We are sharing our experience to make sure other angels won't go through what our baby did! We wish someone had done it for us! Our 14-year-old cat had been diagnosed with a benign mass on her spleen and a malignant one on her small intestines. Dr Werber insisted that he could not advise a remedy until he could perform an "exploratory surgery" to assess the size and spread magnitude of the mass! After 2-3 weeks of hesitation we finally agreed to a conditional surgical removal of the affected part of intestines, in that Dr. Werber was supposed to cut open, take a look inside and advise whether to proceed with removal of the malignant mass or stich her back and leave her as is for nature to gradually take its course, until the time comes to put her to sleep. On 6/22/21-the day of surgery-we dropped off our baby, at 10 am as scheduled, and anxiously waited for Dr. Werber's call, but we were not given any updates as to the start, duration or finish time of surgery. They would just say there were other patients in line ahead of her! on or about 3:30pm after couple of frantic phone follow ups, they finally told us that the operation was over and she was in recovery. we immediately reported to Value Vet to talk to Dr. Weber and pick up our baby. After 45 excruciating minutes of waiting finally Dr. Werber took us to a room and explained what he had done, and showed us a series of grewsome pictures and videos he had taken of the surgery, saying that he had removed the Spleen, the malignant mass as big as an orange, and had shaven some spread mass on her pancreas, ...!!! -We hadn't authorized nor asked for removal of spleen! He was not even authorized to perform the mass removal without assessing the risks, and talking to us first! When we asked why did you do that and why you did not call us as promised, he simply replied: " I almost called you", because there was extensive amount of blood Wessels around the mass and it was huge and ugly! but he did not! he butchered our baby for who knows how many hours as she was bleeding to death! 10 minutes later he called us to the back area to confront the lifeless, butchered body of our beautiful girl with eyes wide open an her tongue white like a piece of chalk. He pretended to be shocked that she was in that condition and was trying to show us that he was doing everything he could to revive her! I am not a Dr., but know very well that a 10-lb cat could not survive such major unwarranted surgeries in a row in one session! Dr. Werber despite our clear request to ask for our authorization to proceed, took the initiative to perform the deadly surgery on our girl. Since the incident we have been trying to get a copy of the photos and videos he took during surgery without success. they do not even bother to respond to our phone and email requests. It clearly shows Dr. Werber has something to hide and does not want to share the photos and videos for fear of incriminating himself. We are not going to give up, and plan to report him to the Veterinary Medical Board for his reckless, unprofessional behavior. If one viewed the pictures and videos that will haunt us for ever, one would think that it was about for educational and training purposes for a veterinary school anatomy and autopsy class! Please think twice before you trust your angels with Dr. Werber!

I live in the San Fernando Valley but only trust Drs Davidson and Hall (and their awesome staff) at Value Vet in Westwood to take care of my Shih Tzu Madison. Madison actually gets excited when I say we are going to the vet (probably because if he walks in not feeling well he always walks out feeling better). That should say it all but in case you need further convincing: I got Madison when he was 10 weeks old, and he was malnourished and had parasites. Two vets before this one ran $1000 worth of tests, unsure of what was going on, had me convinced he was going to die. I saw Dr. Davidson at what I hoped was an affordable last resort, and he correctly diagnosed the problem immediately and cost-effectively. Within days Madison was healthy, and equally importantly, he made me feel better. He was patient and caring and listened to my concerns. Nine years later and we have only used a different vet once, due to my freaking out over 405 traffic and wanting to get him looked at sooner. It was a decision I regretted immediately and went to see Dr. Hall the following day not for a second opinion but for the only real opinion I trusted. Dr. Hall took detailed notes and listened carefully, walking me through what she was doing and why with every step of the exam. I love that you can walk in and get vaccines taken care of quickly and separately from check-ups. I love that they don't try to rip you off with extra things. I love that you are with your pet the whole time and can observe what is being done and how. This is a vet clinic that cares about animals AND humans.

