I ride an Electra 7D, so ... not an expensive bike, costs $300 new. I'd broken a spoke on the rear wheel and it had a bad enough wobble that I had to unhook the rear brake. I suspect I'd been riding on that broken spoke for months too. The front also needed trueing. They estimated $45 for replacement of the spoke and trueing both wheels, and i left it overnight. When I returned the next day to pick it up, the wheels were straighter than they probably were new, and they only charged me $30. "The front wheel didn't need that much work" the mechanic said. I did spend $15 on two sets of new brake pads, so hey, the quoted price and new brake pads which the mechanic said I need, thrown in. I ride over the same terrible roads here in San Jose you all do, and have been using a bike trailer a lot over the past 6 months, so I'd told myself I'd get my bike wheels trued when I was all done with the move to a new building I was using my bike trailer for, but when I tried to at least get most of the wobble out of my wheel myself and realized I had a broken spoke, that stopped me from putting this off. There's a saying, "Beware of amateurs with spoke wrenches" and it's a good one to keep in mind. If you have a choice at all, have a trained bike wheel mechanic work on your wheels. This place looks small from the front but it's about 4X as big as it looks from the front. There's a ton of stuff in there and they do group rides too, even one that's nice and slow for beginners. Edit: 1/21/19 I was just in there a couple of days ago, I was crossing The Alameda when my front brake suddenly ... didn't work and had a ton of slack in it. So I hurried over here and the guy replaced the cable, housing, and a curved tube that was part of the front brake system; I'd simply worn the thing out. And it only cost about $20. Needless to say I think the world of this bike shop. Edit April 19 2020: The little Lezyne brand bike pump they sold me for about $20 saved me again, tire getting low and miles from home. That pump is so easy to use! These guys are the best, and even in the brands of things they choose to stock, they're looking out for you. Edit December 1 2023: Just got my bike back, I'd had some road debris (one of those little wire marker flags that are used to show where gas and water lines are) tangle up in my dereilleur and pretty much trash things. These nice folks had it fixed within a week and it cost less than I thought it would. I love having these guys as my go-to shop.
I’ve been riding high-end bicycles since I was in my teens (in the 80s) and I have been a patron of almost all of the major Southbay bicycle stores at what time or another. As a former bicycle mechanic (I worked at Desimone’s circa 1985-86), I have a good idea what a good service department should look like, and Upshift certainly has one of those. The mechanics are great and I have never had a single issue with any repair. They have very good turnaround in terms of time to complete repairs, and are able to work on all kinds of bike tech, including all the latest electronics all the way back to ancient internally-geared hubs. I should mention, that, since I occasionally use a wheelchair, I had them work on mine, and they did a great job. (I wouldn’t call them a wheelchair repair shop, but they’ll do in a pinch.) As a Specialized loyalist, I really like the fact that they carry the brand. Also, as a lover of steel bikes, I appreciate that they carry Surly bikes. I’m pretty picky about clothing, and really like that they carry both Assos and Q36.5 clothing. Customer service is top notch, and they send text messages when repairs are completed or special orders arrive. Great store. Highly recommended.
I came in to buy some parts for my bike. The staff were knowledgeable, very friendly, and had a good selection. They were happy to answer all of my questions (I'm still new to biking), and I feel confident that the parts they sold me are right for my needs. However, the employee that was helping me started installing the parts without my permission (despite telling them multiple times that I was happy to install it myself). I was ok with this until I realized they had charged me for the 15 or so minutes of service. The employee did not tell me I would be charged, and I would have declined service if I knew - I wanted to install the parts myself in the first place. I went back to the store, and though they were apologetic, they didn't offer to give me a refund. I think they charged a fair price, and I would have felt bad asking for a refund for service they already did, but the fact is that I paid for a service that I didn't ask for nor wanted. I also felt somewhat pressured by the employee; they didn't give me an opportunity to choose parts based on my budget and needs, and just made assumptions on what I wanted until I started asking questions.
