Very annoyed with one lady here. Ordered strawberry creamy chill previously and it hardly tasted like strawberry. I very kindly asked this women if she could plz put more flavouring and then she added way too much and made me mix it in myself. Today I bought a medium mango creamy chill, it was mostly cream and tasted very little if at all like mango. As soon as she gave it me I knew it wasn't enough flavour just by looking at it, I told her politely that I Beleived the flavouring was too less and she told me no it's the right amount and to try it. I tried it and it tastes mostly like milk! I politely told the lady that It didn't really taste like mango at all and she said okay I will add more flavouring and u can mix it yourself. I declined mixing it myself this time because why should I have to put my dirty fingers all over my straw and struggle all while messing up the whip cream, when she had very obviously made it incorrectly. I asked her to plz mix it for me. She said okay but the whip cream will get messed up and I said we'll then could you please just make me a new one? She gave me attitude and told me if you wanted extra flavouring you should of have asked when you ordered. I told her I didn't want extra, I just wanted the normal amount of flavouring. I mentioned I had this problem with her before and that the manager had come to discuss the proper amount of syrup to apply previously (she believed it was a much lesser amount then the amount her manager told her was correct to add to add to that size of creamy chill. I brushed it off the last time thinking its a new drink, she didn't learn how to make it properly perhaps, and she did agree to fix it Atleast without attitude last time so I just took the over syruped strawberry and drank it). She told me her manager was not around and she was in charge today. She agreed to make me a new mango chill and told me it was suppose to be 2-4 squirts of syrup for the medium one (I told her that must be wrong considering it had hardly any taste or perhaps she put less then that if 2-4 truly is correct, there was syrup in the bottom so maybe she just hadn't mixed it enough). I told her and her female coworker that I am sorry wasn't trying to be difficult it's just I had really wanted mango flavor and if I had wanted just milk, I would have ordered just milk. She proceeded to tell me that in my new one she will be adding 6 shots of syrup, I said well hopefully that's not too much. She said is it too much? I said I don't know because I am not familiar with how to make this drink. She gave me a new mango creamy chill this time without whip cream, I guess she could tell by the look in my eyes that I wanted whip cream. She then asked oh did you want whip cream?and I'm like yes please. She then put a small amount on the top (nothing even close to the photo) and it is way wayy too sweet but given her attitude I did not feel like communicating with her any further, as I felt like I was getting close to being rude just like she had been with me! When I see the mananager who is very competent and normally there, I will be discussing It with him because after my last two experiences with this drink, I don't even feel like going there again and this frustrates me as it is closest to my school. There is another one across the street and I feel like I'd rather try that Tim Hortons instead. The only other times my order has been messed up have also been from this lady. Eg. Tea sugar not added as politely requested, completely wrong wrap when I ordered a sandwich etc. I will update post with her name if I go again!! Someone needs to have a good talk with this employee. This place's standard feature is extra dry hashbrowns for breakfast and a homeless person sleeping in close proximity in front of you. The distance between you and a homeless person is about 1 meter, so you can see all the details and enjoy your breakfast. The tables featuring homeless are small cabins that have soft seats, a power outlet to charge phone or laptop, and they are well protected from Tim Horton's employees with a wall that hides them from their view (they are well exposed to customers though). They also have a fireplace area with very convenient seats suitable more for sleeping than eating and used as such. Tables featuring view of homeless are in very close range to each other, so if someone sitting near you coughs, you are guaranteed to inhale all their goodness, if you are lucky and they sneeze you may even get it in your food.

I really like the fact that they comfirmed what my mobile order was and the number. Gave me my brownie and coffee and told me that they are preparing my yogurt parfait fresh and that its coming right up. So just from that I would have rated 5☆ for customer service. It hasn't happened to myself yet, but there has been many times that random customers been taking other peoples orders due to Tim's Servers just reading out loud the numbers or just saying the order or name of the order. But the reason why I am rating it 3☆ is because of the portion of the granola of MY FAVORITE parfait for 3yrs now was like baby crumbs to what I normally get. The photo with this review doesn't show too much of how little it is but I usually get about half of the granola cup. It made me really sad actually.

I always like whipped cream with my coffee and I always get double charged for it cause I ask for extra whipped cream and when I receive my order, they add the tiniest portion they could, one time I asked them to add extra cause I get charged for it and the lady started to explain how it melts and all but I have worked in cafeteria before and I know how long it takes for the whipped cream to melt and ofcourse my order was drive thru which means I got my order right away. Today when I went through drive thru, they told me they were out of all pastries but then I parked my car and went inside to see and they have all kinds of pastries available!!! I always had problem with my order since before but the reason I chose to post review today was because of this pastry issue!!!!

Very nice Tim Hortons. Quite clean. The service is good, friendly and fast. Working 24/7. Good Wi-Fi. Location is nice: there are many things that are located in this building. Pharmacy on the first floor, JVS Toronto on the 6th floor, Finch West Station is 5 min away. I like this fake )) Makes this corner very cozy. I love working here. Removed one for the toilet. Looks clean but the smell is atrocious. Apologies, but it seems like some customers are urinating on the walls. Request to the Tim Hortons staff: if you can't wash it away, could you please use some Lysol or something. Thank you and keep up the good work!

First let me say categorically that I have been a Food Connoisseur for two decades, having been trained by some of the world's finest Hospitality Managers, Chefs and Organizational Leaders/Trainers. However it is with a heavy heart that I was meted with a horrible service experience at this Tim Hortons It has been the most adamantly rude sevice providers I have encountered while in Toronto...Anyhow, I understand the sight of lack of training, lack of restaurant etiquette and customer service and care, whenever I see it...