Beware! This is the worst care I can think of. What prompts me to write this is they will not provide myself or our new place of vet care current records. I tried several phone calls and their automatic voice systems is inefficient. They charged us for work with no official records or proof. Listen to all the negative reviews! We all say the same of how unprofessional they are and they DO NOT provide results! If you love your pet heed every ones warning. The only reason we went here was because we followed Dr. Werber. At the time, about 4 years ago, I looked at the Yelp reviews and it was sadly 2 stars so I don't see how they got to 3.5 stars. If you end up going here, expect not to receive any communication on results. If you experience for yourself the negativity in the patient care, make sure you get your records ASAP and go somewhere else! An excuse written to our credit card company and not to me is that "no news is good news". We were expecting to hear about an antibody test. How does that apply? How does that answer the peace of mind if something needs to be done or not. Then they also submitted a hand written "medical record" showing ONLY the one test on there. How fishy is that?! It's the principal of it all and if my dispute of only $79 was more I would definitely take the to small claims court since their documentation and communication was horrible. Poor care, horrible communication, unprofessional staff, excuses, dishonesty and no pride. There's no reparation here.

I was really pleasantly surprised with how incredible my experience was today with Value Vet. I already knew Dr. Werber is a great vet who clearly cares about animals and appeasing worried pet owners. My cat was acting strange and I was afraid she was having some bowel issues. I called their office twice and left a message on their urgent emergency voicemail and did not hear back (this is the reason for the loss of star). I decided I couldn't wait any longer and took my cat to their westwood location. Yes, the front desk staff is condescending and a little rude, but they didn't send me away and I was seen within MINUTES by Dr. Werber. He was about to hop on a zoom call to accept his Best Vet in Los Angeles Award, and still took the time to sqeeze me in and check my cat to make sure nothing too serious was going on. He even apologized for being rushed, but I felt as thought he was thorough and took the time to explain things clearly to me. He has a kind demeanor and is truly a great vet based on my experiences:). To top it off, this rushed check up was very reasonable to me ( a little over 50 bucks). Based on the receipt it looks like they gave me a discount (maybe being nice because they know I'm a student or maybe because it was a 'short' appointment?) but overall it was really really helpful and I really appreciated the care my cat was given today.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for about 3 years now and never once have these vets been wrong or inaccurate in their treatment. More than that though, when you’re here and meet the vets you really get the sense you’ve met people who’ve found their calling in life. Both Dr. D and Dr. Werber are incredible, personable and precise and the front desk - while at times they can be stern - get the job done. I honestly see why they have to be tough sometimes because certain people can get a little entitled and crazy with their animals. Also, the front desk is always very busy so I don’t think it’s even personal — I think everyone there is doing their absolute best to our benefit and I appreciate them for that. I respect everyone at that office because the work they do matters and they’re honest people. Recently my dog had 2 obstructions and I’m about to bring her for surgery tomorrow to value vet. Knowing she is in the hands of Dr. Werber who has been an amazing, above and beyond vet, I feel lucky and genuinely blessed to have such an amazing vet, truly. My dog also got a tooth extraction with Dr. Davidson who did an amazing job, was thorough, quick and attentive. The professionalism here is so impressive because you can also tell these doctors and front desk staff really care. Thank you so much to the staff at Value Vet❤️

If you're looking for a very caring vet that provides service for very reasonable prices then this is the place for you to go. However, if you're looking for an upscale vet boutique, this is not it. Dr. Davidson is super nice and provides quality service. The facilities are small, but so his overhead and thus he doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for everything. I first took my dog there for what I thought was an abscess and her yearly exam. Turned out to just be an ingrown hair. Not only did he not charge me for removing the ingrown hair, he showed me how to do it in case it came back so that I could save a vet visit. She was also in need of her shots, but I didn't think I would have enough money to pay for everything. Turned out, I had enough to get her shots, the exam and the medication for her cheek (where the ingrown hair was pulled out). My other vet would've charged me at least 3 times as much money. The only drawback, is that they don't take appointments and they are almost always very busy. I'm not sure how they are for specialist kind of visits, but for routine care they've been great.