I have been getting my bikes worked on and repaired for 12+ years by the owners of La Dolce Velo. They are are absolutely fabulous and have wonderful customer service. Last week I had a tuneup, new brakes, new tires, new bike computer and a safety check done on the bike. I also requested a new chain but they noted the existing chain still met safety requirement and no need to change it. (Isn't that nice that a shop does not oversell you on needed service and parts) . After getting my bike back, I rode about 1 mile and discovered a defect in the new tire (which was hard to notice until the tire failed). I brought it back to the shop and they immediately replaced the tire and tubes at now cost as it was a manufacturer defect. I was back on the riding my bike which is like new. I can also thank the shop for a rapid rebuild on one of my bikes rims a few years a few days before a major race I was doing out of state where I needed my bike repaired asap. They did it almost over night. Thank you
This is, by far, one of the nicest bike shops that I've ever been to. The location isn't big, but they have a good selection. I went in looking for some very specific parts, and they didn't have them, but they ordered them and got them to me very quickly. The people are the kindest souls you've ever met. They know their stuff, they are polite, and friendly. I've gone back just to say hi I like them so much. A quick tip: These guys have free group rides on Saturday and Sunday. The group of people that show up are from all over the area. They leave fairly early in the morning, but having a good group of great guys and gals to ride with (with sometimes groups as large as 25) makes the ride entertaining. If you want to socialize on the ride, you can. If you want to push yourself, someone will do that with you. And on the off chance something happens to you or your bike, there is always, always, someone to lend a hand. Its free, so you should consider trying it.
I had issues with this bike shop. After getting new wheels set up tubeless, I found carbon pieces inside the taped area (in both wheels) which caused a rattle. When I took the wheels back for correction, they insisted I bring the leftover tape, even after I informed them there wasn't enough left (they confirmed this when I gave them the tape). This required an extra trip on my part, which was inconvenient due to the distance. When they returned the wheels after re-taping, they were vague about the process they used. Given that proper taping can be a safety concern on a bike, this left me uneasy about their workmanship. The initial problem of leaving carbon pieces in the wheel, combined with their unclear communication on the re-taping, has made me question their quality of service. Being asked to make an additional trip just for leftover tape felt unnecessary and inconsiderate. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for bicycle services.
I brought my bike in for new tires and tubes. Unfortunately, the tube replacements used presta valves when my rims are designed for schrader valves. They didn't mention this prior to making this change or ask me beforehand. It was my fault for not checking this prior to riding, but needless to say, the back tube tore the first time out. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt, but it is troubling to me that I wouldn't have been asked about these kinds of details prior to the work being done since the replacement parts didn't match what was on the bike when I brought it in. If it was a case of them simply not having schrader valve tubes, then I worry they were more interested in making the sale than making sure my bike was in condition to ride. I probably won't be returning, which is really unfortunate since it's in such a convenient location.
One of the worst experience at the bike shop! The people were really nice when I dropped off the bike and gave me a quote of $225 for a full tune up (which I agreed for). When I went to pick up the bike they said it was $291. They charged me $22 for what appeared in the bill as “Workshop Adjust Disk Brake (True Rotor)”, when there are no disk brakes on my bike! And the rest for new bearings (would recommend checking in with the customer if it’s fine for charging more than what’s quoted) ! Also the front tire tube had a slow puncture which I mentioned on the day I dropped my bike but they said the tubes are fine (I tried explaining that there is a problem but they said for me to come back again if it’s still there). Would recommend taking your bike to some other bike shop
Rob and Jacquie wrote the book on customer service! The bike selection is top notch, but these guys have all kinds of little gems in store. No stone is left unturned - from high end clothing down to the fun little gems to put on your fixie (they even have red annodized spoke nipples, and lots of other fun gear for single speed rides). From kids bikes to full-on race-ready machines, this is your one-stop shop. Rob and Jacquie have real-world experience - biking and triahthlons - so you get the benefit of their coaching expertise when you visit too. I trust my most cherished bikes to LDV, and I will be going there until I ride off on my bike in the sky!
I am so thankful to visit this Bicycle shop this morning with a flat ebike. Rob was super kind and skillful. I had a problem to get out my bike from back seat because the seatbelt locked the bike. Rob came out and helped me to release it. After fixing the tube and reinstalled, he checked the break and adjusted correctly. And he taught me and helped me how to put a bike in a sedan without folding:) And he is not the only one but there are numbers of professionals who are working hard and kindly. And even little over one year old puppy was friendly. Thanks again to all staffs and especially Rob.
This has been my go-to shop for years. I was a bit worried their new name meant they'd sold out to a bigger brand, but luckily that's not the case. If anything, the new owners have made the place more accessible. Today, I brought in my bike because it was making some strange noises. I was expecting I'd need to leave it with them for a few days, but a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic mechanic diagnosed the problem, replaced a bunch of worn out parts, and explained everything he was doing along the way, all in less than half an hour. I was very impressed! These guys know their stuff.
