The taste is the same as all the other Tim Hortons but the service is atrocious!!! Not once have they gotten our order right and the manager (or someone who acts like the manager) is super rude to her employees. A lot of them don't speak English well enough to understand a native speaker much less an ESL, so it gets very frustrating.

This is my favourite location. There is a nice lady that always greets me by my name when she is there. I usually only do mobile orders at the window but the staff has always been friendly toward me.