I had an appointment for 11:45 am and was not seen until 2 pm! 2 PM! I WAITED FOR OVER 2 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND NO OTHER EMERGENCIES IN THE OFFICE for someone to do a simple check on my dogs coat as he's been having scabby, dry skin with puss in it. I told the veterinarian that he needed his anal glands expressed as well, so they took him to the back to do so. I heard him yelp and scream (which he has never done for an anal gland expression) and they returned him to me at the front with BLOODY FEET. They placed him in my arms covered in blood which got all over myself and his nails are STILL bleeding over 45 minutes later. It looks like they might have cauterized his other nails to stop the bleeding as half of his toes are yellow in color on the bottom (which I've NEVER seen on him as I usually clip his nails on my own). THEY PERFORM PROCEDURES ON ANIMALS WHEN THEIR OWNERS DO NOT ASK FOR IT AND THEN TORTURE THE POOR ANIMALS LEAVING THEM BLOODY AND CAUTERIZED. This was my first AND my LAST time coming here. I'm absolutely shocked and appalled by my experience at Value Vet in Westwood.

I had gone here because my usual vet was closed and my dog had an ear infection. They got her in right away and was treated without being over priced. When I tried to make another appointment for the same dog to get spayed I had spoken with the front desk and asked if she could get in for their next available appt. they had schedule me the weekend for February 14th on a Sunday. I had ask really on Valentine's day? I also didn't know they were available on Sundays. She said eyes drop her off at 9:30am and you can pick her back up at 2:30pm. I arrived on time on 14th and they were closed. They schedule me for a day they weren't even open. I called the next day and told them what happen and to get another appt. I was assuming the mistake came from someone being new. The front desk lady was even worse not telling the procedure, I asked what day was available and she said Saturday and I said that works then she goes that day isn't available. The vets are nice but their front desk or whoever is dealing withs scheduling lost my business. They are very unprofessional and lame.

Terrible service, they make you wait excessive for no apparent reason. The doctor who’s very young and would not even listen to what I was saying! I tried to explain to him that my dog woke up in the morning with the corner of his eye slightly red and looked like he’s uncomfortable keeping his left eye open and wanted to ask him about an eye drop appropriate for redness. He checked my dogs eye for maybe a few seconds and started to make a list of medications as antibiotics for infection. I explained to him that my dog doesn’t have any infections in his eyes! He’s response was, he will once they do what ever he was planning on his eye!!! They charged me $60 to make me sign an agreement to charge additional $207 Which was basically going through a rabbit hole!!!! It’s too bad, we use to go to the old vet that used to be there and this new doctor was complete disappointment.

  • Yamiya Fowlkes

I’ve hard the worst experience with the support staff at this facility. While the doctor himself was wonderful tow work with, the staff at the front desk made every interaction and experience here an absolute nightmare. I made an appointment for 3pm and was seen at 5:30pm. The next time I tried to schedule an appointment to receive a health certificate, I received 3 voicemails stating that I “did not need to schedule an appointment and that I could receive the certificate with a quick walk in service.” I called 3 times requesting confirmation that this was true and received confirmation. When I arrived for my walk in appointment I was told that I actually needed an appointment and that I’d have to wait for an hour. I ended up waiting 2 hours and paying for more than an appointment. The staff have no respect for the patrons’ time and are extremely disorganized.