Called in the morning asking if they had space for a road bike fit, came in at 2:00pm, left at 2:45pm a happy customer! I had terrible back pain before I came in and when I left, it felt like I was on a brand new bike! The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt like I was well taken care of here. The bicycle fit was a very reasonable price which cemented the fact that I will be coming here to get all my bike related needs done in the future. They're honest, friendly, and will do their best to help you with whatever you need. Can't wait for the group rides!
I love these folx! I have lived and biked in San Jose around 5 years. My bike has been my primary mode of transportation because I do not have a car. I have come here a number of times for repairs and they are always friendly, knowledgeable and I are able to get to work immediately so I can ride out on my bike. I moved to NY last spring, but have been back for the winter. I just called to see if they offer bike shipping services, and was told they could do it all within 150 bucks (price ranges by weight) and all I have to do is drop it off. 10/10 would recommend!
Once again I'm very happy with customer service. They're always willing to answer any questions and trust me I have a lot of them. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I told myself I was never going to go in there just because they took over where Andy's Pet Shop used to be but I'm happy I decided to go in. Not only did I buy my bike there but I go there for services and additional items I need. P.S I never give reviews good or bad. This has been the second one I've ever done and both have been for this place. That's got to say something
Great bike shop and friendly staff. Other bike shops always give me attitude when I ask them to order bikes from the manufacturer, but they were happy not only to oblige, but also to show me exactly what inventory the manufacturer has. From the first phone call to picking up the bike it was speedy and smooth, just like my new bike. Update: I’m slightly disappointed at the service department. They couldn’t diagnose 2 bottom bracket issues and I ended up fixing it myself. They are also a bit backed up so it’s hard to get an appointment.
This is it! This is THE store! Recently bought a Tarmac from them and the experiences couldn’t have been more positive. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgable and would always go extra miles to tailor my needs and patiently answer all my questions. Stephanie (the owner) is just such a pleasure to work with, from the very beginning picking the right bike to bike fit to all the set up! The whole process was very speedy too; so was my new bike! Thanks guys - was flying on my NBD!
Recently relocated to the area and visited a few local bike shops in search of a new "home". From one excellent experience, happy to report the search is over with La Dolce Velo. Warped one crank arm but they had a similar one in stock and installed it on the spot. David was hella courteous from the moment I entered the store, and Andrew provided some extra attention to detail during the install. Very pleased to find a place with great prices, personable staff, and 5-star service.
This was my first visit to this bike shop. I went in for a road bike fitting. It was conducted by a very experienced, long term expert, Robert (20+ years working there). Everything was adjusted, from my shoe clips to my posture. Robert even took pictures of me to show me what I needed to change. Although I did not purchase my current bike here, I will certainly buy my next bike here. They took their time. Explained everything very clearly. They are experts in their craft.
Very nice and friendly neighborhood bike shop. I was here to buy a pump and the staff is super friendly. I emailed them to ask if they have the pump I want in stock before I went in. They even followed up my email to let me know they sold the last pump since they weren't sure if it was me who picked up the pump. They have a website showing all inventories but some of the stuffs on website have to be ordered beforehand. They also accept commuter checks for bicycle.
I had a 10/10 experience this past Friday with Christopher. He helped me get suited up on a brand new bike, biking shoes, helmet, and water bottle holders on my bike. He installed my pedals and water bottle holders. The best part about the experience was the conversation I had with Christopher. Fun and charismatic gentleman, amazing customer service, super knowledgable, and had a fresh haircut. I will be back to the store. THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER!!! Amazing service.
I highly recommend Obtaining the Winter Overhaul Service in La Dole Vela. I have always tried to maintain my bicycle in good shape, however, the Winter Overhaul Service far surpasses what I could do in my -- the driveshaft, hubs, brakes, wheels, and the rest are so shiny and clean, it is like using a bicycle! Each one of the store's mechanics is incredibly proficient, and they put in time and effort to get your bike spic and length from top to base.
I highly recommend getting the Winter Overhaul Service at La Dolce Velo. I've always tried to keep my bike in good condition, but the Winter Overhaul Service far exceeds what I could do on my own -- the drivetrain, hubs, cables, brakes, and all the rest are so clean and shiny, it's like having a new bike! All of the shop's mechanics are extremely skilled, and they really put in the time and effort to get your bike spic and span from top to bottom.