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Store terminal kept declining my debit card 5 times. Store employee told me to come back if I see the money taken 5 times to reimburse me right away. After I showed them they charged me 5 times for the same order they refused to reimburse me and said it is not their fault. Store manager is Rita and was so rude and lack the basics of how to handle the situation. Worst attitude and lack of efficiency at all levels. Never recommend this location and would love to give it a zero.

I don't like stuff because we went to there with my freind and her daughter yesterday night.she was completing us daughters. She is now 3 and 4,5 years old.she wanted to us.she wanted them to stop and not move.they just played sofa and walk. they were just talking to each other in silence I don't understand her.what kind of person can say stop to such a calm children.there is canada.this country is very important child.and my baby My baby is very precious to me. just like everyone else.

I went at this location two times during my shift … first i ordered iced coffee but they gave me without sugar and in next order … i ordered chai tea latte she didnot added sugar… and i already asked for two sugar onside … i added both sugar packets but that was not enough.. when i asked team member … hv u added vanilla syrup she said it doesnot come with syrup… and she said complain where u wanna do … u can its up to u.. stupid lady …

Tried to rob me of measly 20 cents!! Indian girls working evening/ night of Aug 30 wanted to charge me for a plain small glass of water 20 cents, after placing an order $15+. Tim Hortons NEVER charges for tap water (no matter how big or small your order may be). Staff on this day needs to be investigated and stopped, if they're claiming 20 cents for water that Tim Hortons provides free. What are they using this 20c towards? Tips???

Worst experience at a Tim Hortons in my life. I went into get a sandwich and decided to use the washroom. I realised there was no toilet paper and had to get up dirty to the other washroom, yet AGAIN NO TOILET PAPER. When I went to tell the manager, still dirty, his is what he says "sorry, I refill" like he didnt even care. My health apparently was not a priority to him. I had to go across the street just to wipe. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Ordered a strawberry creamy chill, plain croissant heated with butter, large french vanilla and a egg and cheese sandwich. Overall, the food was fresh, warm and delicious. The coffee was hot. The strawberry creamy chill was amazing. However they forgot the strawberry shot which i love the most. The sandwich was fresh and tasty. Very happy to order from here. I would definitely go for it the next time.

Visited on a Tuesday early evening. The coffee shop is in an excellent location close to Finch West station and the facility is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient when I ordered a coffee. Staff were a little busy, yet, I noticed one member of staff was ensuring that the tables were clean. Washroom well maintained and clean.

I ordered 3 Large Soup, 3 drinks and i asked for a bad as i have other stuff with me. The cashier said they dont carry any plastic bag which is fine so I requested for 1 uber bag. They dont want to give me at all. Very inconsiderate!!!! Just for one bag for all the items I bought. I hate this place, will never go back again!!!!!

Yesterday, I visited at this store. I am pretty obsessed with the customer service of Kiran. She is excellent listener and know exactly what the customer's need. I had very bad experience at this store before with another ladies but this lady totally changed my prospective about this store. Thanks you for your wonderful service.

I walked in and they were clearly understaffed with 2 people working and a long line up. I ordered an ice cap with chocolate milk, when I realised it was being made with regular milk I then repeated loudly chocolate milk and I was yelled at. These 2 ladies clearly could not handle the rush plus all the deliveries.

Very bad service. The cashier took all my order wrong after I had repeated it to her múltiple times. When I spoke to them a about it all they kept on saying was "well she didn't charge you for it". I ordered 2 breakfast meals and received 1 and also ordered 2 BELT's and I received BLT's.

I get my coffee here every morning, staff are great, they remember all their regulars and are very friendly. I don’t usually get breakfast but the two times that I did they messed up my orders but I have no idea if that was just my bad luck. They get my coffee right every time though

Used the facilities before placing order this morning at 430am. Floors were wet, however immediately smelled like the floors were washed with a puddle of piss and a dirty mop. Utterly disgusting. Whole lobby seemed in disarray and had a heavy odor over it.

Worst drive-thru Tim Hortons that I've been to. They gave me wrong orders for so many times that I decided to write this review. I was so mad that I even wanted to go back and get my order right this time but they didn't gave me my receipt. Lesson learnt!

Staffed by very pleasant and courteous folks. I have seen them handling some unruly characters professionally and diplomatically. I stay here for hours studying. I prefer to come here even when there are some 24 hour tim hortons near my place.

This place's service is amazing but I'm writing to request you to get more employees for the night shift. Night gets so busy and we need to wait a lot sometimes since there's only one employee at that time. Kindly look into this issue.

It's a great location as long as you don't mind broken glass, needles, and the possibility of being shot or stabbed or both, by the local patrons. Been there once, not going back.

One of the best tim hortons I have been to .. the place is spacious, clean and the service was awesome.. there French vanilla was simply the best with the pumpkin spice cup cake

We were there late. Although there was not a lot of people it was still hard to find a place to sit. The server was friendly. The bathroom was clean. Will go back.

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's always busy during rush hours and they never have enough employees to clear congestion. Also kind of a small Tim's.

I like the in dine in experience in this location seem so clean and well santize during pandemic you need to feel that comfort outside of your home

The place feels like it has a new interior, which is a shame because the outside doesn't match it's posh interior. The service is generally nice.

Open 24 hours, servers are experienced and they don't mess up orders beyond regular human beings. It's clean and it has an accessible washroom.

Donuts good, vanilla chai good but their attempt to iced caramel macchiato disappointed. Keep on practicing or at least make a good attempt.