Dr. Davison is by far the best Vet I have ever encountered. His love & compassion for not only the furry little ones, but for us homo-sapiens is priceless. Mr. Twinkie & I always feel well taken care of. He doesn’t push s*** onto you; it’s not about the money with him. He genuinely cares for your babies well being & what the best steps are to be taken. I came in flustered one day & told him, “Whatever needs to be done! I don’t care the price.” Dr. Davison (very mellow)...”lets do one thing at a time & see if it’s necessary to do more. I understand you want him to feel better, but there’s no need to do unnecessary testing.” Ever since then is been easy going. This is so refreshing-any other Vet would see my frustration as an opportunity & take advantage of it. Thank you Dr. Davison!

Rescued by Dr Chin & the 2 employees, Daisy & Ryan today! Very happy puppy and human. A sign of a caring provider: Dr Chin met me in the parking for the initial consultation where I come to wait. Our puppy had an unreliable bladder that moment. Estimated costs at the normal location is $100 consolation, medicine, treatment. Here, $40 consultation, $30 treatment (which immediately improved this puppy after a rough night, 4th of July Fireworks) and medicine to take home. Consultation, treatment, take some medicine, all under $100! Incredible, caring service. Side notes: Free Parking, would prefer they have an ultrasound, available. Thank you Ryan (future Tech) for carrying the bag and cans of foods to my car! This helps me stock up before summer vacation.

two years ago my cat was sick and my daughter took him to this clinic, i wasn't there to know if they really treated him well my daughter said it was ok. Since that time he needs to eat a special type of feed that only there we can buy because we need a prescription if I want to buy elsewhere. So they recommended me to buy through their website and I wouldn't need to go to the clinic every time just to buy the feed. Last week they sent me an email saying that there is no available when I called the clinic they said if I went there I could buy it but I would have to go there with my cat to visit vet again and take it or they couldn't sell it to me . My cat is not sick and I don't want to submit him to stressful exams again. They just want my money

I am so happy to have found Dr. Werber! He has been an excellent vet for my dog, who has proven to be very knowledgeable and very caring. I have a dog who is now 11 years old and last August she started having symptoms of pyometra and had to have an emergency surgery. Thanks to Dr. Werber he literally saved her and did an excellent job with her surgery! On top of that, he was extremely kind and caring to both my dog and to myself and took his time to make us feel as comfortable as possible during a very scary time. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and explained everything to me. If you're looking for a good, talented, knowledgeable and kind vet for your baby, I would highly recommend Dr. Werber!

  • Jess Cheng

Dr Werber is the only good thing going on at Value Vet. Otherwise, the rest of the facility is a big mess. The front desk people (especially Rose) are incredibly rude and not helpful. - I had to call and email almost a dozen times over course of over a month before they would send us our x-ray and medical records. We even went in person and they turned us away. - Recently, when Chewy called them to approve our flea medication, they lied and said that we weren’t patients. If you want any medication, scheduling support, or “common decency”, do NOT visit Value Vet.

  • Bijan Hakhamzadeh

I went there for my dogs check up and vaccination with prior appointment. I waited over an hour in the waiting room with no one checking on me. When I asked for the reason of delay I got nothing but terrible and rude attitude that they are simply busy. No one offered an apology as I continued to wait. The staff are not professional and do not care to satisfy their customers. A simple. call to postpone my appointment would have easily solved the problem. But I guess they were too busy to do that as well. No respect for my wasted time. I will not go back again!!

  • Mistress Morgue

I went here once a year ago and loved the staff and thought they were good. I went back today and felt like they just wanted my money. I did research on what my cat needed and comparing prices to other places. Way overpriced . They wanted to charge me 302 dollars and then 500 for a dental cleaning. I found cheaper places with better ratings. Plus I didnt like how pushy and rude Dr. De Silva was. There was an older gentleman there the last time I went and he was much better and honest with what my cat needed. I wont be coming back

  • Woodrow Bell

HUGE RIP OFF! Only use value vet if you want to get ripped off. his place is an incredibly shady, low quality, poor value establishment. We needed to ship two cats and not only did this terrible vet charge us $70 for an appointment (per cat!), they then charged us $145 (again, per cat!) for a simple health certificate! If this is how they treat military family members, can you imagine how they treat everybody else? You would get more value by lighting your money on fire and watching it burn! Stay far, far away!

