What an awesome find! I absolutely love this coffee house and will be back again to sample their delights! Really friendly service and such a unique place. Everything is on sale that you can see, from the coffee cups to the chairs that you sit on. Had a lovely bacon sarnie with a gorgeous latte, finished off with a gorgeous brownie

Fantastic little gem with the politest staff, the best lunchtime sourdough baguettes with delicious, curious fillings. Scrummy cakes and an atmosphere, almost edwardian which transports you to civilised English tradition for the duration of your visit! So relaxed. Loved it and definitely going back soon!

Absolutely gorgeous coffee house. There's a wonderful secret garden to shelter from the rain (today) or sunshine. Staff are fabulous, very helpful. Had a nice little chat Macciato was awesome, coming back for sure I missed eating today, 2 weeks I'm there with bells on …

Wonderful cafe, lovely staff and great food! Really great options for both vegans and non-vegans! Really quirky interior and always made to feel welcome. Keep an eye out for summer when they have their courtyard reopened! They also do many vegan pastries which is a rare find in Leeds!

Ordered a carrot cake and an oat latte, carrot cake was brilliant, really recommend if you have a sweet tooth, the latte was a bit sour to me (maybe just my personal taste is a bit odd). Overall, the atmosphere was nice, good place to chill for weekends. Would recommend paying a visit

  • Taj Land

Ordered 2 x latte (£2.95 each) and one brownie (£3.50) and got charged £12.90. Noticed that later at home when checking bank statement. When paying you can't see the screen with the amount, just tapping little device hoping that they input correct amount. Really annoying.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the quirky - ness, how they have made a statement that old is cool, but the food is spot on, and the coffee was amazing. Your really do need to visit this great cafe, and the staff were so polite well done to them 5 stars from me

Took my young daughter in for her favourite drink which was 'off menu' but they made it with a smile. Lovely people, great decor, secret garden is super cool and just a brilliant small business that I hope does really well. Businesses like this are great for Leeds.

Great little independent café. Update May 2023 - seems to have changed hands but is still a great little cafe. Good coffee and a selection of food. Quirky setting, all mismatched furniture and books etc. Updated July 2023 - still going well, excellent coffee. More

I really enjoyed being here - sadly I could only spare half an hour and told the staff member this - he didn't mind. Everything was most timely, most friendly, the crusty baguette, crisps, salad, hot chocolate were all delicious and came as

Everything about this place hits the spot exactly. The decor is based on auction finds - quirky retro pictures and furnishings, an aspidistra and an old piano. It could be the 1920s. The coffee here is extremely tasty, there's a fruity

It’s one of the best local coffee place in Leeds, my favourite. I usually order waffles with cinnamon sugar, it’s very delicious. The place small, but it’s warm and lovely. You should visit this place once you are in Leeds.
