I walked in to order, the person just before me walked away. I could see 3 people behind the counter chatting away in their language (not English obviously) not a single person bothered to greet me. After many minutes of waiting (I was trying to politely wait to be served), a 4th employee stepped up to the other side of the register. Before greeting me or taking my order the senior staff to my right tell him in English "Rita just arrived, she is waiting outside", so he rudely walks away without saying a word. By now 4 people had seen me and not a single one cares to take my order, I decided to leave the facility and go to another location. Manager of this location needs corporate training and if Rita is an employee of some sort, she should be fired, basically she dropped off one box to the location and couldn't get out of her care to do but instead took another employee away from their responsibilities. Very disappointed at this Tim Hortons location.

I was at the dentist and finch location about an hour ago. There was a chaisier there. He was so rude. This was not the first time that he has done this to me. But today was it for me. He continued to talk and have fun with his coworkers not giving me my change. What I asked for my change he threw it to me and then he rolled his eyes at me. What a beautiful service?? Then when I asked to talk to the manager the other staff is asking why. Which is fair. But the guy that was rude is questioning the other person. I am willing to go higher to complain. I don’t want anyone to lost their job but you don’t need to be rude about it.

Got my order wrong which happens. Had a sausage bacon biscuit forgot the bacon. It’s fine, I work in the restaurant industry it’s very common to make an omission during peak hours. The manager however a filipino lady is very aggressive, there is ways to talk to your staffs and customers. I work in management so seeing how she handles omission mistake is disrespectful. Whoever you are you were extremely demeaning to your staff and us too. She literally snatched the wrong order off my partner rather than ask politely to see. Probably racist too because we were of colour. Would have been different if we were not. Hard working staffs, bad management. Do better and be more organized. New management I presume.

This location is One of the worst place to have coffee. Their staff does not know the difference between "Milk" and "Cream". Especially the girls who are working here does not know basic manners about how to treat customers. They work as if this is their dad's store. I went to this store on saturday morning 16feb around 10:45 am. I ordered steap tea with milk and they gave me with cream. I ordered it again then they again gave me with cream. I asked her if this is milk and she said with confidence its milk. Wow!!!! It was cream. I drink steap tea every day. Hats off to her confidence. I wish if I could give 0 stars

I have ordered Cheese croissant toasted. The lady was making something sandwich like thing which has meat in it. And she didn’t prepared my croissant with same gloves. She didn’t changed gloves while making my food. And I don’t want meat. I also work in food service franchise it is very unprofessional and unhygienic not to change gloves. I just walked out with my iced coffee at least that was perfect. Please work on this and if your employees doesn’t know how to work with hygiene then I’m ready to give my assistance. Thank you.

There was this short south Asian girl at 4:20 pm today. Gave me half filled cup of ice cap, upon going back and asking if that was the normal quantity, took the SAME CUP, without ANY SINGLE REPLY. Barely filled it and gave it back . No thank you, no sorry. No reply at all. 0 customer service, 0 basic etiquettes, 0 common sense obviously. If you do not like the job, stay home!

In TO for a couple of weeks for a course. This Tim’s is within walking distance from my air b&b and I have gone nightly for a steeped tea and sandwich for lunch the next day. You cannot even taste steeped tea, just the cream and sugar. The sandwich is why I am taking the time to post. Although it’s in the fridge overnight, it shouldn’t be hard as rock as if it’s a week old. Where’s Tim’s quality control with this location?

i asked them to give me my coffee in my reusable cup, and the workers were blanked and didn't know how to fill that. They told me it would contaminate my machine. COMEON YOU GUYS NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF. THE WORKER'S' name was AEILESH OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. PLEASE TIM HORTONS IF YOU BRING SOMETHING NEW PLEASE INCLUDE IT IN YOUR TRAINING

First let me say that it was a TERRIBLE MOVE to discontinue the chicken blt club wraps. I tried the a sandwich and it was very underwhelming. Bread was hard and cold, also, this it my second and last time ordering the jalepeno n cheese pastry. Very cold and dry.

Of course it’s busy but the staff was comparatively fast then the other stores. Staff is really good and quick specially Superviser name Vaishali. She made my coffee and it was real test of Canada. Only thing is they don’t have dine-in and store is too small and has only two cas machine.

Member refused to make me decaffeinated coffee cause I was there 30 minutes before closing I am very disappointed I had to drive to another place to get serve cause this member was lazy girl she didn’t want to do it very disappointed

Worst food and staff. If u order iced coffee with extra cane sugar syrup u will still get the regular, if u order bagel double toasted with extra butter u will just get the regular bagel. Wouldn’t recommend this place and I request company officials to go for inspection

Very close to CWJ, so super easy to go and order at lunchtime. I usually order an iced coffee every time but the make it so bitter. Yeah, it’s coffee, but they use to add so much sugar to it now it just tastes disgusting. But their pastries are super good.

I ordered the dark roast coffee a couple of times and 90% of time I got the bad ones. It wasn't fresh and not stirred well. Most other Tims also have the same problem with the dark roast coffee. I believe they only bother about the original blend coffee.

I’ve never had problem with staff very good place for lunch or a snack wish there were more vegan options or halal options but other than that great service and tasty food!

Great service compared to other Timmies in Toronto. They nailed my weird drink, XL French vanilla with a raspberry shot, two creams, and whipped topping, and didn’t give me a weird look when I asked for it. Five stars.

Very bad quality of food. Ordered 20 Timbits and after sharing a few with family, we found a total of 7 timbits all attached to each other with different strands of HAIR stuck in the glaze...staff is kind though.

When I first moved here in 2015, they were agonizingly slow. But they've really gotten their act together lately.

Always been a miss lately, coffee tastes bad, not fresh, orders are wrong and it’s too late when you realize.