I love how nice the staff here is and the mechanics look really knowledgeable, I brought my mountain bike in on 09/3/2023 and broke my derailur crashing into someone earlier that day, it was pretty bad but I walked in with my bike and they quickly diagnosed the condition of my bike and also they had a new derailer in stock for when they rebuild my derailur back together. So hopefully things go good and I can get back to riding again :)
I have to give these guys a shout out. What a great shop! I love that we have this great group of folks in town. Everybody over at La Dolce Velo is so helpful, highly knowledgeable, and just down to earth and very cool. They don't push their sales agenda on you; They're super welcoming and patient, and just great at what they do. They have a beautiful selection of bikes, and everything bike, too! Thanks you guys!
I called to make an appointment for bike service. They said it would be around a month out or I could just drop it off and it would probably take about two weeks. I dropped it off and he fixed the problem and diagnosed future problems (not necessary to fix now) in about 5 minutes and I was out the door with my bike! A great place to take your bike or get equipment for your riding needs!
Fantastic place. Had lots of troubles with my bikes. Everything Dolce did to help in my bike woes helped me a lot. Super chill staff and owner. Rob is the man. I love the place so much that I've already gotten two bikes from them in the last little while. Out of all the shops I've purchased bikes from, Dolce does the best service work and chooses the coolest bikes! Great place.
This is a great shop. The repairs are done in a timely manner with great quality. Their bike stock suffered with supply chain problems, but that seems to have gotten better. We’ve bought 3 high end bikes from them (so far). Be nice to them and they’ll treat you right. And the shop dog named Bumpers is now a community celebrity. Highly highly recommended.
The service in LDV is top notch, and they also made sure I had a good helmet, replacing my old styrofoam one earlier this year. I'm about to bring my Specialized Expedition bike in to replace a 20-year-old Sugino AT crank (or maybe just to re-install it?). It feels broken, and I trust this place more than any other, including Trailhead or even REI now.
Great experience. Had issues with my chain/shifter, I simply walked in and was greeted very nicely. A mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue and had by bike fixed within 20 min. They quoted the price (which was reasonable) and asked for my permission before beginning work. I would certainly visit again in the future if I have problems with my e-bike.
Love this place!! Shout out to Daniel for helping me pick my first bike. He was so incredibly patient, answered my millions of questions, and made it such a lovely experience. He is truly such a gem. I've been looking for a bike for about a month, but as a beginner I really had no idea what to look for. Should have just started my search here! (:
The guy, I don't know his name, he is wearing glasses, he is such a good human being, I ever seen, he really never care about money, the only thing he need is customer satisfaction. I really like the guy, the way he treat me and the way he suggested me to get a new bike, I really appreciate that. I really thank him, from bottom of my heart.
Great shop service and very knowledgeable. Brought in my wife's older bike with shifter problems. They correctly identified that shifters had gunked up from lack of use and needed to be relubed. Bike came back like new and prices are way better compared to other nearby shops. Definitely will be using them for everything in the future.
Super happy with the purchase of my new road bike. The staff is very professional and helped me to choose the correct frame size and improve the bike fit. I had the first free bike service done recently and now I feel like I am flying. They also did a great service to my old bicycle which I am now using for commuting to work.
Excellent service. Highly recommended. They changed a broken spoke. When a second one broke, Nick thoroughly fixed it, meticulously trued the wheel and even test rode it himself, all at no extra charge. They even gave me the contact of another unaffiliated bike shop closer to home to get a new wheel.
Went to La Dolce Velo for the first time yesterday. My disc brakes had been not quite braking sufficiently for months despite numerous adjustments and new pads / rotors. The nice chap performed a patient, methodical set of adjustments and cleanings and now I come to a halt in microseconds. Just $20.
First time at Dolce Velo the staff is very welcoming. Had an expert show me bikes that fit my size. I loved the bikes lay out. The Quality of service is nice for a tune up. They answered all my questions that had to do with hybrid bikes and road bikes. Love my first visit totally would come back.
Hands down my favorite bike shop in the entire Bay Area and beyond. They would never sell stuff you don’t need. Qualified and knowledgeable advise. This is the place I am getting all of my bikes serviced as their mechanics are outstanding and by far the most qualified and friendliest I have met.
What a great bike shop! A variety of bikes and accessories catering to my commute needs as well as my racing equipment. Staff is great and the mechanics are some of the best. Easy access from Guadalupe creek trail and from Park Ave. If you need to drive there's a huge parking lot in the back.
