The storm we had on August 1, 2021 was epic. Shane Post from United Roofers showed up within minutes of the storms end. Honestly, I didn’t think I had any damage, but I acquiesced and scheduled an inspection. Much to my dismay, I had tons of damage, including two broken skylights! From the moment I decided I would file a claim with my insurance, Shane was in my corner. He thoroughly explained the entire process in terms that made it easy to understand. I didn’t have to worry about getting answers to my questions because he responded to my texts within seconds. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a project manager who not only had a great personality, but consistently ensured that I always had all the information I needed. Installation week was scheduled for August 23 and there was lots to be done. Everything went off perfectly! And everything was completed less than a month from the storm date. One issue arose with the AC but he had someone here to fix things within 12 hours! Absolutely unbelievable customer service. If I ever have the need for services that United Roofing offers, you can rest assured I will give them my business!!! If you are in need of roofing, gutter repair, fence staining, or anything else storm related or not, please do yourself a great favor and use this business!!! Stan and his roof installers from United Roofing replaced the roof on our residence after the March 2, 2023 storm. We first met company reps when they were in the neighborhood assessing damage and placing temporary covering on some of our neighbors’ roofs. From the beginning, Stan and company representatives were always friendly and helpful, and they were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to replace our roof with quality materials in a timely manner. They were also willing to help guide us through the insurance claims process including filing some of the final paperwork. One of the daunting tasks in replacing our roof was that we needed to detach and remove 25 solar panels before the old roofing could be removed and replaced. Stan was able to successfully manage that process in a timely manner through one of United’s partners. Thank you to Stan and the entire United Roofing crew, all of whom were expert installers and diligent workers who exhibited true professionalism in their work.

My experience with this company (locally based and highly rated, not going anywhere) was fantastic from the initial contact (company reps walking the neighborhood doing roof inspections while installing new roofs in the surrounding neighborhood) to all the work (new roof and gutters, and some interior painting) being completed. Our sales guy Greg was our primary point of contact throughout the process, and he is personable and responsive as possible with a lot on his plate, an excellent advocate with my homeowners insurance carrier and the company that he works for, coordinating projects and facilitating the overall insurance-payment process. Highly recommended if you are having any roofing issues, or if your roof is 10-15 years old and you've had any significant hail or wind storms in recent years, and want someone to give it a look.

Kevin at United Roofing is very professional and provided excellent customer service. He walked me through the entire process and took the time to answer questions and ensure that I was happy with the roof and gutter repair. Kevin came to the site to check in on the work being done, and followed up with me after to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. A few weeks later I called Kevin to let him know that our neighbor's trampoline damaged our new gutters during the storm. Kevin took care of us and worked it out with our neighbor and replaced that section of gutters. We are so please with Kevin and his team. United Roofing came by my home and offered a free inspection to check for hail damage from a previous storm. They were able to identify significant damage to my roof as a result of hail and was able to work quickly and professionally with the insurance adjuster to assist in the claim process. United Roofing was then able to quickly install a beautiful, new roof on our home. The entire process from when I met them initially at my door, to handling the claim process, to reviewing the drone footage of my new roof, was completely painless and seamless. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.

United Roofing is a top notch company. We were very happy with our experience. Kevin Jones took care of us from start to finish. He was extremely professional and truly cared for our concerns. They were done with the roof, etc very quickly and efficiently. Afterwards they really cleaned up all of the debris so that it looked like they were never there. They even used a magnetic sweeper to get any stray nails left on our property. We were left with really good looking gutters and roof. They met all of our expectations and Kevin made sure we knew what was going to happen throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

He had a huge crew that did an incredible job , the cleanliness and precision of the job got me speechless. A coworker recommended Marshal from United Roofing after a storm blew thru with hail and wind.
