One of the managers, Erika, was very friendly and helpful! When I asked a staff to check a size for me, Erika came over and provided me with a list of store locations that had the size I was looking for. So, I went to their other location (Yonge and Dundas) in hope of purchasing the item on-the-spot. Unfortunately, the size was out of stock as well. I asked the staff at Yonge and Dundas location if there is a way they can place the order for me to avoid a shipping fee. However, the device they use for ordering online was broken, and they were unable to help me. I came back to this location and Erika dropped everything she was doing to help me with placing the order. While she was processing the order, she was also training one of her new team members with passion and enthusiasm. Not only did she go above and beyond with her excellent customer experience skills, but she also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills! After what Erika has done to ensure superb customer satisfaction and teamwork, she definitely deserves appreciation and recognition from the UO headquarters!
Dear district manager, store manager and possibly supervisor. Thank you for not accepting my return. Thank you for not finding a solution after fifty minutes. Thank you for making me laugh. Thank you for training your staff how to scam customers? Thank you to the store manager finally stepping out of his office after being approached a few times by the supervisor. To be honest UO, people will still shop at your Yonge st stores. Protect your shareholders investment and shut down this store, offer free shipping and we won’t bother your staff when they make mistakes. Most horrible experience ever. Sincere thank you to the cashier who really tried to help she was stressed out at the fact she couldn’t help. Great work environment. Take care.
Chain store with a hipster vibe. I'm getting fed up with arriving at the store and finding it closed. If you phone the store you get a pre-recorded message telling you to check the website for store hours however far too often the hours posted on the website are wrong ! The problem seems to be across the chain and includes both brands whether it's the store in New York closing 2 hours earlier than says on the website, the store on Clark in Chicago closing an hour earlier than it says on the website the anthropology store in Oakville closing an hour before it says on the website or this store on Queen West in Toronto closing an hour before it says on the website...
Urban Outfitters is quite an outstanding store with its unique choice of apparel and bags accompanied with some tech and gizmos, both modern and retro. What stood out to me was their collection of very cool music T Shirts and some unique hats. They also have some vinyl records and cassettes! Very hip, high quality and authentic stuff. The only thing I would let them improve upon is the knowledge of staff about what they are selling. They need more passionate people in there as their unique merchandise demands higher standards of service, which is actually a good thing. Enjoyed shopping here
This location is less busy than the Yonge street one...but the selection is still amazing. I prefer coming here because it is less busy than the nearby Yonge Street location. They feature pretty much all the same products minus the overwhelming amount of customers and crowded store space. The only downside is their sale section is a little more scarce than their closest location (probably because they receive less product to coincide with the smaller volume of customer traffic)... But the awesome employees make up for their skimpy sale section...so yeahhhh, it’s a 5 star store!!
ordered an item for pickup and used a $5 off coupon. The website said the item was in stock so I placed the order and arrived at the store once I got the pickup ready email. They said the item I ordered was sold out and when I asked if I could get a refund and my $5 coupon/credit back, the manager said no. Why did I come to this store all the way from Newmarket to pick up something that wasn’t communicated that it was out of stock AND lose a $5 coupon over it? They didn’t try to even put it on a gift card or allow me to choose something similar. AVOID!!
Called this morning regarding the placement of an item on hold. The staff member was extremely lacking customer service as they answered the phone, and then proceeded to tell me that the item was not in stock. I mentioned that I had noticed online it says the item is in stock and ready for pick up at this location. He then said "try to order it online for pick up then". Did not have any sympathy or even effort to sort out this issue. Seemed like just wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible.
The worst service I’ve ever had. If you ask a sale person to help you look for something, and you have the item number. They will give some attitude, saying I am in busy of something. You can go downstairs and look for it. Obviously I. came from downstairs and didnt see it anywhere. Then I asked. When I went to downstairs, I looked around and ask a person for help. She didn’t want to help me at all and ask me to look around myself….. The worst service ever!!!!
Huge store with great quality clothing, accessories and few other items. The prices are on the higher side but very good quality. The store is very beautiful and aesthetically very pleasing..great job by the merchandising manager. The products are very well displayed and color coordinated. It is on 2 floors. Has some very unique products. Would recommend if you want to add some style to your wardrobe.
Head here if you have lots of time to poke around, since there's so much to look at! Merchandising is done well and frequently uses creative materials. Men's section, cash, and changing rooms are on the ground floor, women's, home, and beauty are upstairs. Dig through the sale rack to find lots of gems, but if you're looking for a real deal then download the app for specials and sales.
Great customer service! They take their time when explaing things, very friendly workers. They do not nag you, and are not on your back all the time. . I wish their sales were higher percentages then the usual 15-20%.. The items are really overpriced already for what they are and knocking off the tax, plus a bit isn't an amazing sale. That's the only downfall.
