My daughter's and I finally made it into the store. To be honest after reading some of the reviews I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but being a pitbull lover I knew we had to check it out for ourselves. What honestly drew me in was seeing the "power chewer" toys. My girl can shred a kong power toy in less then 5 minutes. So we walked in and we were greeted right of the bat. I love and respect the fact that the employees don't surround you trying to sell you everything but said they were their if we had any questions. Like I said my goal was the toys. So the toys I had seen online they didn't have in stock but were due to come in at anytime. They offered to take my number and call me when the toys came in. We had a decent conversation with one gentleman about the breed and different training techniques which was VERY helpful. So I received the call that toys came in.So we went to the store for the second time, this time we took our dog with. As we had a few struggles with my dog and her training when we got in the store. One of the employees then asked if she could show us some different training approaches with her which I was MORE THAN GREATFUL for. We left that day with all 3 toys I was after, a new leash and collar (couldn't pass it up lol) and a new store that I couldn't be happier to buy from. Oh and the power chew toy, I'm happy to say it's day 2 and the toy is STILL IN ONE PIECE . We REALLY enjoy this store (yes it is kind of small) but I'm 100% quality over quantity, especially when it comes to the pitbull breed, you need things strong and sturdy!! Thank you to all the amazing employees and we look forward to continuing our business with the Pitbull Store!

I brought my pittie puppy here for a training collar. The staff / owners were super helpful. They showed me different styles and discussed how they would work. They fitted my pup with a nice rose gold prong collar and showed me technique to stop her pulling when walking. My daughter also bought some short strong weighted leads for her big dogs. There was another customer getting his bully fitted for a custom harness and they were being served great too. Nice selection of leashes, collars and harnesses. Both leather and branded names. They do training too. I also got some paw conditioning wax. Will be back! They also have breeder reproductive services such as progesterone testing and ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy.

Perfect place for lovers of pitbulls owned by lovers of pitbulls who you can take comfort in the fact they have the knowledge as well as the heart to make sure your pups unique needs are met. With all of the different supplements, vitamins, minerals, snacks, meals, toys, harnesses, leashes and they have all the great gear you could ever want your pit to rock from the durable daily collar to the showing off and out collars made of like thick, gold link chains to EVERYTHING in between, this store will have you feeling happy and well cared for by the time they're done with your wallet, lol. It's all worth it tho as everything's made tough just like our pups are and made to last

I've been going to the pit bull store for many many years and I've gone thru alot of pitbulls in my years but I always get everything I need for my pits at the same store because the people really care about the dogs and its really a pation for me like it is for the owners at the pitbull stores, I'll keep supporting them because they are great and the quality of there stuff is like no one else's, so even if you dont got a pitbull they got stuff and I will continue to support them, thanks for keeping real for our misunderstood pitbulls...and this is my kids as u can see they are very much a part of my family...so everyone support the pitbull store there great people...

Don't do business with these people they are greedy and don't stand behind their product. We bought a harness and one of the straps broke after only a hand full of training sessions. The guy we spoke to about it tried to come up with every reason possible of why it broke and how it was our fault. He wanted $20 to replace the strap. I refuse to pay $20 to repair a defective product they sold us. We have never had this problem with other brand harnesses. Their products are clearly subpar which is why they don't guarantee them.

Love Love this place!!! The company is family owned and the quality of their products is amazing!! We have a rope leash for each dog and the collars well they have lasted the test of time as they are doubled in thickness. I can now relax when I'm out with my dog vs having to put on a scary looking Bane muzzle which does not make people think good things. It is great to see such love, passion and understanding here. I know they truly care and also have the knowledge and experience to help me with my questions/concerns.

