I usually like this Tims, but I have had a few bad experiences recently in the drive thru. I will get to the order box and someone will take my order. Then I will drive up and only AFTER I pay do they tell me they are out of the product - often in their wraps like grilled chicken or hashbrown - and then ask me if I want another substitute. Usually grilled veggies. I think they should be more transparent about what is available at the time you order or if they can't AT MINIMUM they need to do so before you pay. In this case I asked for a refund, but I can see people agreeing to whatever substitute they offer and at a price point maybe lower than what they actually paid for. In that way, and because it has been happening so much lately, it almost feels like a scam when the reality is that it's probably supply chain issues and telling customers BEFORE they order would likely go a long way to them understanding instead of trying to alter the terms after the fact and deal with a disappointed customer. I still think they are one of the better Tim's, but I won't be coming back if this keeps happening.

Worst Tim Hortons to go to ! Being close to my work place , I would always prefer going there , but there’s always issue with their coffee . My go to order is iced coffee with extra base and extra cream but they would always miss out something in the order . But today something uncanny happened - the girl named Harman , is so rude and so arrogant . The coffee was too sour and I re visited them to discuss my problem and that girl rather started shouting at me - telling me that I always have issue with coffee. She rather told me DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED . I wonder how could someone say that to the customer ! I mean I am not even free , and I also don’t like re visiting the place just for a mere cup of coffee . But if I don’t like it , I obviously ought to come to them . Then I asked that girl if I could talk to manager she’s like she’s the manager , but wen I re asked her are you sure you are the manager she’s like she doesn’t know who the manager is . End of everything Not to forget the sweet boy who came to rescue and resolved the matter later !

I have been going to this Timmies for approx 2 years , lately since Alvin is taking orders and making the sandwiches I have more times I’m soooo disappointed in what I got than satisfied. Today ordered two Ham and Cheddar sandwiches, one with extra mayo, when I got the sandwiches it was not identified which one was the exception . Had to ask, again, when I took my sandwich out of the wrapper the bun was broken in 3 places and fell apart in my hand and all over me and my car!! When I called in Alvin told me that this was not his fault, his attitude was horrible. In the past when the team of girls is there everything simply hums along they when recognize my voice and ask if I want my favourite breakfast sandwich. When service delivery spirals downwards you lose clients!! I will not be frequenting this location again. Sadly they are losing out on 3 to 4 hundred a month client.

This location has improved in my opinion; the staff is quick and has become better with dealing with high volume, giving correct orders and customer service has greatly improved. I found they used to just throw your order at you without even looking in the direction they were handing things. I found it rude and kind of dangerous as a few times my coffee was pushed into my hand with such force it caused the lid to pop off with coffee going everywhere. This has not happened since that last time, I did purposely stop coming here however I do see the improvement now that I have returned a few times. I have found even when it is busy and people order larger quantities, they still manage to serve efficiently making the drive thru line go pretty fast considering. I still prefer the location down the street as the drive thru has more room, but the service has made such a marked improvement for me I had to update my review

Hello Everyone, My name is Luxi. Today's date is Monday July 31st 2023. This terrible experience occurred at approximately 10:45 A.M. I entered this Tim Horton's to see flies. As I was ordering I checked the food rack to see what I wanted. I thought of ordering a Vanilla Dip Doughnut. But I found a fly right on it. I then asked to cancel my order. I told the workers that there was a fly on the food and they started to laugh at me. Why? This is a very close call. I could've got sick. To all parents with children, please make sure to look through the products and double check the place is safe for your kids. I felt very hurt and was very disappointed. Regards, Luxi

In what world does it make sense to change the ordering screen on the drive thru to a tim beibs advertisement, especially when the employees barely understand you and dont give the total.. so much miscommunication because of such a ridiculous set up. So very stupid, I cant even comprehend the mind set of the person who said oh ya.. we dont need an order screen, lets have an extra beibs ad, because 6 isnt enough. Lmao. Also, worst location when the rude man is working, today he wasnt it was a nice young guy and he was a trillion times better than the other rude guy who usually works, for this ill give 2 stars instead of 1.

The only thing I don't understand about this location is that they are overstaffed and yet nobody wants to help the customers that are in the actual restaurant itself in line waiting to be served. I understand that drive thru customers get all the attention but you don't need 12-15 staff focusing on that one little drive thru window while there are customers waiting in line. When did fast food becomes a 15-20 min wait for the order. If you guys were understaffed I would understand.. but this location has it backwards.

second time dealing with this store. i placed an order through door dash and when i got my order, HALF my order wasnt even there. this is the second time it's happened from this location. im convinced the workers here just arentpaying attention to what they're doing. this is so frustating! like how are you going to pack the bun that comes with chili, BUT NOT THE CHILI ITSELF, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Always rushing you through drive thru even when there's no one behind you. Everytime yelling next to rush you out of the window when you haven't even picked up your food and there's no one behind waiting. And who the hell is listening to the "next" remark??? It's just another way to rush to out of there. Poor customer service and no patience. Staff keep making remarks about the customer to each other.

Messed up my coffee multiple times recently and in return was given attitude and expired coffee card that didn’t work when I went to another tim hortons . And after buying coffee everyday the one day there debit machine is not working they turn me away and I couldn’t get my small coffee. Thought they were nice when they were opening but oh well.

Such an amazing staff!!! I come here usually during my lunch period to have lunch and study and the staff is BEYOND sweet they’re just the nicest employees ever!! I love the energy and the hospitable atmosphere they have going on. I’ve never had one issue with anyone working here.

I got a roast beef sandwich for $5.60 , it was tasteless. There was no piece of letus, tomato, and the sauce had had no taste. All it had was meat, bread, and a slice of process cheese.

No professionalism they even dont know what they have in store. They just take your order take your payment let you wait for preparing order then after sometime they say sorry we don’t have what you order. Never have anything in this location what you go for. Nobody working in was wearing gloves... very rude staff members. They are not taking all precautions and taking this whole situation very casually... i won't give a single star but google don't allow to give 0 star. Its very irresponsible.

Went to the drive through, and the person handing out food was not wearing any mask or gloves. Gotta wear protective gear especially if you're handling food. Be careful. Every other Timmies we go to everyone wears mask and gloves.

Very slow, only one in the restaurant and it took 7 minutes to get a bagel. This isn’t the first time they’ve been very slow. Had 5-7 people working as well. Very disappointing
