Used drive through this morning. Person taking order was either rude/no sense of customer service (no greetings/had to repeat our order 3x/not aware at what was available on the menu). Person handing out the order just asked us how we were going to pay. And when we paid, just sent us packing. We got what we ordered though. More

As far as ive visited here ive had good service. I agree the line is long but food doesnt taste that bad. I got the grilled chicken combo it was quite big and the potato wedges were good too. Coffee was very good. Overall good location quite busy some people have no patience thats all. Giod seating area as well.

Severely understaffed. If you don't place your order online, you have to wait a very long time in line. Staff are overworked and show no sense of urgency when there are many people waiting. Owner is trying to save money on this location and it shows. I'm now late for work because of my slow Tim's order.

I only gave one star because there was no zero star option. First off we went to Tim Horton's after deciding Krispy Kreme's line up was too long because their donuts are better quality for the price. So we go into Tim's and there are maybe

staff were highly unprofessional, they told me AND my friend who had separate orders that we didn’t pay for our food. they refused to give us our meals. then when they brought up the receipts they decided to “just give us” the food WE PAID

My only concern is the bread that is left open for flies to be all over it this need to stop the breads need covering food inspections should go to every location I wend to Markham and Ellesmere at the gas station flies all over the bread

Totally disappointed, service are not appropriate as expected. We ordered everything bage toasted with butter, chocolate dipped donut, and 2c 2s coffee, Cashier didn't use any butter paper or anything, he just grab it and put it in paper

Good to have a Tim Hortons store inside the SHN- Centenary Hospital. I could see some patients, doctors, nurses during their break time sitting outside the Tim Hortons and enjoying a cup of coffee/tea while eating some snacks. Really

Very disappointed. The employee service is so poor. I think the staffs are stressed out because of the management. Feels like there is a ruling going on as I couldn't find any smiling faces in the day.

Very bad experience first, they mixed up my order then I had to wait for five to ten minutes to get my right order and because the staff was mad they served my beagle without butter
