This Tim Horton’s is very congested. Not a suitable place to go with friends or family and chill out, since you’ll literally get suffocated. The staffs didn’t seem to be very professional either. I ordered many things. They put the in the microwave and totally forgot about it. I kept on waiting and waiting. No doubt it’s a busy place due to the location. When I asked for my , the lady thought I was lying and went to verify with the person who took the order which was a bit offensive in front of all other customers. Thanks God, the other person remembered that the is inside the microwave. When they took it out, it was already cold and became hard as a bone! But I took it anyway since I didn’t know how would they react if I complained about it. Probably they would have insulted me more. Anyways, I just didn’t like the place. Otherwise, Tim food is the same whichever Tim Horton’s you go, eh!

Hidden Gem, but unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless people who go there or surround that area. Feels a bit unwary at times and does not feel welcoming or clean. The washroom is like a place where the homeless tend to use as if it were their own home. It smelled bad due to the last homeless person using it. The oder was not hard to notice. ( There should be better air ventilation)) Either way, it seems this is a tim hortons where the homeless ppl go there and tend to make this Tim hortons as their place to hang or there home. It's unfortunate that the workers here have no choice but to accommodate these kinds of conditions. There should be security around.

Zorina the employee that works at this location was terribly rude for no reason this morning when I stopped in to make a large order for 3. The lovely Filipino gentlemen tendering my order noticed she had given me the "cut eye" and passive aggressively spoke about me to a coworker in front of staff and other guests... She had helped another customer with an order and placed their food right next to where I was standing. Mistakingly thinking it was the donuts I ordered. I ask that you retain this person to be more polite when mistakes like this were made. It made my enter transaction with the sir very awkward with her whispering under her breath over a simple misunderstanding. I was so caught off guard buy the lack of hospitality shown that I had to read her name tag...and I don't do that

Most of the staff are very disrespectful staff...only about 2 or 3 seem to have some heart. The evening time manager MAMA is very miserable unhappy lacks interpersonal skills . She has talked down to my children who are disabled and have medical issues. She has even thrown a cup at them and when you want to complain the other co workers lie and say they have no information as to who their boss is or they only provide a first name. There was a man who was smoking a full cigarette in the store and nothing was done at all by the staff. Customers had to tell him to stop but he didn't. The staff continued on without interference. Its a shame the decent staff have to pay for the incompetent staff. I have seen that woman MAMA getting told off by others customers because she lacks code of conduct and respect.

I think if Tim Hortons is willing to take benefits & Tips away from there employee, then maybe have the Government take more Taxes away from them! Most of the people working at Tim's, rely on the gratuity of tips from others! just to get by! I think it's very shameful of such a big Corporation, taking away benefits of employees, and not allowing them to accept gratuities from customers! I think this is shameful on Tim Hortons part! I guess the business philosophy of Tim Hortons is, Rich get richer, and the poor get poorer! The sad way to do business in this day in age! I certainly hope Tim Hortons gets their act together, and corrects this! Give back your employees the benefits, and allow them to accept the gratuities of others! That's all I got to say! Thank you!

This location is possibly the slowest in the city, and the wait time is at least 10 minutes. I only go in if I need to pickup something for someone else as I have stopped going to Tim's. A few days ago I went in only to ask for change, and the lady rudely snapped at me, yelling at me to line up...of course in the line of 15 people. Any other business would politely say to wait until they cash out a customer. No problem. I said to her I only wanted change. Another employee who was free at that moment kindly gave me the change, as any other business with respect would do. Sorry, but the entire operation has been going downhill since it was sold a few years ago, and this tops it with all the usual incidents of wrong orders, or telling the customer they're wrong.

FILTHY!! Bathroom looked like its never been cleaned in years. I am disabled and depend on handicap bars to assist in getting up off toilet. It was closed for cleaning, but the door accidentally opened and there was nobody in it cleaning at all! There was obstacles around the second bathroom which was for men and women, which was disgustingly filthy! I had to use toilet paper holder and the wall to assist in getting up off toilet, and smashed the top of my head off of the sink. Very upsetting for someone with disabilities to have to endure!

This Tim’s is the worst!! There is no drive thru here and after a couple of visits it becomes apparent why ~ a drive thru would eliminate all these bums accosting you for change every time you stop and park to run in to grab a coffee. My God, I’ve never seen so many deadbeats on one corner in my life. I’ve come here several times to quickly grab a coffee at different times in the day, and it’s always the same story. I can’t get from my car to the store without somebody asking for change or cigarettes or both. And the staff seem out of it most of the time screwing up even the simplist order. Then again, if I had to work on this corner and cater to these dregs, I would probably have the same attitude.

Handicap/family washroom was not opened... it's a necessity not a luxury! My husband is a double amputee and needed to use the washroom so we had to use the men's/ female's washroom and barely fit to use it! Staff was friendly but could barely hear them! Food is awesome! Please be aware for the handicap and try to keep family/wheelchair accessible washroom ready and clean at all times! It would make it more enjoyable and relaxing for everyone. I also forgot to mention not enough tables or chairs! Just putting that out there

Boyfriend got a hot chocolate that tasted odd, asked them to remake it and they refused and gave him attitude. Poor customer service. Ordered an Earl grey, 2 milk 2 sugar. Put cream instead of milk and obviously put the tea bag in last because it had next to no flavour other then cream and water. Gross. Also ordered potato wedges which tasted freezer burnt as well as a fruit explosion muffin that had an odd taste as well on the top layer, almost like some kind of cleaner, as well as next to no filling on the inside of it.

