one to a private session and discussed/explored ring ideas. They are very open and encurourage unique ring designs. My fiance wanted something unique and Austin Diamond did not shy away from the challenge. After bringing the ring to life it did not fit correctly unfortuantely (things happen). Austin Diamond resized quickly and was commited to her satisfaction. It was easy to keep in personal communication with the team and get things resolved. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Thank you for helping me design the perfect engagement ring. I went to a few other jewelry stores, and none of them were able to offer the level of expertise and personalized attention of The Austin Diamond Room. Matt showed me a wonderful assortment of diamonds, all without the horrible jewelry store lighting that makes your eyes bug out from all the sparkle. The stones were of such quality that the fancy lighting was unnecessary. Matt has tons of settings on display, but he can also create any design you can imagine. Again, the ring is perfect and she LOVES it.

If I could rate Daniel six stars, I would. I came in with a hard deadline, and Daniel always answered with friendliness, honesty, and the confidence that my ring could be made within the specified constraints. The CAD and renderings were so amazing that they required no revisions. I was able to pick the ring up the day before I went to Europe, and when I popped the question to my girlfriend over there, she loved it - she's now my fiancée! I would recommend The Diamond Room for everyone - not just the new affluent audience of Austin.

I moved to Austin a few years ago and have tried several different jewelers. After seeing so many recommendations for Austin Diamond Room I thought I would try them out and thank goodness I did. Daniel and his entire team are awesome. I took two of my rings to them and when I received them back they looked gorgeous. Great work, Austin Diamond Room! My engagement ring created by Matt is absolutely perfect. How he and my finance designed exactly what I wanted to a T, blows my mind! They created my dream ring and I could not be happier!
