First the positives. Easy to book services, upfront pricing mentioned on the website. Automated reminders before appointment. Now the negatives. Booked platinum detail for Monday 9 AM, dropped off the car at 8:57 AM with an expected pick up time of 12 PM. At 12:30 I called to check if car was ready, I was told they were still working on it and to check again later or definitely pick up at 4 PM. Since rain was predicted in the evening I wanted to pick up the car asap, at 4:20 I received a call saying that they close at 7 and they were still working on my car so I needed to come closer to 6PM. I picked up the car at 5:47PM when it had already started to rain. Initially on inspection it looked like they had done a good job, but after reaching home on a closer inspection I realized that 9 hours and $180 was wasted. Finger print marks on dash, dirt streaks on hood, trunk not cleaned, engine not cleaned properly, doors not polished, car air not purified coz there was a musty smell later. Will rather use Spiffy going forward.

Paid $210 for a full detail, and the work performed was not up to expectations. They did clean the carpets, but just gave the interior a quick wipe down. They missed all compartments and did not clean the seats thoroughly, or at all in the rear. I took my car back and they went over it again, but they still did not clean compartments, and every gap and crack, b pillar trim, seats, center console was left dirty. They did not clean the truck bed, and left water spots all over the vehicle. All they did was put more greasy stuff on my tires and trim when I came back. This is not a full detail at all, and they were given a chance to fix this and did not deliver. In addition, I had to chase them down at every turn to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Picked it up in the dark after the second day they had it after calling several times. Did the detail myself.

The auto spa of Charlotte is fantastic!!! They saw me same day (within an hour) and were honest and transparent about advising me which service to use, being that I was looking to sell my car. The car looked better than it did before I bought it! My mom and brother thought I had a whole new car. My car was not in great condition before due to sitting for a long time, there was some mold on the exterior. Before I got it detailed I was offered $7500 for the car at one dealership. After it was detailed, I took it to a second dealership and got $9000 offered! The team is INCREDIBLE. The woman who runs the front of house is SO sweet and amazing. You can trust auto spa - they know exactly what they’re doing.

Right here and local; 2317 Statesville Ave. I always try and support my local independent businesses. These guys are out here doing their work and grinding away. No matter the weather and/or the temperatures, they're still out here doing their work, to make sure that your vehicle is looking it's very best. Their prices are more than reasonable and their work ethic is second to none. Does your vehicle need some TLC?. Take the time, stop on bye and knock off some of that Winter grime. Loved this place and the small group of people who own and operate it. Borrowed my father’s Tacoma for a move and got it detailed here as a thank you for the lend. Owner offered me a lift to nearby Camp North End while I waited because I didn’t have another ride waiting—top notch customer service, pricing, and work. The Tacoma had never looked so clean by the time I picked it up, and honestly thought I should’ve been charged more after I saw the results. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing customer service and a great job on the detailing. To say the least, the car was a Disaster… dog hair everywhere and it hasn’t been cleaned for roughly a year. They did a fantastic job with ensuring the vehicle was looking as good as it did when we got it off the lot. Would definitely recommend anyone to drop it off, go grab lunch, run errands and you’ll come back to a beautiful car! Thank you again! We’ll be back!

Great customer service and results. I was visiting for the weekend and stopped to have a complete detail of my daughter's car at the Auto Spa. My daughter's car looks great and we are pleased with the work completed on the inside and out of the vehicle. The pricing is reasonable too. We look forward to seeing you again the next time we are in in town.

My car never looked so good. They made my leather interior shine, vacuumed every corner of my SUV and even cleaned under the trunk lid. Car looks 1000x better than the day I drove it off the lot. Great, friendly, fast service. I will defenitely be coming back!!

Auto Spa was great for full detailing! I drove my car over and was able to walk back to my house it was so close. In a few hours, they texted me when it was ready for pick up. I felt like I drove away in a completely different car than when I left it.