The food is excellent and the staff are amazing and they are always so friendly. I come here everyday to get coffee and sometimes food. Lately I've been dealing with a new staff member who has no training and keeps messing up my order. I wish I can give 0 star for customer service. The philipino staff at this location is very rude and very unwelcoming. She closes the store at 9.30 pm when the store time is till 10 pm and asks customersto leave the store and did not even allowthem to stand inside at 9.30 pm. She is very arrogant and does not even answer any que asked by the customer. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you can train this staff the store will have more people. I use to enjoy going for a coffee at this location. The service is great and they already know my order. Now when I want to have a coffee and relax I can't because there's always one or more people drinking alcohol and spilling alcohol or being rude and belligerent. Sitting inside I feel like I'm in a smelly dive bar. This has made me go out of my way to other Tim's locations further from where I live just so I can relax. Not happy at all and I'm going to stop going to this location altogether.

This Tim Hortons is a health hazard and needs to be shut down. Went to use the washroom and it looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Urine all over the floor, toilet paper all over the place, floors darkened by dirt, etc. The seating area was also very dirty with cups on the floor. What's worse, I saw multiple cockroaches. See my picture. Tim Hortons corporate office should be ashamed of this location tarnishing its brand.

Staff work Hard. Owner is cheap and I believe will do anything to save a nickel like not give you the proper amount of sugar that other stores do. The location is horrible if you want to sit and eat a lunch. The store arrangement is not people friendly. They should have tried harder when building it again (hearsay is owner didn't communicate with builders) I have seen many people look and leave because not enough staff to properly serve customers ( maybe because lack of room)

This is one of the dirtiest tim horton and all the female staff are most of the time clueless about products.I am a regular morning cx here but the attitude of female staff and lack of knowledge of products and also they dont even greet you most of the time. It is a big one, has plenty of room for many people. In the month of Ramadan it is going very busy in the night time after 9 pm. Yesterday only two person were on the counter. They were supposed to be two more person due to the customers walk ins. because I had to be in line for 10 minutes I suppose. Has drive thru, enough parking space. Only they need to improve here is the quick service they need to provide at busy time.

Has drive through window and shares space with Wendy's on opposite half of interior. Assortment of donuts is less than I remember growing up, and all have become drenched in sugar glazing except for muffins and old fashioned donut. Staff seem young and enjoy their work. I asked if they get treated well and they all said yes. Meals are nice too. I'd give them 5 if their donuts were glazed less or had some without.

The setup the have is terrible. The line space is cramped beside a few tables, a Tom Hortons sign, AND a very unnecessary second entrance door. So you're always trying to move out of the way for people. Very slow service as well. For having multiple people always back there and multiple cashiers... theres always an unnecessary waiting time for your order, regardless of how big or small that order is.

An odd Timmies. It's perfect for the TTC rider as it's right beside a bus stop on Kingston Rd. It has a small dining room if you can call it that. The small parking lot is in the corner of the plaza and shared by The Beer Store. Unfortunately, there is no drive-thru

Extremely slow service with the Manager taking a break during the rush period. A female employee could not prepare a drink correctly and started using derogatory phrase like "you Indian people always do this" loud enough so everyone in the restaurant. Disgraceful behaviour and conduct. Will never buy from here ever again.

The location is very convinient for me (the only Tims on this location that's why). I had a very unpleasant experience on this Tims branch while me & my brother are having coffee around 8pm. There were about 3 flies flying around our table ...and into our cup of coffees. That was disgusting and totally unacceptable.

The employer needs to train his/her employees before hiring them. They make so many mistakes it makes me so angry at times. I know that they are trying their best but they have to pay ATTENTION when dealing with food items and change. They are good people but please train your staff. A Very Disappointed Customer.

Its very unprofessional when a customer walks in the store and one team member is stocking, one is cleaning and the others are at the drive thru and the two at the front are walking back and forth looking at me and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. This locations is quite small. Most of the searing is bar type seating and the washrooms are unisex. The table are all in a corner and can get really busy from 3-5 after school. It's a nice spot, they are quick and get the order right, it's just not a good location to eat in.

Been going here for the past four years as a place to chill. Whenever I order iced coffee it's always made correctly here compared to any other Tim Hortons. With the renovations I feel that the place is a bit more small but it has a pleasant modern design.

A surprisingly pleasant Tim's, given its close proximity to The Beer Store. The few times that I have sat down to enjoy my coffee, I have done so in peace.

A bit weird to find out this location had no drive through! This is a very visible building next to a very visible Beer Store as well AND on a busy intersection, no idea why it was laid out the way it is. Oh well.

It good but small, not a lot of room for people and you can be stuck in a long line if their busy. Orders can sometimes be wrong or slightly off but they do try to correct their mistakes.

Before the renovation it was great. Staff is not always friendly, always a line and always busy, rarely a place to sit during the day. This store is not my first choice to visit anymore.

Cashier was super nice, I redeem a coupon for free coffee, I order a medium but she asked if I would prefer a large due to redeeming the coupon :( nice of her to think about me like that

Best Tim Hortons in the GTA by far! Very fast and friendly staff. Also very sanitized and the restuarant is very modern and nice.