The shop is filled with welcoming and knowledgeable staff, great for veterans and newcomers alike. If you want a mountain bike this wouldn't be the first place I would look, but for anything that stays on the road this has to be one of the best places around. Worth at least a visit.
Great service!!! Took my bike in on Sunday expecting to have to leave it to be serviced. Rob and Ricky repaired my bike on the spot and made sure my bike was all dialed in. Gave me tips on maintaining my bike also. Not in my neighborhood but definitely worth the drive. Thanks guys!
I ordered a eMTB off of Specialized and had it shipped to Upshift. I was so happy I did, the team was great on getting the bike ready for me, charging the battery, teaching me specifics on the bike, etc. Would recommend anyone to come in and buy a bike from a great team.
Been here twice now. Once to buy a bike, the Bianchi Volpe, and another to buy a custom wheelset for it. Both times, the guys here have been attentive and informational to me. Really appreciated it. This place will be my go to bicycle shop from now on.
I've bought many parts and tools (and a full bike) here over the years and they have yet to let me down. Italian bike shop, but they do have track/fixed gear bikes, and stock Surly, All-City and Cannondale. Good location on my bike route home as well.
Went here a couple weeks ago, to get my girlfriend a new cruiser. What great customer service, they didn't have the bike we wanted on the floor. But we're able to build up a bike and have us pick it up the following day. Customer service is great.
Bought a bicycle here .. wonderful experience ! Staff are very informative and courteous... today I requested to fix side stand which I didn’t buy there but still they helped ! Would highly recommend this shop if you would like to buy a bike ...
Great bike shop! I was in town and out on a ride when I started having shifting problems. Stopped in and their staff was friendly and helped me out. 5 minutes and I was back on the road. I will definitely be back when I can stay longer!
Very friendly and responsive on the phone. No need to make an appointment for repairs. Just show up and wait for your turn. Doug was very prompt and efficient and the charges were very reasonable. Great place to get your bike repaired.
Love stopping by La Dolce Velo! The staff are knowledgeable, and friendly, and I know I can trust them. Their business is keeping me and my bike happy. Can not give them a higher rating, and recommend you check them out for yourself!
Just stopped by for a complimentary fitting for the tandem I had purchased off of consignment the other month. My wife and I had a great experience with the fitting and it looks like I'll be purchasing my next bike here as well.
I brought my wife's bike in to have the tire replaced. Stephanie was so helpful! Even though I didn't have an appointment, she got it replaced with a tire in stock and had me out the door in less than an hour. Thank you Upshift!
This is my second review of this fantastic shop. Extremely professional. They took me in and handled my issue, on the spot. The prices are very fair. There are closer bike shops to me; this place is worth the extra drive.
I’ve never been in this store , but I went today they are very helpfully and have everything you are looking for , Christopher helped me a lot , also He speaks Spanish , that’s better for me , you got one more customer !
Knowledgeable and laid back staff. Great selection. I came in with some relatively vague headset spacer requirements and they got me the parts I needed without issue. Bike is happy again and I'll definitely be returning.
What a great bike shop! I am completely new to cycling, walked into the shop with a couple of co-workers and got some great info/introduction by the shop owner. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend!
I brought my bike in a few times. Great service and awesome staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is seriously in cycling. Did you know they even have spinning session at the store in the evening? Awesome
Super friendly staff that demystified the bicycle purchasing process and knew how to help me find the right bike for me. The shop rides are great, and we're glad to have them in the local business community!
The service was excellent. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. Other shops were booked a month out. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was drooling over the new Specialized E-bikes.
My favorite local bike shop -- so much so, I travel from Palo Alto to work with these guys! They handle everything from cruisers, kid bikes, fancy road bikes, and fixies. Excellent work and customer service!
They were really helpful and attentive with picking out clipless pedals and shoes. Not the cheapest way to get a bike or accessories, but they'll make sure you get exactly the right thing for your needs.
Helpful, friendly folks! Cater to the young crowd! Specialize in fixies, but do carry other good quality bikes and accessories. Good mechanics on duty as well. In the old Andy's Pet Shop location.
Phenomenal customer service and knowledge of bike components/accessories. I definitely will be shopping there again as it is a prime spot between downtown San Jose and Santa Clara University.
