Visited the source and was helped by kinjal and she gave us a great deal so got 5 lines from her during the Black Friday. She also gave us a deal for our house for Residential services as she mentioned we were over paying with Roger’s. We got the service from her for the tv , internet as the deal also was saving us money and giving us an extra 250 dollars of credit. The night mare started post that … bell’s customer service on call is the worst. When I received the modem I had to call them multiple times for help for the hook up and was bounced off from one rep to another. They would tell me they will call me back the tech support team the self instal team but I don’t think they cared of us giving them the business cause it’s been 10 days I still don’t have internet when my spouse works from home. No reverts no call backs nothing. Kinjal did put in the hard work but this service wasn’t installed and I will be cancelling it cause of lack of work knowledge and bad customer service from the installation team and tech support. Requesting you to please take this seriously.

Every single time I step foot in this particular store I feel like a fish and the employees feel like sharks. If you go in to just look at a product they immediately start quizzing you on your phone plan or your device even if you tell them you're not interested in buying or switching. They must train them to do this or something. It never fails, and they never let up on the pushiness until you walk out. They'll legit follow you around the store. I haven't had this happen in other Sources. I'm sure this location in the Eaton Centre has big quotas to fill. If you're in the store to purchase that day, I'm sure they can help you, but if you're just browsing electronics go to the Bell store or Best Buy if you're looking for peace.

Uncomfortably pushy salespeople trying to get a commission out of you by selling Bell's services, despite repeatedly telling them that you're just browsing or accompanying someone picking up an order (who also had to hear a sales pitch). This isn't unique to this location -- this seems to be commonplace with other The Source stores -- presumably at the behest of their parent company, Bell, so as to pad their quarterly telco ARPU. If there's nothing specific you need at The Source, especially if you're at this or the other location at the opposite end of the mall, you'd be better off (and left in relative peace) by skipping The Source and heading straight to the Best Buy upstairs on Dundas.

Went here to get a speaker, the sales person was trying to sell us Bell's internet plan. We were clear that we were happy with our current plan, but the sales rep kept pushing for Bell's plan. After we said we just wanted to pay for the speaker and were not interested in the internet plan, our sales rep was clearly unhappy and was rude to us. I would prefer to shop on Amazon or go to the best buy next time since the price is the same and their sales rep is more friendly.

Had gone to the Eaton centre store to upgrade my phone. Ayush, did not provide me with the best deal and when I was conversing with other employee - Kinjal for deals,Ayush passed bias comments and warned her about not wasting a lot of time on me. Ayush’s approach when a customer interacts with other employees for deals after him is rude. Kinjal was very patient and had an amazing experience with her.Got my new phone from her with best of deals.

Declined to price match with Canada Computers when the company website says otherwise. The item is an exact match. The reps were more interested in selling a Bell/Virgin plan instead. UPDATE: Visited another Source location next day and they price matched as they should. Forced an extra trip to a store on me that was totally unnecessary. (I needed to price match as I needed to dispense a Source GC lying around)

So happy with my experience ar the Source Eaton Centre. Have been looking for ear phones for weeks and went to the Source at the Rideau Centre and had a horrible experience. Thought I'd pop in the Eaton Centre store and John was beyond helpful. He was knowledgeable and took the time to find out what my needs were and provide options within my budget. Beyond thrilled with the service I received today.

They really need to hire someone with better communication skill. I called to check if they have the earphone I need in stock at the store so I could come and get it. I got the confirmation they have it at the store then drove 1 hour to them and turned out they ran out of it. Literally all I got for that is the apologies from someone else not even the guy who I spoke to and got confirmation from.

Went into the store at the Toronto Eaton Centre and John greeted me with the utmost respect. Not even knowing they offered Bell services I was able to UPGRADE my new home services greatly. I am so pleased. To top it all off Vaish was able to make my daughters birthday with a brand new iPhone 14 and a Roku stick for her new student life. All in all the best experience I've had in awhile.
