Excellent location Staff are extremely confused, very slow and for one icecap 24 minute wait after order placed No one seems to no what they are doing Training and clear job description needs to be done The people preparing food are extremely slow and disorganized causing alot of food errors Clean restaurant but needs proper management and staff training The staff are very nice with good customer service More product knowledge Change management and have more training Speed up service and have more training for staff I live 2 minutes from this location but prefer to travel to Keele and finch which is under excellent management and staff are knowledgeable about products and service is quicker even when extremely busy. For such a good location and nice Tim Hortons staff are bringing down this new location quickly

Went to the drive thru with my daughter, again for the second time around, this pissed me off of getting wrong order. Ordered combo of sesame bagel egg and bacon with French vanilla and another order of sesame bagel with cream cheese and bacon with 1cream and 2 sugar. Went to window to confirm my order. He didn’t get right my last order. He was arguing with me instead of fixing it. This is annoying in such customer service like this . I would like to complain that Krishnan who took my order that has worse customer service. When I opened my food this came out wrong food…. They gave me an everything bagel with regular coffee. Going to return my food and get refunded. I need to speak to higher manager to fix this ongoing issues on the drive thru.

The only reason there’s 2 stars is because the staff are super awesome. However the location is terrible for parking. I was also grossed out when I saw a dirty cloth on their cutting board where they lay your sandwiches. It looks like the old chicken noodle is back. There’s chunks of that cheap instant chicken stock, Gross! I also opened the bag and it’s not the first time that the butter is swimming everywhere. By the time you take stuff out you’re covered in it even if you use the napkins. The size of a garden salad is the size of your palm. 3 mushy slices cucumbers, 3 slices of tomatoes and 2 leafs of lettuce lol it’s almost impossible not to laugh.

Rude staff.... was refuse to give my rewards points for purchases.... what’s the point of having the reward card if you don’t get the point for your purchases?? Was rudely served by a middle eastern lady today and please get your staff educated about the reward card.... you get points each purchases and you get a free coffee for every 7 purchases.... that’s what the reward card for.... why would I go online and get my reward??? If I purchased at the store?? Staff member shouldn’t talk back to customers and give attitude.... if no customers comes.... who is going to pay for your wages....

1 star for effort Medium Salted caramel iced cap- I’ve had this a few times now at different locations and they were all so good, but when I ordered it today it tasted bitter. It looked like it was full of black coffee and the bottom was all black. Looked nothing like the photo on the menu. Iced cap supreme- I got Small iced cap supreme and they charged me $2.99. But when they brang it to me it didn’t have whipped cream or chocolate syrup and they said we didn’t order supreme although we did and then I payed 60 cents extra. Very disappointed. :( not at all what I payed for

FASTER service, than i have had in any drive tru, Fast inside order and pick up.. NO Drive through.. Great, you have to walk in, like the old days..loved it. If you dont like drive through, this is a GREAT place, walk in, order and out in less than 10 minutes.. Went in for coffees and muffins, in and out in 10 minutes

The amount of time here was short and simple. We used the drive thru. The employee working the drive thru was attentive and entered our order correctly the first time and was friendly. By the time we got to the window our items were ready and payment was taken without any issues. This exceeded my expectations because I usually have at least 1 issue at any location I go to. :)

I love the food and the staff is very cooperative and humble. I love everything bagel and mock ice cap the most and they provide the perfect blend of each coffee... thank you for the service.

Food and and service is actually very nice here.. But the only thing is that it's almost always crowded and and there's not enough seating space for that many people,.. So que builds up fast. The place is awesome and has a very nice ambiance.

I was there in morning, an employee asked a lady to open the both door because of the slow service they were giving, he needed to get out cause it was like 20 people inside,very dangerous! when I told her about my concern she was rude. Avoid this place in this situation. Horrible, this store should shut down or this will become hub for corona virus.

