"I've given this bakery so many chances"
"This is a proper hot bread shop/bakery"
"I went there at 7:30am and specifically asked if the chocolate croissants was fresh"
I had a terrible experience. I went to the Triple B Bakery at the markets in the city today and I was just about to buy the loaf of bread and luckily I asked if it's fresh and the staff member told me its not, it was baked yesterday and I just simply said that I prefer to bread that is fresh and baked on the day and she rudely talked over me in an aggressive irritating kind of tone "have a good day" to try and get rid of me. Not only their bread is disgusting but their customer service is just as disgusting and disgraceful.
Their food is definitely not fresh…. The worst Banh mi I’ve ever had. No customer will go here the second time. Kindly don’t rip of people and serve cold food. People reading this review kindly stay from these dodgy people. Don’t waste your time and money. A shame for good Vietnamese bakeries that serve authentic Vietnamese food.
I've given this bakery so many chances. This morning I got served a microwaved sausage roll that was soggy and gross and a stale chicken sandwich from the day before. The custard tarts use to be fantastic but now taste like water. The carrot cake is now terrible. I'm not sure if they care anymore.
This is a proper hot bread shop/bakery. Absolutely delicious. Lovely staff. Everything is yum. My only reason for 4 stars is: no parking ever available and they cook delicious spring rolls but keep them cold on top of the counter uncovered. No option for hot ones that haven't had flies on them.
I went there at 7:30am and specifically asked if the chocolate croissants was fresh. Very rudely I was told yes, they bake all fresh every morning. The chocolate croissants was not fresh at all. Rude customer service, food not fresh and not even tasty..not to mention liars. I will not go back!
We bought some bahn mi rolls & found them to be quite good. They were crispy & fresh. Also the neenish tarts are delish. It's a good old fashioned style of bakery with a large selection of sweet treats at reasonable prices. We had no trouble with the service, but they weren't ultra busy
I have been buying from this bakery at the Wednesday markets in the city for ages, so glad to have finally looked up their brick and mortar place. I'm in a long-term relationship with their pumpkin scones, and their banana bread loaves are the best I've had since my grandmother's.
While the product here is not too bad but they sneak an extra charge on your credit card which I'm not used to as I use cash most time. It may not seem a lot but it adds up over time and times are tuff enough. I think owners have an obligation to advise prior to purchase.
Great bakery. Delicious range of sweet and savoury food, plus quick friendly service. Love their pumpkin scones!

Been a customer for years and consistently good on most products(worst sausage rolls I have had)! Overpowered with onion flavour and not much else’! Once bitten twice shy! Customerservice a problem as during the week only one poor assistant
I LOVE this bakery. Fantastic, rustic baked treats, done exactly how you remember them. Delicious meat pies, sausage rolls and curries. Freshly rolled rice paper rolls. Honestly there isn't a bad buy in the place. We have bought two large,
I was recommended this bakery for a large catering order for the company I work for. Well priced & DELICIOUS! On time, beautifully packaged (very important during these times!!) And the feedback from our team was exceptional! They are now
Triple B Bakery has been our local bakery for the last 17 years and I can honestly say we have never been disappointed with anything we have bought from them from bread and rolls to cakes and pastries and especially the cherry pie!
Triple b bakery is a fine bakery. But sometimes I get self conscious because of my stuttering when I order their " b b banana b b bread". I guess thats not really their fault so... 5 stars, great banana b b bread!
Delicious steak pie, chicken banh mi, custard tart and neenish tart! My partner and I thought it was all delicious. We had no problems at all with customer service. Would definitely come here again!
If it's *actually* baked fresh that day, it's good. Unfortunately I've found mould on 3 seperate occasions in cakes from their cold cabinet (jam scrolls, lamington cakes etc).
Best curry pies .. weekdays tend to be more of an English curry note whereas weekends tend to have more of a Thai curry influence : superb either way!
With so many 5 star reviews, I had high hopes. Have given 3 chances now and they've lost a star for each visit, plus 1 for good measure.
Got a half loaf of bread was Dry The lady said it Was OK? She did not care.
