Ordered chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were deep fried and shriveled beyond recognition. The fries were cold and soggy. Returned the food as it wasn't edible. Moments later, I was confronted by the cook telling me it was the batter on the chicken (?) and that was how it is supposed to taste. I didn't realize rubber was the desired flavour. Moments after being yelled at by the cook, a cockroach appeared on the table. Then a friend joined him. We managed to catch one as proof to the staff. The manager came by and yelled at me about the cockroaches only being behind the bar- I guess the two critters we saw didn't get the memo. All in all, it was an awful experience. I will never go back and advise others to do the same. Unless you like a side of cockroach with your burnt food.

Attended a work party. Attentive service. They have a nice space with a dance floor. DJ and live bands. Drink and wings special 4-7pm. Wings were decent. Burger was dry and not great. Skip the salads. $15 for what was the size of a side/starter salad. We all asked if that was the right size. Cheese curds were tasty. Blooming onion tips were burnt and the middle not quite cooked. The sauce was tasty.

Had a nice time on a night out at the Tap House. Server was a little inexperienced, and the cost of the exact same drink order varied greatly all night long, a bit of a running joke at the table ("what will the total be this time?!") Beer selection wasn't great, definitely not a problem we have at other pubs, but was able to find something somewhat ok Bar staff were very nice and efficient. Bar and bathrooms were clean. Would return, but maybe go directly to the bar for drinks rather than rely on the server

Medium lighting with a pub-like atmosphere. The food and drink menu has a lot of variety including staples like burgers, thick-cut fries, and poutines from the Poutine King menu. Pricing for food is surprisingly fair. Would recommend to anyone, especially those in Osborne who want to go out but don't want to deal with the hassle of making their way around the city. Good for dinner or a night out for drinks!

We were there at about midnight and didn't even stay till 1am last night and the bartender kept ignoring us and going to see this group of bikers... As a customer I don't like feeling like im a bother to the waitress but the atmosphere was just not friendly... the food was heavenly though! My boyfriend got the chicken tenders and fries and it was superrr good! all these stars go to the chefs

Ordered the Le Burger Week Burger. Price on the website is $15, and was asked what side I wanted, my mistake was not confirming if that was included, and paid $25 for a soggy meager salad and lackluster burger. Requested no onions, onions on my burger, soggy gross pickles, processed cheese, dry bun, and tasteless patty. For that price I seriously expect better. Would never eat here again!

Every order i have had here has been incorrect, ive never gotten my salads that i order, they always mix up my dips and their skip sandwiches say “upgrade fries” but if you dont pay $7 for the upgrade (which is 2/3 the price of their sandwich) then they never pack a side! If it the burger doesnt come with a side so be it but then put “add side” instead.

Such great food and great service at Taphouse. The deep fried cheese curds are to die for. Seriously , too die forrrrrr. You will regret not ordering them. Everything tastes great, the poutine and the chicken fingers are yummy too...and huge portions. Jules really knows how to take care of business. We made this spot a regular one for us now! Love it!

Just amazing, held a birthday party here and it was great. The owner is extremely friendly and attentive, he helped us plan the whole thing, provided us with a private area. The food and service was exceptional and the party turned out great. Would definitly visit here again and it would be our first pick for our gatherings

Neat atmosphere - great place to watch sports! Awesome entertainment in a separate room so you can enjoy the loud music and dancing or chill and have food and drinks with background music. The menu? BE HUNGRY! The poutines n dogs are easily enough for 2 to share - but why share when you can eat yourself into a food coma?

The place is nice but the people are smoking all evening in front of taphouse so smoke drifts inside. Some of us are allergic to smoke. Noticed like there like 10 to 20 people smoking because of this my experience was not enjoyable. They can smoke but away from establishment. Sometimes you could even smell weed smoke.

I've went to this bar quite a few times in the past and it's always just been one amongst the rest in the Pub Crawl on Friday night. But I've gained a new appreciation for this place, with new management and a completely diverse and enticing environmental upgrade. I can definitely say I will be back.