Great, family owned business! Rob helped my company donate 10 bikes to a local non-profit and facilitate a monthly delivery. The staff was great and attentive to the demands. Thanks, Rob!
Best bike shop in this area for sure. Very well stocked with knowledgeable staff. They also have weekend group rides that are fun and well organized. Changed hands recently, still great!
Since l bought my bike from them. I have enjoyed customer service second to none. From special order part's, to components on hand, and friendly advice. These guy's are my go to shop....
They do not "specialize in fixies" as another poster stated. They are a great place for high end road bikes and all things Triathalon. Helpful, knowledgeable staff (for the most part).
This place is super helpful. I went to another bike shop twice to try to get my bike fixed but they were unable to and then I went to this place and they fixed it within 30 minutes
This is my fav bike shop for my road/CX bike & gear needs!!! ♂️ Super nice, responsive, knowledgeable, and great service dept. They have built a couple wheels for me. …
This is the neighborhood bike store. Great variety of bikes and equipment. Excellent service. Did I mention the Saturday morning group bike rides? Also zero sales pressure.
Really helpful employees and really down to earth. Pretty good selection of great and bikes. Haven't tired the repair portion of the store yet. Extra parking in the back.
High quality bikes, parts, accessories, and service. The people who work there genuinely care about cycling and make sure customers will have the best cycling experience.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, large variety of bike accessories that are all fairly priced, could not give a higher rating! Great for all bicycle related needs.
I just was there today and the customer service was great. I really recommend going to La Dolce Velo for all your bike needs. Thank you for helping me out with my bike.
Was here to check out the place & listen to wonderful Veteran's Choir during Wine & Beer Walk.. knowledgeable clerks, Bikes & equipment galore! Highly recommend!
Great selection of Italian designed bicycles. Awesome service and a great small business to support! I would highly recommend this shop if your bicycle shopping.
Good variety of bikes from Cannondale, Bianchi, Cervelo, GT etc available. Good selection of cycling attires, bicycle parts and accessories too! Ample parking!
Friendly knowledgeable staff helped an out of towner quickly. Repaired a broken crankset (had in stock) on the spot when other shops were telling me a week.
What a great bike shop. They fixed my flat while I waited and I just walk in unannounced. I really value shops that understand the needs of Bike commuters.
So much better than buying online. Great at meeting your exact needs and good salespeople, but they don't mind you coming to the shop just to hang out.
Superb. Highly recommend this wonderful bike shop and its very knowledgeable owner, Rob. I wish I had met him many years ago when I first began riding.
Service is consistently good, no matter who waits on you. Incredibly helpful advice and quality parts. I very much enjoy going down to this bike shop.
Excellent service, friendly staff, great variety of bikes and accessories for them. My bike was fixed here quickly and I didn’t have to pay a fortune.
Excellent service Came to change a bike flat tire and fixed it within 15 mins. Definitely moderately priced for labor. Customer friendly and helpful.
Great place to buy a bike, great selection of Italian bikes; staff is helpful and unbiased; free fit session if you buy a bike from them, go for it.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Top notch service. Definitely worth the longer trip from Santa Clara. My new go-to for anything bike related.
Just got my kid's tire repaired. Highly satisfying experience. They did extra things to make the bike in balance. I certainly recommend this place.
Staff is great! They are very knowledgeable and don't try to up sale you if you are a casual bicycalist. Not too expensive, good quality.
Excellent place for bikes and service. Bought my road bike there and received competent and friendly service throughout. Great people!
The best bike shop in the whole bay Area. I recommend this place for everybody. Great service and very nice employees …
Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable and willing to work with you on finding the perfect bike for your price range.
Very nice experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No sales pressure like other shops we checked out. Veteran friendly too!
Really great place whether you are looking for service, bike advice, and even for awesome group rides on Saturday’s.
Best bike shop in town! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service, and very fair pricing of services.
Very fast work and friendly $20 for a new inner tube, no tax on labor. Daniel and Sam are my go to guys!
Staff is amazing. Makes you feel welcomed and like you’re the only one there even when it’s busy!
Friendly staff, willing to help a bike newbie like myself. Standard bike shop pricing.
10/10 Will buy from there again. Bought a helmet and tape. Super nice staff. Thanks!
I LOVE this shop!! They do the best bike fits- and sell those amazing Bianchi bikes!
Cool and really knowledgeable staff that didn’t pressure me with upsells.
Helped me pick out a new seat for my cruiser at a reasonable price.