  • Martin Rincon

Let me start off by saying I read about dr. Weber and I knew that he was going to give personal attention to my baby girl very busy office all in all they keep it nice and clean and the staff there are very professional and courteous 2, Doctor Weber give u the personal touch and takes his time and to get to the bottom of whatever's wrong with your baby I give it a 5 only reason I gave it a 4 because it was my first time being there all in all I thank dr. Weber and all his staff for being kind and courteous.

  • Deborah Hall

We made na appointment for our 4 pounds tea cup chihuahua for routine check up, we got at the vet 15 minutes before the scheduled time. We waited and waited and after 45 minutes after the time scheduled nobody gave us not even a word, when we asked what was happening they just said we had to wait and they would verify…. Half an hour later I complained that it was unacceptable, they just said I am sorry…. So I left without my baby being seen by the vet, really disappointed.

  • Mimi Davidson

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazingly patient and organized. I've showed up on several occasions with an emergency and they've been accommodating. Dr. Davidson is a cat owner too and that adds a level of comfort that not all cat owners get from every dog loving vet. And when the time came to send my cat to the rainbow bridge, they were so kind and didn't rush the process. It doesn't matter how far I live, I will make the trek every time.

  • M

My appointment was at 12. Got here at 11:45 and told them I have severe sciatica pain and that I came early so I can make sure to be on time. After waiting for more than 2 hours, they just had me come in a room and wait again at 2 pm and was finally seen at 2:15 pm. Their service is absolute trash and their attitude is even worse. Izzy was very rude the whole time. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Got my file and I will not be returning anymore.

  • Lesley Bain

For the 25 years I have been going to Value Vet with all my animal babies. Every experience even the sad ones has been spectacular. Dr. Davidson is truly the most wonderful vet and Rose and everyone that is in the office is caring, warm and so accommodating. If there were 10 stars they would get them all from me. Only go if you are a kind patient person. Don't go if you are someone who is intolerant or bullying. These people deserve the best clients.

  • Brandon Hall

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I gave them three chances to see if it was a fluke but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Minimum wait time PAST my scheduled appointment time was 45 minutes. This last time I hit an hour and walked. Save your time and go somewhere that’s got a better handle on scheduling or at the very least gives you a heads up call to say “hey, we’re running behind.” Or go here. But make sure your schedule is cleared and you bring a book.

  • La Drea Johnson

The place was clean, comfortable, and open to dogs of all sizes. EVERYONE there was kind and HONEST. The clinic helped me with my dog, which the doctor said she has pneumonia. His service are cheap (than the ER) and helpful. They work with you on prices, services, and follow-ups. loved this doctor's candidness, meaning my money is being spent on well cared and beneficial treatment for my family dog. They really do "Value" your pet's well being.

  • Robert West

This is the man. Everything you want your Vet to be- every single staff member included; they know whats important, triage accurately, big love is EVERYWHERE for you and_____. With an eye on your wallet too - the name is real. I will share that me and my bud ended our relationship there. It was exactly what and when and where and how i needed everything to be. This is the place. But dont tell anyone.

  • Julia Piper

Scam Artists. Great for taking your money. Treatment plan didnt work...charged me up and didn’t do anything to help her. My cat is worse than ever.. Apparently did a bloodiest and other procedures but I wouldn’t Know as they took her into another room. Didn’t see no spot on my cat where they possibly could of taken blood. They should of done things for my pet but instead they just took all my $.

  • leo alkobi

Absolutely the worst service ever I made an appointment and had to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes getting the worst service ever try to talk with the staff and let them know that I need to be at work they told me some people wait up to three hours really not respectable to their clients and people pay them for the services would not recommend anyone using them stay away from this place

  • Lisa Jay

As a former Veterinary professional and a pet owner I recommend ValueVet and Dr Davidson often. They are hands down the best financial option for pet owners on a budget. Having said that I highly recommend Dr Davidson for his expertise, compassion and practical nature. He demonstates how much he cares everyday with his treatment of animals and their owner. His staff are warm and professional.