I find that a lot of the Tim Hortons I have been to are not clean and they hire people. But they don't train them well enough. Making customers who enter these establishments very frustrated to a point they don't want to return. Which I think is sad especially when were paying enough for these services. They're just shaming themselves

They are great there, they are kind, please take care of your employees, and I say this because it gets crowded there, not all day, but if it has peak hours and there are some who put their effort... it is appreciated, take care of it, protect it and you as an employer you win.

Very friendly. One of the employees remembered me and my order. Jr felt nice that she remembered I can't have dairy and passed the message along. She ensured my iced coffee was made accordingly which is a big deal for me because I have faced issues where I ask for no dairy but then it's made with dairy. I'm lactose intolerant.

I had one customer service rep at drive thru- OMG she was a GEM! Amazing service from this young lady - I believe her name was Betul - Turkish young lady as she so nicely shared with me! She was so patient with my order - had kids in the car and their order was not easy - LOL. Keep up the great work - wish you much success.

Staffs here doesn’t apply covid protocols in food handling. She touched doughnut with her dirty hands with a gloves which touches everything, When being reminded, showed a very rude/disgusting attitude. Staffs were so proud!!! Staff aren't really that friendly (some are but not most of them). Wi-Fi usually not working. They put hardly any filling in their Boston creams, I've even had one from them with no filling at all. Can't justify paying 0.20 extra for that donut now when they don't make them the way most other Tim Hortons' do.

Non stop issues when ordering through Uber. They never package the drinks properly so they just end up spilling and I receive half of a drink for the full price. Do not order from this location on Uber unless you want the wrong item, and poor customer service.

I bought 2 coffies last night,unfortunately servise was so bad. Who was such as stubborn person my order made mistake and then she said to me i said mistake,but i knew what i said. Even so who is upset or unhappy ,so they must leave their job. Her name was Semira.

I asked for a Latte by the the time I got in the car and tasted this latte it was nasty. I was already late for a meeting this is why i didn't turn around and bring it back.

I like to go every day in this restaurant for getting my coffee and food. Staff is very friendly and fast. As well as they know my order. I like the food taste here. You will get here clean and tidy environment every time.

The bathroom is dirty. They were told at 8pm that it needed to be cleaned. Someone came out to mop the main floor but did not go into the bathroom. It is now almost 9pm i still have not been able to use the washroom....

A little slow, but it was busy. Staff were downright rude, though! Not to me but witnessed some nastiness regarding a miscommunication over chipotle sauce... Seriously, not a $500 TV, but a squirt of chipotle sauce. O_o

A very yummy experience most of the time. Id say this is your basic Timmie's. You can't really go wrong here. Although I recommend getting warm coffee over cold because I believe it tastes better at this Tim's that way

The slowest Tim's I've ever been to without question. Not once, twice or several times, but each and every time i go. and if it's busy, forget about it, i just don't go. And it's not b/c they're under staffed either.

This particular shop was very charming with places to seat and enjoy your timmies.

This Tim's at Keele St. and St. Regis is a very friendly place to visit. Friendly staff, lots of varieties to choose from which is fresh and enticing. They are fast and efficient in serving customers.

Service has improved dramatically here especially the drive through fast and accurate. The product is excellent as usual

I can not start my day without Tim Hortons coffee. I love to go this location every morning for getting my coffee. They make my coffee in same way as I like. The staff is very friendly here.

This is the best place to have coffee, sandwiches and much more. It maintains it's hygiene very well also the service is way to fast than other store. The food is freshly prepared everyday

That Tim Hortons has had the garbage for 2 days. I live in front and buy coffee there every morning and the garbage is still the same. Please take care of the hygiene property.

This people are clean, they have the washroom available so people can wash their hands to eat outside. They are NOT using the pandemic as a pretext for not cleaning washrooms.

It was very busy for the space they had and the table was sticky and dirty. Overall food and drink quality was the same as any other Tim Hortons, and the seating was adequate

Area is small, compared to other Tim's. You can drop by for a coffee before you go for your groceries in No Frills just beside it

One of your employee whom was Kamal had an unfriendly behaivour which wasn't acceptable. She got to learn to help the customer.

Staff very friendly here, and service is fast, a breath of fresh air compared to some of the Tim's here in New Brunswick.