The store has two floors, is bright and open, okay customer service, lines at changing rooms aren't too long, kinda fast. Some clothes are kinda pricey, but in general they have cute stuff. The bad thing is that they have only one item or just a few for some items, making it difficult to find the proper size
i haven’t been to UO since before covid and i was excited to come here to shop today. When I first walked in, the store wreaked of rotten spinach, almost a sewage smell that lingered through the whole store. I was in there for maybe 5 minutes tops because it seemed like everything was so picked apart..
When you have to pat down your employees and lift your pant legs there are something seriously wrong with this community and then when I question the manager about doing this she laughed at me how do you hire people and not trust them I was thoroughly disgusted I will not shop here again
Nice clean store, cool layout ( great use of small spaces and stairs area ) and a friendly helpful staff. The wife was directed to the items she was after but not pressured to buy. A nice shopping experience. I found the store to be very modern and interesting. Overall a good experience.
95% of the store offers just clothes and objects for girls/women. My point here is that when I check the website, I can verify a lot of nice clothes, bags, and accessories for men, but it does not happen if I go directly in that unit. Cool store but need to improve men department.
I love UO! Always the coolest little things for just super random wants. I have an Instax so UO is the only place I go to get the film then I get lost buying other random stuff that I know I won't need but "want." Definitely a stop when you're on Queen!
I came in looking for a belt. I left the spot, knowing they have great graphic tees and high-quality items like Levi jeans. A great two and half floor spot to spend a day sorting through fashion finds with responsive and kind staff. Highly recommend
Great selection in this store, convenient location, and very friendly staff. If you don't have sizes on the shelf, the staff are more than happy to check the back rooms for you. Check out their sun glasses too, lots of new and fun designs!
Jamiyah from customer courier support believes it's okay for packages to be stolen and no replacement or refund to be given. For an item that is carried at this store. Failure to carry plus sizes, delivery options, and customer service.
Like all Urban’s, this has a good environment and plays appropriate music. Cashiers are often hurried, which correspond them to not be as kind. Multiple undercover guards constantly walk around the place. That creates a settling mood.
I way prefer this urban outfitters to the one near the Eaton centre much neater with a better selection, there is also less lines to worry about. The customer service overall is good as far as how urban outfitters normally are
Guy at cash with glasses refuses returns providing stupid reasons like i used a discount code for it. So what? I go somewhere else and return it no problem. He also makes unnecessary comments that are a bit annoying. Sorry :/
Wow. The customer service at this store is friendly, courteous and stylish. They make this queen street location feel very welcoming and cater to the clientele. Though there was a line at the cash, the service made up for it
Hreat selection of clothing, accessories as well as home decor and body care. Staff is a lil out of it sometimes and kinda seem like they are always very ignorant. Otherwise great shop with cool 2nd floor and mezz
Great staff and great experience. My only complaint is that whenever I go there they seem to have to go to the back to get something in my size which takes 5-10 minutes. Wish they kept their stock on the floor.
Did it always have windows? The biggest UO I've been to, better than any other in Toronto or Mississauga to my knowledge. Selection is always top notch and I generally leave having bought something unplanned.
Great place to shop for trendy but casual low key pieces, and to look for unique gifts. The employees here are young and friendly and the store offers a good selection of items for both males and females.
Went here to look for a jacket for my nephew. Though this chain is clearly not targeted to me I thought it might be a good option for what I was looking for. They didn't have what I wanted, that's fine.
Bought this hoodie which was actually sold out at every location and only one left at square one. Called them to put it on hold. Even though it was a return from someone it was in great condition.
I came in looking for a specific camera and they didn't have it. But the young girl who asked to help, went above and beyond to make sure I found it. And I did :D at another location. Thank you
I like the niche products they have for birthdays, but its WAY too expensive. OUTLANDISHLY expensive. NEEDLESSLY expensive. And the quality is not there, a step above Forever21 (quality wise).
Terrible customer service. Employees are no where to be seen and have no interest in helping customers. Asked employee about clothing quality and they had nothing good to say.
All I can say is the store manager ‘David’ is very arrogant and rude when talking to customers thinking he is the king of the world just because he is a ‘ store manager’ lol
got called for an interview everything went well but at the end just got ghosted despite me following up just wasted my time looks like I dodged a bullet with this place
both the white dude at cash and manager were so slow and rudeee. And the whole store reeks strongly of rotting cabbage but they honestly don’t care …
They're a huge store but I feel like they don't have a TON of selection...there's always way more on the website and I feel like most of the store is empty space.
Love this store. Great customer service. I don't find it more overpriced than other stores and the Queen location has a great selection (and great sale section).
Usually has great stuff, but this one was smaller than the one on Yonge and seemed low on supply. Change rooms were closed so I didn’t end up buying anything.
