worst management I ever have seen yet. They vl only try to sell combos, vl make you wait outside just because they are counting time, you vl see only. dominating people within. There's a lot to say about but its worthless as they don't care how people are reviewing them and they vl continue to do the same.

Worst Tim Hortons ever!!!! Every time same worst experience. Waited 10-15 minutes in drive thru for a coffee and still they gave me a DD instead of TT. They are focused more on Speed of service and serve incorrect and terrible orders. Should focus more on order quality and accuracy instead of speed. More

If it was possible to give this Tim Hortons location a zero star, I would. Horrible customer service every Sunday afternoon when we go there after church… not only that, they always mess up the order. But the worst of it is how they gave us stale sandwiches today. Highly disappointed!!!! More

Very disappointed. Doesn’t take 2 orders on drive thru. I went around 10:35 am and no one was behind me . I needed a separate order for my colleague . I have to ask for napkins. Stop being cheap. If I am buying food or ice Capp napkins are needed. Drive Thur rep was rushing me to leave .

Possibly the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. I come at 3:40 consistently over the last few days and the service is slow and terrible. The cashiers are very slow to take orders and will look at you and not even acknowledge you're there to say (hey, I'll be with you in a sec.) Frustrating.
