The food is always iffy but the customer service until today was also okay. Living in guildwood with no transportation other than TTC so this Tim Hortons location is our go to but after todays incidents, im ready to take the extra 45 minutes or so to up the hill & back with my stroller lol. I came in around 2:45, I asked for wedges, they said they didn’t have any, then told me 20 minutes, I decided to go home instead of waiting since I don’t live far, an hour passed, I left and got there around 4 (3:45 ish + plus walking) to get wedges - none. I didn’t think coming back in 20 minutes or an hour would make a difference but I guess it does? Ive had other locations make me a personal batch in they said 3 minutes but personally felt 10 or less but regardless, evertime I’ve come to this location, THERE ARE NEVER WEDGES. I came back a third time with my partner for a bagel, they told him they had wedges so he waited just to be told no, a little upsetting but he ignored it and got the cinnamon raisin bagel - I got home and the bagel had the herbs cream cheese when we asked for plain cream cheese. He went back and asked for a different bagel to be made with the proper cream cheese and the guy went to act like he was but came back and said we threw them out despite being open for what we thought was still an hour but they said they were closing early - assuming because of the holiday but it should’ve said it on a piece of paper a few days prior like they usual do. There were other customers in before after us whose to say they didn’t want a bagel? It’s a frequent thing with this location on items they never have, one of them always being wedges. If your employees don’t want to make it, then cater to your employees before your customers since they’re doing so for themselves anyways and TAKE IT OFF THE MENU.

Just because it’s in Guildwood don’t expect it to be “nice”. This is prob one of the most run down, unclean Tim Hortons in the area. Service is nice, staff are friendly every time I’ve visited, mobile orders are made promptly. Never had a problem with the taste or quality of my food and drinks. HOWEVER, The state of the dining room and the BATHROOMS is horrendous. I was here a few days ago, and again this morning. This is not a 24 hour place, and it should not be this disgusting first thing in the morning. The bathroom has very obviously NOT been cleaned for days or weeks even. The same grime and skid marks and weird hairs are still there, not even touched. I’ve shared some photos of the bathroom. Please clean your bathrooms thoroughly!! This is an establishment for food and drink. You can’t have filthy bathrooms, that is such a big turn off. Also it reflects in the skills and quality of care your staff and management put into the place. If they don’t care about cleaning the bathrooms, how do you think their kitchen and hygiene skills behind the counter are??

I have been a regular customer to this location for almost 7 years it was my favorite place to go but it’s been 2 and half years this location is getting very bad with customer service, cleanliness, most importantly they are very cheap with napkins ,ketchup or anything you ask even tub water they right away say it’s extra charge, today I was there with my son I asked twice just for napkins to wipe the table she only gave me one napkin second time I insisted she gave me 2 napkins,also the place is nasty as hell.I think area manager should visit this location often.always filthy

We didn't like the wrap for some reason. Either because it was made on the spot or it was rushed! The servers are really great and went over and beyond to please us despite what had happened, and i really appreciate them all. But I will recommend adding a little spice and seasonings, too. Overall, the area is clean, staff are welcoming, and they really love the neighborhood, too. Thanks

As a regular customer at this location, I am pleased with the kindness this team provides too their customers as well as how much I enjoy the food. However, it can be frustrating how long I will have to wait in line and for my order to be ready most times as I witness that the workers seem too work in a slow paced condition (as if they do not care). I do find they are short staffed which is understandable but they also seem to mess up some orders quite often. I do think/feel that this location needs more HR visits to better to further improve the service they provide to their community.

This Tim's has an avg sized dining room. In the morning its nice to see a group of regulars all chatting at a table or outside in their lawn chairs. At lunch it gets packed with high school kids. The restaurant does feel dark and dingy, it needs a refresh. There is plenty of parking. This Tim's does not have a drive thru.

Worst Tim's I have ever been to. The staff are not friendly and they argue with customers. I highly recommend avoiding this location! Based on the reviews I have read, no issues are taken seriously and I doubt things will change.

Customer service is really good and you have to wait very little for your order. However, I have noticed that sometimes the tables are dirty. I enjoyed their service very much and request the management to keep the place cleaner.