I clearly showed my discount but the cashier did not apply it to my order. I am very disappointed by the unjust price and I will not be shopping here again.
Friendly, approachable staff that helps every step of my shopping experience. They are knowledgeable of their merchandise, promotions and loyalty program.
Ordered an item online for instore pickup, to get home to see it's the same damaged one I saw when browsing in the store a few days prior. Not impressed.
A staple spot on Queen Street with Urban Outfitters’ lineup of exclusive and trendy clothing. Great and helpful staff with a great sense of fashion.
Friendly staff, return was quick and easy. Music adds to the atmosphere without being too loud. Not too busy and right in the heart of Queen st W.
beautiful store with kind employees but unfortunately one of the items got scanned twice, so i got double charged for something i didn't receive
One if the smaller UO locations with a very small selection of men's clothing. Staff are friendly/helpful and a good music selection though.
Good location and trendy. I usually shop the sale rack. But you could find similar visual aesthetics at vintage stores or value village.
Cool set up, LP I went looking for wasnt in stock, multiple locations same problems. Ended up getting it from edmonton …
The line of clothing is great but I don't like the stair case as there was lot just to get from 1st floor to the second floor
I love UO’s selection (not much their customer service tho) but this location is not satisfactory compare to other locations.
My girlfriend loves this store but the clothes are so expensive and they seem cheap. Really hit or miss on customer service.
Really big store and have some interesting stuff. Overall a good store but they don't have as much selection of clothing
Came here with my daughter and we're so happy she could try on the jeans! Friendly staff! Will be back for sure!
Everyone knows that UO is primarily a women's brand but this location has an incredibly limited men's collection
Does not open at 10AM. Maybe they open at 11AM. No sign on the door, with specifications as to new COVID times.
Really awesome sale items. They have famous brands at low prices. I even found parley city socks under 100 $CAD
Worst customer service for a pretty simple exchange. Staff with attitude, maybe too "cool' to work in retail...
Trashy, cheap clothes worn by children. If your kid shops here then you need to start paying attention more.
One staff helped me out to get the shoes that I've been looking for! So happy since I got the last one. LOL
Love the sale on sales, Dee, Julie Rose, Kim,are all amazing and the points are really great for discounts
2 floors in store with an array of UO items; inventory changes with seasons like any other clothing store
Staff was very helpful. Even had to navigate with my kid. Almost got towed while parked during the week.
Beautiful store, nice staff, nice location. Very cold inside but it is refreshing during Summer months.
Multilevel store with lots of selection for women. I wish the men's section was more expansive though.
Urban Outfitters is an awesome store to explore on a rainy day. There’s so much to look at and try on.
Not as good as it used to be. Limited selection of men's wear and the store felt light on inventory.
They have the most beautiful summer dress selections. Always lots of great finds at this location.
I hate the store layout, poor selection of clothes, over priced and lack of customer service.
Feels small in it's selection of clothing. But the random, trinkets they sell are pretty fun.
Not much selection for men's clothes here. You're better off going to the UO on yonge st.
Clean well kept just find this location to have a smaller selection then other locations
Nice store! lots of selection! good staff! had a sales section that was really nice!
This store is damn expensive - I dont even know how young people afford to shop here
Large downtown store with lots of clothing and household options. Staff is helpful .
It's the same as other Urban Outfitters locations. This one is big with two stories.
Best service! All advisors as well as manager Manuel are outstanding and so helpful
Great store. one of the only locations in the GTA that sells audio cassette tapes.
I mean... Not my style but for what it is, very clean, open areas. Well designed.
Nice layout, friendly staff, not my cup of tea but nice selection none the less.
The staff couldn't tell me what number size range the large overalls would fit.
Didn't find what I wanted i guess all the stores are different then. ♂️ …
Very good place for modern vinyls along with a decent selection for clothing
Great variety of merchandise, store layout is well designed to explore.
Excellent ,the staff is great The store have a huge selection of stuff
The lady who helped me was super nice. Not very size inclusive though
Great viewing space lots to look at and a great selection of clothing
Solid selection - no shoes section in this store, but friendly staff
Overpriced in general but they always have a decent record selection
Lots of cool designs and new styles, staff was friendly and helpful
No longer has a wide range of mens clothing which is disappointing
Change rooms cleaned after every person's departure... nice staff!
Large store. Great location and solid urban outfitters experience
Very friendly staff with a great selection of clothing and shoes.
No one welcomed me or my bsby rhino :( staff gave me stanky eyes
Lazy, irresponsible employees close hours early without notice.
The selection is ok. Starting to get a little over priced. Meh.
Except for the fact that this place is overpriced...all good
Good store. Great location. Seemed like good covid protocol
Paolo is an incredible manager. Helped me with all my needs