I've been NEEDING to go here for a couple of years and actually work nearby... I didn't realize how much I needed to go in! The owner had told me about their products and how they have something for EVERY breed. She was right! Staff is nothing less than exceptional and the beauty sitting near the counter was so well behaved and MASSIVE! We WILL be back soon! I regret not getting here sooner! Ordered 2 dog collars months ago and only 1 ever showed up. I hate leaving bad reviews online and usually never do however I don’t know how else to get what I’ve already paid for as I have tried numerous attempts to contact them and find out what’s going on without even one response. Such a shame because I’ve been looking for a place to order from for my boys and thought I had finally found one. Customer service rating would be 0-10

Absolutely love this place! They are all super nice and very knowledgeable. We went in looking for a breeder and they gave us information to consistent kennels and now we are in the process of getting our new beautiful baby boy! They have all the good foods and everything that we need for our dogs and they are just super helpful every time we go in. Definitely will be returning often! Thank you guys!

This is the first time I've had a dog with food allergies or skin problems. And all 3 dogs that live in my house are pitties or mixed with, so we decided to try this place out the 2 guys that helped my sister and me were so helpful and patient. I didn't once feel like we were too needy with our questions. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Good prices but the young black guys is terrible, I don’t know if he is the owner but he don’t really care the customers He grace gloves from floor, Playing basketball with the the syringes, he refused to clean the table before I place my puppy on the table, I had some questions and he never responded back because he was listening music with his earphones

What can I say about The PITBULL STORE. They don't just want to sell you some bs. They really do care about the breed and not just Pits all breeds I have not found a store like them in the valley yet. There signature foods are 100% top notch and the other products are just as good. You got a K-9 family member go here for there best intrest

Shop was completely empty. Don’t know if that’s a good thing or not but they didn’t have much at all. Expected it to have at least pitbull proof toys and other stuff but they didn’t. Just more of customized collars and leashes which I was not interested in. Walked in and guy was just having a whole lot of conversation with another guy.

I shared some concerns about my 12 year old pit ear infection. He showed me some products they carried. One of the 2oz bottles binuxx products worked fantastic. After the first day I started noticing improvement. I am thankful for him taking his time and showing and explaining me which products he used and what works. Awesome store.

I spoke with a gentleman at Hance Dog park whom had a beautiful neonchrome-ish collar and was pointed in this direction and I am so happy I asked! After I reached this location the wonderful woman behind the glass case assisted me in getting a awesome one for my little 4 month old German shepherd dog lady. It looks great on her.

Found this place by luck couple years ago. A must go to they have the high end food and supplements I normally Order on line for my dogs. The have collars, harnesses, leashes and more. Went over this morning with a 7wk old pit puppy. Can't get into the vet for 12 days so they gave the parvo shot and a dewormer to be safe. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff (family business?) really competitive prices. Will be enrolling in the training classes . Highly recommend

I was just in there and I love the fact that they offer all the stuff that you need for a large breed dog. I was in there picking up a few things for friends dog, but when I adopt my English Mastiff in December I'm definitely going to the Pitbull store for his collars and harnesses.

For a spacious outlet, it lacks products. And to be called the pitbull store, I was expecting more pitbull items, i.e. weight vests and harnesses. More toys for larger dogs. (Shrugs shoulders ) only interesting items are the custom collars

This place saved my puppy's life a few years back. At that time, I was working part time and couldn't afford the vet bills. They helped me with getting everything my puppy needed to survive. I'm so grateful for them!

These guys are absolutly great. We have been taking our two less than 10 lb. (non pitbull) dogs there for their annual booster shots for more than 6 years. Allways take great care with the. We highly recommend!!!

I got a buffalo horn for my doberman she loves it and hasn't destroyed it yet!! They have great variety of toys and harnesses/collars. They also have different doggie medicine and a good knowledge of pet care.

Its a very clean and experienced place for dog handlers ..a bit pricey but it is quality. I buy my dogs food there every month and am very satisfied with how they look since feeding them from ther.

Vaccinations are not done by a Licensed Veterinarian. Many puppies end up having parvo that come from here. Parvo is deadly.
