was expecting an order which was confirmed by email on December 13th, and then again on December 16th. Whenever I attempt to track the order I am redirected to an Error 400 message "Bad Request Invalid URL' and am unable to get any information from the Arrive App. The app says "Waiting For Details. Waiting for Tracking Event From Whistle". It is now after Christmas and well into the New Year and I still have not received my order. I am extremely dissappointed because I have not received my items and I can not get any information online about the status of my order. I have called urban planet and left many messages with no response from any customer service representative. I choose to shop online this year because I have a disability preventing me from walking. I am currently unable to go to the mall and get the items. This inconvienced me in a major way. I had rebuy christmas gifts on extremely short notice at a very inflated price. I payed alot of money to urban planet for items I never recieved. When I placed the order I opted to be notified by text message when the package is delivered as well as downloaded the arrive app. The tracking number does not work at all. And the arrive app is still saying "waiting for details" I have only received notifications regarding promotions and sales from Urban Planet.

Bad experiences worts customer services, was there July 29 afternoon whit my daughter Bothersome stuff and my daughter she forgot her backpack back to the store ,,I was still in my car , I call in for help to look or anyone find I can look my daughter backpack ,, The girl answer the phone I told her what is the problem , Who was rude answer to me was like this ,,, Lady no backpack here only the store sells ,,,And I repeat, saying my daughter lost her bag there please can u look for or someone please? ,,, And back she’s answering no not here geez Goddd ,,,, so mad attitude to me ,,, and hang up on me ,, this really frustration ! I did go back to the store ask for maneger and ask u did answer the phone?? Maneger said I don’t know, ,,and I said someone Hung up the phone on me I was asking for help and do you rude way to me , ,, again ask maneger to check on Person person Answered of the phone and ask her name , maneger said no ,,, she saw I was really Absent,, and her too was really get mad to me ,,,I wasn’t screen Jut ask her what kind customer services u have here ? I call in for help no body Cares ,, so I said sorry if I said anything wrong , but I wanna to treated with respect , Seems the store doesn’t have respect for the customers,, thank you urban planet, really disappointed

Don't shop at the Orfus rd location! There is one dude (most likely management) who is really irritating everytime I go. He's unauthentic and unfriendly. My most recent experience; I rushed to the store to get there before they closed (couldn't go earlier that day) to take advantage of a one day 40% off store wide txt msg I received on my phone. I asked this same guy if the Trasher is 40% off. He said the SALE IS OVER, even though the store was still open for 15min longer....then he hesitated and said Thrasher wasn't included.....which made me feel like he was lying....and he told me the stuff with yellow signs was 40% off.....how is this storewide??? He really wasn't helpful, and I was there to buy my son a sweatshirt 100%; ...BUT I LEFT EMPTY HANDED... Im going to start looking elsewhere for clothing for my kids; I miss the outlet store at Dixie mall

Customer service at this location is so terrible and the manager MAY CRUZ was just so rude and dismissive I could tell she did not want to help rectify the situation that was caused by one of the cashiers. Terrible management. I bought a jacket at this store and the cashier forgot to remove the tag, I have the transaction on my card and I know the date that I came in and asked them to check the security cameras but she kept giving me a run around by taking down my number talking about she is going to follow up. How are you going to follow up when you don't have any information regarding the transaction, didn't even bother taking down the date, the model or anything that helps. I am so so disappointment at the lack of concern for mistakes caused by the store.

Awefull policy for exchange and no return. when you want to exchange clothes with outher size they ask your resident address and full name and phone number and postal code. and the worst thing is they had this policy before covid too. I said I just wanna have my right size because of no fitting room. Im was there for exchange the Tshirt not to exchange my phone provider or bank account or my family doctor. Why people should share their confidentials to the stor cashiers and spend time.

Zero at the name of customer service, staff behaved like they never wanted us to be there and their faces were saying- Get out, do not bother us. I asked few things from one lady and she replied too but no smile and no kind words. The lady at counter had to open door for us as it was closing time, she looks so angry because of this, Set aside smile she did not even reciprocate our thanks with a single word, Horrible Horrible experience!

I love to order online from Urban Planet! Firstly, there is a huge variety to select from at great deals and then comes the most difficult time, the time to wait for delivery of package. The delivery is I guess the fastest of all (next or the second day from your order date). I am very satisfied with the service. The exchange and return is also very easy, whether its online or in-store! Thumbs up to Urban Planet! Happy Shopping!

Its a very big location, so if you are looking for something, its probably in here somewhere. However, i dont find the deals to be amazing, like they use to. The staff are always very friendly though, so its a nice spot to stop into if i'm already shopping on orfus. Tip: if you are picking up an online purchase, they have a register dedicated to processing these at one end, so you don't have to wait in the line

I like going shopping here for some pretty cool clothes on a discount. My kids also enjoy the brand. The staff have been friendly for all visits so far. I don't like that the change room is at the front by the men section and mixed with the cash out crowd so it feels crowded confusing and uncomfortable sometimes especially for my tweens but it hasn't impacted my experience negatively so far.

Great clothes but horrible customer service. The word Customer Satisfaction means nothing to this company. After reaching out to them via email and phone call, I was informed they would contact me back with a resolution that suits them and am still waiting to hear back after 2 weeks. . I guess sales is their only priority and a happy customer is not for this company.

Any other brand you're looking at $36 for a DC shirt or $86+ for a Thrasher hoodie...and the worst, dated DC shoes that I wore almost 20 years ago...$96. Went to buy a jacket for my daughter when there's a 50% off sale. I got the jacket my 13 year old daughter would have loved until I went to the cashier the jacket was over $200. Really? I had to ask her like 3 times. Plus that 50% was already deducted... big nooooooo for crying out loud it wasn't even brand name.

Truly enjoyed free shopping experience. The store was well organized, The reps did not run me down or hound me down. I really appreciated to feel of the freedom to shop and look at everything that I wanted and when I did need help I got it. I also got a great discount I loved going here to shop

Good deals but… Pretty dusty, the carts don’t even roll because of all the dust trapped under. The employees have absolutely no regard for time, it took a lady 10 mins to do a straight return. Took her sweet time looking for the item on the receipt when she already had circled it.

I always find at least one pair of shoes I have to buy every time I go in there. All their stuff suits my style. Very youthful service but they're good at it. Moderate prices. It's easy to keep a budget here and still get the stuff you like.

A clean, outlet location, accessible through Urban Planet. Not the largest, but they definitely make use of the space. Everything is always neat and tidy and they have some cool accent pieces made from skateboards. Staff is always chill.

I think the girls in that store should wear uniforms not the clothes the store sales, they show too much skin like they work in a club, music also play loud like in a club. In general the staff is rude and the store looks like a club..
