Just spend $900 on a coffee table at this location. I am from outside of winnipeg and drove 1.5 hours to pick up my order at their warehouse location when it had finally arrived. I waited for about 30 min in the parking lot before someone finally came out of the warehouse with a huge box. I told them that I thought that the box was a bit overkill for the item I had purchased and asked wether they had the right item or not. The guy checked my ID took a picture of it and told me in a sassy kinda way that this was what I ordered. When I got home that night I ended up unpacking a DESK and not a coffee table. The store has been awful to deal with while trying to figure out any arrangements to swap it for the right item. Now I just want to return my purchase because it's been weeks of this headache already and they tell me that I need to bring in their desk before being refunded. How about you send someone to come and pick up your desk at MY earliest convenience Urban Barn because I will not book a day off work just so I can drive another 1.5 hours to drop off your desk and fix YOUR mistakes. Thank you for wasting my time and money urban barn. I've had a horrible experience at a different location years ago and finally felt brave anough to give this store another go. I am so over the whole company after this experience and will take every opportunity I get to warn everyone I know about shopping here. Truly shameful behavior. Don't waste your time and money here folks.

We bought a dining set and nest chair last week, and a couple of days later we were told the fabric we chose for the chair would not hold up to wear and tear. I guess it was meant to be a throw pillow fabric, but was not listed as such in the store. Because my husband and I had a hard time agreeing on another fabric, our order was delayed another day, bringing it to 3 days delayed. Bonnie was a great help and was able to make up for the fabric issue by giving us a sale price that was coming up the next day. David was also helpful when Bonnie wasn't available. We will definately shop at this location again and highly recommend Urban Barn to our friends and family!

I've been searching for a couch for my apartment for a while now. The staff at Urban Barn Crossroads were the most helpful by far. They took the time to show me different selections and explained what my custom options could be. They also made sure I was aware of the 10% first time buyer's discount which saved me a lot of money. All in all, 10/10 for customer service...friendly and helpful without being pushy. Also..most couches I've tried that are "apartment sized" have not been very comfortable. I was SO SO happy to find a place that combined style, size, AND comfort. I will definitely be heading back here!

I went to buy a gift for a friend who was registered. I chose 2 vases which were in stock, but they could only find one vase. So I picked another gift of glasses. She was registered for 6 short and 6 tall glasses. So I chose both, which were supposed to be in stock. I liked them so much that I asked for another set of 6 for myself . Well they only had 6 tall glasses and no short... I have mobility issues so for me to return to store is difficult. I ended up buying one vase and one set of glasses. Hoping someone else will find the other vase and the glasses to complete her sets.

My guess is that Urban Barn has no business sense. My wife and I were in the market for an endy mattress and we were told we couldn't enter the store without a mask on. There was 1 other customer and 2 staff in the store at the time and in their decision to refuse a customer over a mask that does nothing but impede the breathing of the wearer they gave up $1000 sale. Smart move Urban Barn! Thankfully it was my first and last time ever shopping there. I'll be watching the news to see when your bankruptcy sale is on. Good luck with your company policy.

While I am super happy with the item I purchased, I am not happy with the fact that the store clerk did not process my payment properly... there was a store discount of 20% on my item, plus I had a coupon for $15 off. The clerk took my coupon off the purchase price first, making the 20% discount less. As the $15 coupon was an additional discount, the store discount that everyone would have received for buying this item should have come off first. It's a small amount, but makes a difference in customer happiness.

I have been doing renovations during Covid. I have purchsed a new dining table and now a couple of chairs (on order) along with tons of accessories. Marcie, Jo and David have been super helpful at Crossroads. There are always so many great new items everytime I stop in and I never walk out empty handed. Love that I can stop in straight from the dog park as my dog Keesha is always welcome in the store as well!

The staff are just so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you. Also, the items you carry are so lovely. Whenever I go to Urban Barn, I always find lots that just has to come home with me. I love this store. Keep on bringing us all those gorgeous items! Also, your prices are so good. Our friends always notice when we have something new and always ask where we got the item! Again, thanks!

The sales staff at this location are outstanding! They know my wife and I by name; and are welcoming whether we are purchasing some decor, usually on a sale price... or buying a large piece. The hospitality is always the same. The team were even painting on Sunday when we popped in. Keeping the store liking its best. Can’t say enough about the team at Crossroads.

First of all it is not William Fenske, it's Joan Fenske...as for my shopping experience, it was Great, My sales person was terrific and the whole shopping experience was unexpectedly Fun....I love the choices that are there, re:furniture, bedding, or miscelanious decorating items....Great Shopping!!!!!will be there more often in the future!!!!!!

I cannot get over the amazing sales service I received this past Sunday at Urban Barn. The sales girl was so helpful and made me feel right at home picking out the item that worked best for me. My only regret is that I didn't catch her name and she didn't have a name tag! But just want to thank her for her lovely spirit and wonderful help!

I did not k ow that your return policy is very limited. I bought a lamp I was disappointed that it was not Better quality. I returned it but because it was on sale I had to get a gift card. I do not know of any other store that has this return policy. I will spend these cards and that will be the end of my shopping there

Nice staff and products, but when I left with a rather large and heavy box, the girl at the desk asked a male staff person to help me and he walked in front of me to go push a button to open the door. No offer to help me carry my box. He simply watched me bump against other furniture. Is chivalry dead?

I love this store! It has really unique furniture and accessories. The pillows and throws and Christmas items are always a hit with everyone. I really liked that you could purchase throws and they were donated back. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

I found the staff at Urban Barn on Regent to be welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to be both accommodating and helpful. Based on the attitude of the staff and the quality of the products sold at Urban Barn, I want to continue shopping at this store.

We have several furniture pieces from Urban Barn. Reasonable quality (wood and wood veener over plywood); however, expensive for mass-production furniture that is generally constructed of pine wood.