  • Sherona Bau

Today I bring my dog mao mao to see Dr. Werber. I walk-in without any appointment. Dr. Werber took me in even without appointment. He is super nice and professional. I trust him 100%. He reassured me and making me feel so much better. His staff Veronica is an Angel. She is very helpful and never turned me away even without appointment. I appreciated her help. Highly recommend Dr. Werber

  • Auset Tu

So thankful I found this place. I trusted your reviews, Google and Yelp, and everything turned out perfectly. Vet was soooo nice and soooo patient. I hated that they opened after 10am because when your pet is sick, you want service STAT, but glad I didn't leave. Visit was quick, thorough, pretty inexpensive and my dog was all better within 24 hours! I will be a regular from now on.

  • Bill Murray

Dr. Werber is a national treasure. We moved to the Valley and still drive in for all of our dog’s vet appointments. Dr. Werber’s experience, expertise, and bedside manner are simply invaluable. Further, you can always trust that you will be fairly charged for the services rendered (competitors such as VCA are unethically expensive). This location also has easy parking in the back.

  • Aimee Zeltzer

I was looking for a vet on the Westside and this was geographically convenient. The vet seemed nice, however the day I was there I asked for a report to be filled out for my insurance and they still have not done this. I emailed and called numerous times to get my dog's prescription filled and they NEVER called back. They totally ghosted me. I do not recommend them.

  • Ryan Hornish

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Good place if its routine or not about treating an animal but the vet proscribed a pill which caused bleeding in my cat's bladder and caused her to become very sick. Nobody picks up the phone at times and the handoff between vets on duty goes with little internal communication. If your pet is sick, this is not the place...

  • Bee Lover

I took both of my dogs, Charlie and Fluffy to Value Vet in Westwood. Dr. Davidson is incredible. Took his time to explain all conditions and possibilities. I went to lots of places but this is my favourite so far. And believe me I have seen lots of vets. But this one is exceptionnelle. Thank you Dr. Davidson, and I also wanted to thank his staff too.

  • Rebecca Aurelia

Dr. Davidson is a gifted surgeon. He did a beautiful job on a very complicated spay surgery and I’m so very grateful to have found him. He obviously cares immensely for animals and he went the extra step to educate me on the problem with a certain type of crate I was using. He has a great bedside manner with kitties and humans alike.

  • Jasmine Kim

I really loved Dr Jeff (Werber) he is fantastic and always treated my baby well until we moved out of the area- he even took my emergency call and you call tell he truly loves animals. The staff could be better at scheduling and seem unorganized (long wait times) but their vaccines and overall fees are better than other vets around.

  • kick buttowski

very caring and nice staff with super awesome docs. they are very affordable edit They used to be affordable and they used to be nice. They price used to be 40 and 60 with appointment and now 70. The staff are too rude So sad what happened to such a lovely place Dont recommend it at all and I'm their customer for 15 years

  • Joanie

I was very nervous about my kitty being sick and had never gone to this office before so I wasn't sure what to expect. What a pleasant experience I had all my fears were put to rest and my kitty was treated with care and kindness and he's Okay. I want to thank everybody there and I highly recommend Value Vet in Westwood.

  • Neal S

Best and most honest straight forward vet I've found in Los Angeles, no dishonest practices to inflate your bill, vague diagnosis' suggesting I spend thousands at Emergency Animal Hospital for ridiculous tests which don't gusrantee conclusive results. Definitely recommend for your dog or cat if you're located in West LA.