Always had a good experience when dining in, last night had it delivered. Would never do that again, made me feel turned off from eating from here for a while. The fries were burnt which lead to the whole poutine having that burnt taste throughout. The burger was nothing special, it lacked flavor.

One of the best places for live music and cheap drinks in Winnipeg. Can’t go wrong!

The groove pirates (I think that's what they were called) is an excellent bluesy funk band w a 70's/80's/Colin James meets Van Morristown type of vibe. The waitress was really nice and appeared regularly for refills. Just an excellent time all around. The ladies washroom was exceptionally clean.

I've been here a number of times when it used to be The Toad in the Hole, I liked it then but I like it more now. The dance floor and stage are perfect for live music. It was a packed house and there was no wait to get a drink. Good job on the bartenders and the band put on a great show.

An excellent place to have a great time. The staff, food and drink specials are beyond compare. The dance floor is a little small though. When they have an event, you can’t make reservations but, can the rest of the time. Try going and you will have a wonderful time. More

Cheap food, decent priced drinks and good live music! The stage could definitely be configured better and the "gaming space" where the old Whisky Bar used now has crooked pool tables, darts and VLT'S. The old Toad was a better bar and the new Toad is still a better venue.

Huge thank you to all the staff at taphouse for making sure my band is always safe, for having good service and for always being so kind to us. We always love playing here because it’s always a positive experience.

It's a pretty nice bar with a great atmosphere. Good selection of drinks and beers. Also, their fried cheese bites are delicious. I wasn't super impressed by their poutine, but there are plenty of other food items to choose from, so it's not that big of a deal.

Food and service was very good. The security staff are both fun, pleasant and made it a great experience. Having the live Latin music to entertain us was amazing. Excellent experience

Good service with friendly staff. Great happy hour prices and the night I was there they had a terrific band. Kitchen is small and gets backed up, so prepare to wait a little for food. Had a Macaroni and Cheese Dog, it was very good.

Just OK. Kind of dark and dinghy, but great location. Drinks were fine, not great. Stay away from food as it was NOT good! Good place for drinks with friends with live music.

One of the nicest places I have ever been, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, amazing location with a homey atmosphere that’ll make you feel right at home. Highly recommend to anybody wondering what to do on Osborne.

The gravy is delicious. The curds are perfect. This is what makes a poutine. Good gravy and curds. The staff is friendly and will talk GOT with you while you wait. Wonderful experience and delicious food.

I ordered a prairie dog, deep fried cheese curds and onion rings. The order was completely wrong as you can see in the photo. I got a poutine and some mini corns dogs. Last time I ever order from here!

Absolutely flavourless toppings. Salt on salt dogs. Gravy on the poutine tasted like burnt. And what’s with the dry yellow, sawdust hotdog buns. One of the worst footlongs and poutines I’ve ever had.

The staff are awesome, Jodi, Jessica , and Robin to name a few . Live music , lots of food choices,Wings are excellent. Lots of tvs for watching sports. Drink and food specials and a small patio.

Great food, awesome diverse live acts, and awesome atmosphere. Open mic, karaoke, lots of tvs for watching the game, gaming lounge with pool tables and darts, something for everyone.

Stopped by for happy hour after work, met the general manager Brent. Awesome guy, super great environment and will definitely be coming back based on how personal the employees were!

They remodelled this building so well! Good food and good bands.

Not great. For a place that specializes in poutine I was expecting better. The fries were grainy, the gravy was super thick and the toppings were really just okay.

Decent burger. The service was lacking, took longer then estimated and messed up a simple order sadly, forgot hot sauce side for a single burger and fries.

Blooming onion was bland, burger meat was bland and the cheese bites were soggy, cant solve all your problems with your sauce, try a little salt and pepper

Friendly staff and a fun open mic nite crowd. Some great singers and a cool host. They had two of my favorite Irish whiskeys there so I'll be back again.

Love this place. Live music is amazing, good variety. Everyday there's something going on. Great for sports watching. Definitely worth checking out.
