In their shipping terms, it is noted that they are not responsible for any damaged goods sent to you. I had ordered a delicate necklace that they sent in an padded envelope. If anything would sit on the envelope, the necklace would have broke. That's exactly what happened and neither UP TO YOU nor the post office would take responsibility. In other words, they can send you broken items and you are out the money. Avoid this place. I'm out $75 and they were real jerks about it.
Weird place to shop but cool items. Prices better than other similar gift stores.