  • Lisa Harlock

Absolutely the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of going to. No bs up selling! Just good old fashioned, honest, no frills, professional, top notch veterinary care. Don’t know what I’d do if it wasn’t for them as I have three rescue pedigrees with inherited interbreeding problems. Dr Davidson is simply the best! A+

  • James Barbic

Dr Jeff seemed like a good vet the several times I took my dogs there. The office staff however for the most part is unprofessional & unhelpful. I regularly got no answer or return calls when trying to call during normal business hours. Long waits with no updates & a staff that just doesn’t have it together.

  • _S _

Stay away from this place if you love your pet please! These vets do not have a conscience. They will perform surgery on any senior pet with severe underlying health conditions JUST to make money! VALUE VET values solely your money, and not the welfare of your pet, and puts it through needless suffering.

  • Mark Lewandoske

1. Vet suggested pain meds and subq iv fluids but then never given even later when ask tech never got back me. 2. Was told would be called mon 29Jul or latest 30th with lab results. 01Aug No call. No reply to 3 emails. $450 vet bill with no answers why he might have fluid buildup in his abdomen.

  • J L

Dr Werber is great but the office is a disaster. No one ever answers the phone or responds to email. So good vet but very very poor experience otherwise. Good luck even getting through to make an appointment. Staff is very rude. I wish Dr Werber would go somewhere else or have his own office.

  • Shaun Lynn

This place is a hole in the wall, but don't let the looks fool you. Dr. Davidson's the Hobbit you want to treat your ailing furry friends. Extremely high quality service and a friendly, no nonsense staff; they've been friends and caretakers of my (now senior) pup since he was born.

  • Hoangthy Ngo

Very busy, glad they got their new office up and running. Walk in full up fast, within 10-15munute at 9am before the doctor comes in at 10.30am. Sign in there otherwise you probably wont be seen. Otherwise, you can try to see if you schedule an appt for extra consultation fee.

  • Dominique Vergel de Dios

Hadn't been there in more than a year, due to covid. They have expanded, brand new, super clean, following all directives re covid. Very professional, very nice staff, not pushing for unnecessary tests, still very competitive prices. Am so happy with this place …

  • Irena Kojouharova

I'm upgrading my review to 4stars because after one unprofessional experience, Value Vet has re-gained my trust. I always liked Dr. Davidson but the appointment scheduling used to be a problem. As long as you have annual exams, they take better care of you.

  • Lisa Liu

Small hole-in-the-wall place that has friendly veterinarians that rotate every few days. There’s parking out back and chairs outside for you to sit with your dog. Bring your own water bowl because sometimes they won’t have one out.

  • ICMSTEVE

Guilty of not writing this on a timely fashion: I had 4 Jack Russell Terriers that lived a long life (15++ years) and whenever they got sick the Value Vet staff took very good care of them. I highly recommend them!

  • Sarah Powell

Dr. Werber is fantastic but it’s basically impossible to make an appointment or get on the phone with the front desk here. I also ended up waiting for over an hour when I did manage to get an appointment.

We came to Dr. Werber after several VCA fails on a friends’ recommendation and have not been disappointed. He’s great with pets and charges significantly less for the exact same treatments we got at VCA.

  • Mindy McDonald

The Doctors and the Staff here are wonderful, kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. There is no better place to bring your precious babies (pets) They have saved my pets lives several times.! …

  • Abby Aguilera

Great for emergencies. Overpriced. Be ready to foot a very expensive bill. The wait is long and they will offer top of the line tests, specialists and the you name it. Great for some, not for all.

  • Kayoi Tokuda

The doctors and nurses were very professional and kind. They have a seating area inside now, so it's just like a regular vet clinic, and enough free parking in the back. Highly recommend!

  • Christina Jones

Great service, been going here for about 10 years now. I have taken all my pets here. Sure the space is tiny, but the staff is caring and helpful. And realistic about cost/budget issues

  • Nikki Banner

They were amazing. What a positive experience. Everyone was so nice. They explain everything in explicit detail and care a lot about their pets. I would highly recommend this vet.
