Worse experience ever. We were group of 5 people ordered drive thru. Two girls were working there, who doesn't even know the basics of customer service. They did not know that we are also punjabi and understanding their language. They were keep talking without muting their mics. Didn't repeat the order. When we went to pickup window, I asked about what they are talking. They didn't even feel sorry about their behaviour. And started laughing, they didn't give us full order also. I don't know store email, otrwise I would sent a direct email. I would love if the manager try to contact me.

So I was using the drive-thru to buy a coffee this morning, I did order and the lady repeated my order and said ok. But then when I reached the pick up window they gave me the wrong thing and then blame me that I didn’t order and just pulled up to the window. It’s definitely not! If that is the story, why the lady would repeat my order and said it’s ok?? Then they just passed the coffee and kept blaming I didn’t order and closed the window! How rude is that!

I know it's fast food, but this has got to be the worst Tim Hortons location in Ontario. My boyfriend works nearby, so he visits almost every day. Multiple times they have given him the wrong order, provided him with a breakfast wrap that had just 3 sausage patties in it when he only asked for extra cheese () and today he came in with a gift card from his parents. He ordered 1 farmers wrap and nothing else. They charged him for 2 farmers wraps, gave him JUST A COFFEE, and walked away.

Whoever butters their bagels needs to find another job. everyday for the past 2 months my bagel is buttered on ONE side, leaving the other side dry and wasted. 2 months, i thought this couldn’t possibly continue. Yet here I am, finally leaving my 2 cents. How hard is it to butter the whole bagel evenly? Will it burn her hands or something? i don’t understand. BUTTER THE WHOLE BLOODY BAGEL ITS A SIMPLE CONCEPT. UPDATE: Months later I ordered a buttered bagel. SAME THING!!! IM CONFUSED

The staff works here is totally nonsense , specially the girl named Raman. She talked to me in disrespectful manner and gave the wrong order. After that she also denied to change that. One star is too much for this, it should be negative ratings.

The card payment terminal was not working. Unfortunately the staff was not particularly helpful, just insisting on trying yet again with different card and not offering any other type of resolution . More annoying is that the terminal would not show the status of the transaction, nor provide any kind of receipts, just silently fail.

Really small store I guess comparable to Toronto stores isn't really a great experience other than being a drive thru, yet this drive thru lane to exit is fairly small and making a left is difficult being a busy street creating delays for others in line for orders.

Staff are welcoming and, if you're a regular there; they know your order. Small waiting and ordering section inside does make for a crowded space, especially now with the influx of mobile orders and dashers picking up

Hands down the best and the fastest Tim Hortons I have ever seen in Canada PERIOD. This is the only place that knows how to actually run and drive through efficiently. If there are 10 cars ahead of you you will be at the window and out in less than 5 minutes.

Got served boston cream donut from the fridge. Mess up the order and try to act stupid about it. Manager probably the same. Rude and unprofessional stuff that are there to get the number of sales. Check your order at drive thru before you leave.

Legit always get my order wrong it’s the 4th time this happened. Got a farmers wrap put the wrong meat in it, when they fix it they forgot to put the hash brown in it.
